My favourite one stop shop. I started coming to this place because of my eyebrows and then tried the other services. I can tell you I have not been disappointed at all. The facial, eyebrows, eyelashes and especially the hair treatment (my favourite by the way) is all amazing. The staff is great and they all feel like family. Especially grandma who does the hair treatments. The rooms are clean and the setting is so relaxing. I will definitely be recommending this place to so many others . I want to make it clear, I'm not saying she left one or two stray hairs here and there....she left patches of hair. It was a terrible wax job. I've been getting waxed for over 4 years now so I'm not new to this rodeo...I've attached a photo now to this review as well. I got a Brazilian and underarm was as well as brow threading all done by Kate. She left a TON of hairs for the Brazilian and quite a few for the underarm too. She really rushed the threading as well. it just all around was not a clean job. I like the environment of the place but was not impressed with the service I received. read more

Please never come here for eyelashes... I got them done yesterday at 2:30pm. It's not the next day 6:02am. I wouldn't sleep because I kept waking up to my eyelashes hurting. I literally had to put olive oil on my eyes to get them off because they GLUED THEM TO MY EYELASHES AND EYELID. my eyes are so sore and swollen. I regret this so much. One came off as a whole. Not to mention to got eyelash glue in my eye too!!! Also I got a facial, she rubbed my cheekbones raw ans they are still red and tender to this moment. I spent over 100 and I will never be going back there I would like to add they do not sanitize chairs between clients I was there for over 3 hrs getting other things done. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a threading. This was my second time coming in. I came back because the older lady did such an amazing job the first time. She cleaned my eyebrows and did my upper lip so quickly and pain free. I have been getting my eyebrows and upper lipped threaded for years. When I went in, a young lady worked on me. I just wanted a cleanup and my upper lip threaded. It was so painful! She was so inexperienced and I don't understand they let her work on clients! I felt her tugging each individual hair and even tugging my skin. When she started on my upper lip, it was the most painful thing I ever experienced. I have never ever had to stop someone from threading my upper lip ever. The older lady came and finished my upper lip. It was completely pain free and so quick. I had a complete meltdown in my car after because of how my eyebrows came out. She didn't clean it up, she reshaped them and took off so much hair! My eyebrows take forever to grow out, and I can't believe this even happened to me. If you come here, only ask for the older lady. She's really great. read more

my daughter in law and I had the head spa services today and although it started out ok things turned when the spa table ran out of hot water. Her and I were both very cold the second half of the service. also, we were told that the service comes with a blowout at the end. my therapist seemed to have no experience with drying hair or using a blow dryer. This salon has been open for about 2 months now. I discovered them by finding a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. Of the few reviews that I saw it seemed safe to go because you need someone who's going to be delicate for your natural gift. Anyway, I was seen by Preet (I believe is how you spell her name), she was busy working on a customer's eyebrows so I had to wait for about 10 minutes before she was ready. Unfortunately, they do not use hard wax here, which is less painful in my opinion (especially for coarse haired women), what they use is a honey wax, using the paper strips all over. If I had not waited so long in between waxes it may have been less painful for me, but Preet was very cognizant of trying to minimize the pain and in making me feel comfortable. For the Groupon, I couldn't decide if I wanted to purchase 1 wax or 3, so depending on the service I was going to decide whether I would return. I thought it was good so after the wax I purchased the 3 waxes for $75. This salon has good deals on select days so there are ways to get good prices. Also, without a Groupon or anything, a Brazilian wax costs $30, which is almost unheard of! Fantastic price. If I'm able have the pain reduced when I go back to finish the 2 waxes I purchased, I will definitely make this place my go-to location. read more
