This place is a hidden gem! Sabna was so amazing she was so gentle and thorough with all steps with the head spa and the bro threading was very little pain usually I'm a baby with threading. Not to mention it was so beautiful inside the treatment rooms! My favorite part was when she showed me the scalp build up . Definitely will be becoming a regular here !

Renu was GREAT! The service was very fast, clean, and my eyebrows came out perfect! When I got there I only had to wait at most three minutes and only because she had another client. It had been a while since I got my brows don't but she cleaned me up really good! The place is super spacious and clean! I also got my upper lip waxed and she made sure I had no flyaway hairs that the wax missed! I'm always extremely happy when I come here I literally don't go anywhere else! Thank You Renu!!

I have visited Bollywood Threading & Spa three times since their grand opening earlier this year & each time have had an exceptional experience. The shop is clean, classy & comfortable. A positive & peaceful ambience. Jasmin & her staff are caring, skilled & efficient. I appreciate the honesty & expertise in their assessment of my skin. Today I received a 'hydro' microdermabrasion facial that made my skin feel supple & toned down my inflamed rosacea. Since coming here Jasmin & Preet have done wonders in improving my eyebrow shape, something that was long overdue. NEVER have I EVER been to a eyebrow threading shop that have done such a bad job like this one. They cut so much of my eyebrow and the lady doing them was so rough it hurt. NEVERTHELESS, to say I will never come here again , first and last time I come here. I came here bc of a coupon and really glad i didn't pay full price bc i was VERY disappointed with my Brazilian :( At first she forgot to put on gloves, she kept waxing over the same area multiple times sorta aimlessly, it took way longer than what im used to. When i got home i see that she missed a pretty big spot -.- Maybe this girl was new??? If i come back, i would request someone more experienced. read more

This place fucken sucks sorry for the bad language. I will never return. They do not know how to do thread a full face she left so much hair I went in the car and had to go back inside and tell her to fix it. Every time she was threading my face it didn't feel like anything was coming out. This place really sucks honestly don't waste time and go to norco house of beauty in norco! Way better read more

Horrible customer service from Kate!! I came in just to get my lip and chin done she is so rough and rude seemed like she was in a hurry. She must hate her job. Once she finished I paid, I asked her for her name and when I was walking out she asked me if I wanted aloe Vera. Why ask when I'm already outside the door. Thank god she didn't do my eyebrows. I also walked out with the thread hanging from the back of my shirt .... gross!! read more

I have come a couple times before and loved it. The girl that helped me was gentle and efficient. However, I went today and got both a Brazilian and an underarm wax. First off, the older woman (Mary) did not clean/wipe me down and apply powder before putting on the wax. I also felt a little more pain than usual but thought nothing of it. I came home to see that I had some bruising on my Brazilian area. I have NEVER bruised after getting a wax and I was very disappointed, I even tipped her well. I called later the same day to let Mary know that I was bruised and she only claimed that I was "sensitive" and ice should help, no concern to the problem. That should never be the way to respond to bruising. If I go again, I want to make sure I have the same girl as before (I believe Preet). read more

It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

During my recent visit to Bollywood Spa in Corona, California, I had a mixed experience that I would like to share in a neutral review. First, I must mention that the women who provided our services were nice and professional. They were attentive to our needs, and the owner of the spa was very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues that caught my attention. Firstly, during the head spa treatment, I felt that it was rushed. It seemed like they were trying to quickly move on to the next client, which affected the overall quality of the service. Additionally, I noticed that they did not wipe the scalp camera in between clients, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Another issue was that they used the same comb for my sister and me, even though we are related. As an esthetician, I understand the importance of proper hygiene and avoiding cross-contamination. This practice did not meet the standards I would expect from a spa. On a positive note, the spa itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The ambiance and decor create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the price of the services offered at Bollywood Spa is quite reasonable, which is a definite plus. However, considering the issues I encountered during my visit, I personally would not choose to go back to Bollywood Spa. While the price may be attractive, I believe that certain aspects, such as proper hygiene and attention to detail, should not be compromised. In conclusion, while the women providing the services were nice and professional, and the owner was kind, my experience at Bollywood Spa was marred by rushed service, lack of cleanliness practices, and questionable hygiene. The spa itself is visually appealing, and the prices are reasonable, but I would caution others to consider these factors before making a decision to visit. read more

I GAVE THEM 5 STARS so this would SHOW Do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here . i went it and in the middle of my waxing (mind you they were double dipping their sticks ) the lady says she will be back , another comes in and you could tell something happened (besides the lady waxing strands of hair off my head) now both my eyebrows are messed up - as you see a whole piece is gone and the other is flat and has no shape what so ever . to compensate me she gave me a LIGHT brown eyebrow pencil (clearly my hairs dark) and a 8$ gift certificate to get my eyebrows threaded when originally i was getting them waxed which is more expensive. she also didn't charge but no DUH i wasn't about to pay for you to mess my eyebrows up ‍ read more

She began with a thorough scalp analysis, followed by a luxurious scalp oiling and steaming session that left my scalp feeling rejuvenated. I came in for a Brazilian and full leg wax and was beyond happy with my experience. Staff was friendly and professional. I was taken as a walk in, I was also left with no stubble which I thought was awesome given that I always had it after being waxed at other places. The price was not bad either, I paid $45 for a full leg wax and I had a coupon for a $25 Brazilian. The scalp cleansing was a little rough. She spent about 20 minutes scrubbing my scalp, to the point that it was almost painful because she kept scrubbing over the same areas with her nails. My hair was very dry and tangled afterwards and it feels like there's some residue by the nape of my neck. The massage was very disappointing. It was essentially just rubbing some type of scented lotion in with zero pressure. I can tell that she was completely inexperienced with massages. The atmosphere was also not what I was expecting. There were 3 beds in a room, separated by curtains, which meant I could hear the people next to me talking. They leave the door to the room open, so I could hear the other employees walking by talking loudly and eating their lunch. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience I was expecting and I would not recommend unless you're solely looking a scalp cleanse.
