I was in a car accident at 16 that left me with permanent damage and a back that had gotten so bad, Dr. Bolt said I had scoliosis. I had a hump back. I couldn't deal with the pain nor did I have any range of motion. All of the muscle relaxers and pain medication from all the doctors did nothing but numb any brain function, without taking care of any of the pain I was feeling. It was like putting a Band-Aid on a broken arm. I had accepted that at 45. I most likely was going to need some sort of assistance with walking; be it a cane, a walker or worse. It was more than 15 years ago, when I was visiting my family in California, that I first met Dr. Bolt. Over the years, I've come to trust, admire and respect him, and I've gone back to him for the pain whenever I'm in CA. Unfortunately, that's the only time I get to see him, but he never ceases to amaze me, and he never ceases to give me some relief. I've suffered from back pain for 50 years, and at times it was far more severe than others. I had two major back surgeries that gave me some relief, and later had a hip replacement that crippled me and totally destroyed my back. There's not an orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon in my home town of Pittsburgh who will touch me, and I've become very apprehensive about most chiropractors .... except for Dr. Bolt. I've got complete faith in him, and I've yet to meet anyone in his field who can hold a candle to him. read more

***Update*** Dr. Bolt is here to make money, and you are his source of it. He will invite you to participate in 80+ session routine to help you realign your spine and prevent any further spinal subluxation. My personal experience is as follows. I went for a free visit. He billed my insurance for over $300. His office tried to brainwash me into saying "Spinal Sublaxation" several times. Dr. Bolt tried convincing me I was suffering a degenerative spinal conditions, level two of his chart, even though the X-rays he presented to me did not match his own chart of the disease. Then to top off the visit he offered a 83 session cure. Which of course would cost me several thousand. As they discussed said treatment, they were recording our conversation on tape. I'm here to update you on how my spine is doing after all these years. My degenerative condition, according to Dr. Bolt, that need many treatments to fix, none of which I've done in the 3 plus years since I visited his office, is miraculously cured. My visit to a new chiro, who also tried to sell me a program, stated that though I showed no signs of the Spinal Sublaxation I was at risk. You decide what you think of Dr. Bolt in the end, but be forewarned that his interest is not always your interest and his diagnosis is suspect. read more

I had been searching for a fantastic chiropractor all this time and I can honestly say I finally found one! I have been a patient for several months now and can really tell the difference. I had been going to Dr. Bolt for a few years and was basically pretty satisfied. Dr. Bolt usually handed out a piece of medical info regarding bones, etc. However, during the pandemic and after my last session (I cancelled my remaining) he handed out a postcard he had gotten from his church. The information on this card seemed to perpetuate the conspiracy that the virus was a hoax and that the vaccine would do more harm than good. This struck me as the last thing a doctor would pass out to his patients, even if he himself believed it. I believe this information could cause harm to those patients, especially the older ones, who looked up to him for their well being. Evidently Dr. Bolt felt he was saving us from something. I really hope his patients were able to take the info with a grain of salt and went ahead and made appointments for their vaccines. I will never recommend a "doctor" who jeopardizes the health of others. read more
