Paid for new tires got three 2025 and one 2023. Was not told at time of purchase or asked if okay to mount. Called store was told they would not replace, that they sell old tires all the time. Pretty sure runs along the lines of deceptive practices or fraud. They said that the warranty is still in place even if tire is three years old. Who cares about warranty if you get a blow out on a 3 year old tire. They are not all that concerned about safety I guess. Will contact main headquarters as local store not interested in customer satisfaction. Do not buy here. read more

Not at all surprised that they have a 2-1/2 star rating. Probably should be lower. Called to get a price on front brakes and was quoted over $200 more than one of the most expensive places to get brakes replaced. I asked why and the disgruntled employee went off on a tangent saying he was insulted and I should take my business elsewhere. Simple question should have resulted in a simple but professional answer. Had excellent service on multiple occasions however at the Burns Oregon store and is why i called Kalispell. I will certainly suggest to friends and family to steer clear of this location. It also appears that if you leave a negative review here, they'll respond with completely false allegations in order to justify their wrong doing. Unbelievable. Oh, and one more thing, I was quoted over $300 less from the Burns Oregon Point S Tire location for the exact same service. read more

I have bought $1500 snow tires from Point S, have had alignments and expensive oil changes on an F350 and seasonal tire swaps on my Honda Accord (tires I did not buy from them). I bought brand new tires from a private party and when I went to Point S to have them put on, they refused because I had not bought them there. Apparently customer service for a repeat customer is not important to them. Totally lost my business and I will tell friends and family know that customer service is not important to them. I will never go back. I would give 0 stars but not an option. read more

I have been going to Point S (Big O Tires) for many, many years. I have always been happy with the service and product. It is a convenient location for me too. Some of the folks working there have changed over the years but the two gentlemen that are usually behind the counter now have been there for quite some time. Neither of them is very personable or friendly but they do their job. The guys that work in the garage are always very helpful and friendly. Every time I have a bad experience with the fellows behind the counter I always try to let it go and chalk it up to them having a bad day. But it seems to happen every time I go in now and seems to be getting worse especially with the younger of the two. I am not sure of his name but he is definitely the younger of the two. He didn't use to be so disagreeable. But now he is just plain unpleasant. Sadly I may have had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I stopped this morning thinking that I would have to order tires, but they had good options in stock. All was explained well and I made my choice. Fortunate timing as they could get me right in ... so I added LOF to 4 new tires. Kind, professional people and additionally, they have I think 5 cafe tables with cushioned chairs set up around the perimeter of the showroom. And the showroom is insulated enough that street and shop noise is minimal. I was in and out in an hour and that includes buying, service and paying. I am very happy and highly recommend. read more

I wondered on a Saturday morning with my good fortune was to be able to pull into a tire shop and not have anybody in the parking lot so I could get my tires balanced quickly. I soon found out why when the manager came out and started talking. He was either having a really bad day or he's just not a nice guy. He acted like he didn't want my business. I had four tires to balance and by the time the good employees had two done, I couldn't stand the manager anymore and Paid and left And went to Les Schwab Tire. What a difference. That manager gives every Point S a bad reputation. read more

I've been using Point S Tires for about two years. I have been impressed with them since my first tire purchase. Now, two sets, winter and summer. Their suggestions and recommendations have always been pro customer. Tomorrow, I'll just be changing to summer tires but I like going there because I know they will not just change my tires but look at brakes and shocks and keep my vehicle safe. Thanks guys. I just came from getting my winter tires switched out, used them in the fall as well. Their prices went up to $88 for the switch over, I know I paid $80 in the fall. I was told these were the prices for the last two years, which I knew wasn't accurate. The other guy told me, they raised the price by $2/tire ($8). Then when I left the last guy said go to another tire store next time. I was shocked and asked why, he said I was rude. To say the price was higher than it was last time, that makes me rude???? WTF! This is the same guy that was rude to me that last time I went there. It was a number of years ago and due to his rudeness I did not return. I will never return there, they have been rude to me twice and both times rude enough that I decided to go elsewhere, this time for ever! Don't bother with them, they are rude and higher than others, as well as raising their prices before anyone else locally. Totally rude pukes at this place! read more

Super fast and friendly service! I shopped around for tires and they were by far the best price in town.

Very disappointed at the lack of knowledge Brad has for the product line Fuel Wheels, they are a distributor for. The unprofessional customer service and lack of effort and ability to find a solution for a loyal customer that brings a fleet of 10-13 vehicles. I take my fleet to Point S, not because they are the cheapest, in fact I pay more for tires but the service work, getting my vehicles in and taken care of in a timely manner has always been outstanding. Until I bought a set of fuel wheels and have had them for less than 2000 miles and 4 months, I came to Brad and said I think we need to do a claim or something with these wheels as they are pitting already. He instantly got defensive and started claiming nothing will be done it was my fault (I drove with them on the winter roads), before he had even seen the wheels. I got pissed took my truck back had them take the wheels off and I will deal with it myself. When I showed up to pick truck up I come in and said what do you think, his response(we cleaned them up a bit took pictures and we will see what happens, oh by the way you have something sticky on the wheel). Ok still no Idea what his plan is and have not heard from them since. So I called Fuel and got a regional rep and a competitor to assist. With their efforts the conclusion was not cleaning them with right products, and in fact once properly cleaned, the wheels look awesome and have no pitting what so ever. So it makes me second guess, are these guys really looking out for my best interest as a customer. If Brad would have but as much effort into the solution as he did telling me nothing was going to happen and basically I am up a creek, he wouldn't loose a good customer, he would have a cheerleader. So a little education, little effort, and customer service goes along ways. read more

Couple weeks ago we drove out to the in-laws place north of Polebridge. Anyone who drives that road knows it eats up tires. Unfortunately for us, we got a flat. After calling all tire stores in the local area, I spoke to Tim at Big O. He was able locate the not so common 285/45/22 for the wife's Yukon XL.
