My son had left his motorcycle at the military base in Monterey when he returned to Florida. I called Mark Bomarito from Florida to make an appointment for the next week to pick up the bike and take it to a motorcycle shop. Mark explained that he didn't take appointments but walked me through the process of getting a tow truck on the base, and then provided me with the numbers of other tow companies that were eligible to go on base in case he himself was not available when I needed. The following week I called Bomarito Roadside Service to have the motorcycle towed but Mark's truck was already headed out of town on another appointment. About 15 minutes after I hung up with Mark, he called me back; remembering that I was coordinating the towing from Florida and had a specific time period to get the bike to the shop, he had called another towing company on my behalf and they were standing by for my call! I couldn't believe that he had taken personal concern in my situation and went out of his way to assist me like that. So although the motorcycle was not towed by Bomarito Roadside Service, it was towed right on time and much of that due to Mark Bomarito's genuine concern. Excellent service. Very professional, courteous and FAST!! I actually found Bomarito Towing on Yelp and decided to use them based off the previous reviewer. It was freezing cold out, I was still in my heels from an all day seminar I had given and I just wanted to sit inside my car with the heater all the way up, then go about my way!! Upon making the call, Bomarito Towing showed up in just under 15 minutes. The gentleman, Mark, was kind enough to allow me to sit inside his vehicle and warm up while he worked on unlocking my car for me AND jump starting it! Foolish me had to leave my radio on from my lunch time break... I guess while he was unlocking it, he could see that my keys were in the ignition but turned forward and figured I had a dead battery too. Well, he was right. We had attempted to jump our own car and it did not work leading us to believe that the battery was not the reason our car refused to start. So we called Mark and asked him to tow our car to a repair shop so we could get it fixed. Mark was there in 15 minutes. 15!!!! Not only that but he said he would hold off on the tow truck till he could look at our car. No sooner than he arrived had our engine sparked back to life, proving 2 things. 1.) My husband and I fail at cars (no surprise), 2) There are still good business in the world that want to give you the best service and not just take your money. I had called for a tow truck knowing that it could be expensive, but Mark wanted to try other (cheaper and quicker) option for us that would have been no cost to us if he had to eventually call the truck to arrive. Talk about HELPFUL! Maybe Mark is a super hero or an angel, can't say because I never saw him in person. I called him from 200 miles away trying to get my freshmen college daughter's car to a shop in Seaside. He was very helpful and met my daughter at her vehicle and tried to get it running. When it wouldn't start (bad starter) he arranged to have it towed to a shop. He really went above and beyond to get her the help she needed. I was very very happy with their service. Changed 2 of my tires out for new ones, repaired a 3rd tire (I didn't even know had a large screw in it), balanced all of them and checked air pressure. He also fixed a couple other important things I didn't even know were wrong. All for an unbelievable price.
