Unprofessional response from Bolsa Window Tint

Asked for front windshield cermamic tint quote ,he quoted me $285 for it so I told him i'll think about it. Went to a neighboring shop "Sunrise Tinting and got the front windshield ceramic tint & the side front window tint for $300 total which was a better value. Then Bolsa Window Tint starts to text me trying to press me about coming when I never set up an appointment with. Very unprofessional of business to text with an attitude like he's threaten me if I didn't come. On the other case , Sunrise Tinting did a fabulous job in under 2 hours

Great job in my new tint. Back and driver side were bubbling and starting to peel. I got the tint a few shades darker and the car looks more sleek. Didnt take long either. I just walked around the asian garden mall, ate lunch lunch, then the car was done.

I had purchased a used manual transmission 2013 Kia Soul from CarMax years ago to pull behind my RV. When I purchased the car it had a very poorly-done rear window tint application that was peeling off. After several years it got worse and It started to affect my vision through the rear view mirror. I searched online using Google and found Bolsa Window Tint in Westminster, CA. I called and spoke with Tony, the manager (and owner, I believe?) and told him that I took some pictures to send for a quote. Tony explained that he had to see the car for an accurate quote. I live in Seal Beach, about 8 miles away from his shop. However, I had a good feeling so I took a drive to Westminster. Now I can say that I am very glad I did. Tony gave me a fair quote for the removal of existing tint and the new tint application. He remarked that the original application was poorly done. The quote also included a lifetime guarantee. He offered to do it the same day by adding me onto his busy schedule. I asked if he was going to use a razor blade to remove it. Tony responded, "That's faster, but dangerous as he may damage the wires" to the rear window defroster. He recommended using steam for the removal, which takes time. Being retired, I have time so I accepted the quote and he went to work. It took some time to complete the job but it was worth it. Perfect job Tony!

I originally wanted all the windows 5% except for the small window in the back. I ended up changing my mind and coming back the next day and he was able to change my front windows to match the rear window which was 25%. The whole process took less than an hour and so far I'm super happy!

Would have given a 5 stars if not for a few areas still had water spots after tinting. They did a good job IR ceramic tinting all glasses of my car. They offered good suggestions to pick as far as color (windshield) and shades (windows). It turned out beautifully. Price is very reasonable. read more

This late afternoon I stopped by and have my 2024 model 3 Tesla done on the windows and the back glass. They are young and professional. They are quick and precise. They kept their words. They tinted my windows with ceramic nano and my front windows with ultra premium ceramic. They are very friendly and professional. The pricing was good too. Thanh helped us with our window tint for our Toyota rav4 XSE Hybrid. We got 20% blackout on all windows which make the back windows darker than the front (since the back windows already came darker when we bought the car). We were quoted $400 which is a great price for ceramic coating tint (meaning it helps with the heat of the sun). It took 2 hours to complete on the dot!One of the small windows in the front by the side mirror had a little gap but once we let him know, he gladly fixed it and now after a week, it looks so perfect and I couldn't be happier. They also accept Zelle so that made it super convenient. After service, you are advised not to wash your car or roll the windows down for 3 days so everything can settle. From the time we inquired price to finish, was about 24 hours and we were in and out and can cross this off our to do list. Thanks Thanh and his team for the amazing work and care they put into our new car. read more

Perfect full service window tinting! The owner helped me pick a tint that met my needs and even let me sit in his car to see a real world tint example! They had many samples and were very experienced and helpful. The price was amazing for the perfect tinting job and excellent service I received. I called and made an appointment, two people worked on my car and the work was done in 2 hours with no issues. They use a computer controlled cutter and modern techniques. Bolsa window tint is professional, quality and friendly. They have reasonable pricing not like elsewhere. The owner Mr Thanh was excellent with his customer service and easy to work with. I've gone here for two vehicles now and the quality and craftsmanship of the tints are no joke. Thanh and his team are so precise with details, I always recommend this place to people. I've gotten horrible tints done at other, more expensive places that start bubbling and peeling within the first few months but his tints have lasted me almost two years now! I appreciated the professional service that was done on my 2021 Toyota Corolla. Needed a tint for my car and came here as a referral from my friend. They performed in a timely manner and helped me pick out the tint I wanted for my car. The tint is good in keeping my car nice and cool when parked in the sun. I usually park in the sun and my car is always super hot inside. The tint helped a lot with keeping my interior from the harmful sun rays and enough that it keeps my car more private instead of seeing through completely. I had two of my cars with llumar, and most recently with Xpel as that's what his shop uses now. They have samples for different % in display for you. I haven't had any issues with the tint jobs ( yet ), and the other cars have had it on for a few years now. Xpel is the newer one, but hoping it'll hold up just the same. I will continue coming to SGT for all my tint needs :)
