They seated us immediately at 7:30pm on a Friday. The ambiance is alright. Not the nicest looking Indian restaurant I've dined. I liked that they provided a large bottle of water. The free appetizer was good. Never had it before. However it took a while for server to take our order and a very long time for our food to arrive. Felt like 25 minutes. Before you judge, we had not eaten all day. We had Sag Paneer, Chicken Tiki Masala, Garlic Naan, Cheese Naan and a Mango Lassi. To their credit, we asked for mild and it was actually mild in spice. The food was excellent, however not once did our server stop by to ask if we needed anything else. They just brought us the check once they saw we stopped eating. Really enjoyed the food here! Well flavored, wasnt too spicy, and the atmosphere was chill and relaxed. Plenty of parking as they are located inside of a strip mall. Check their hours before you pop up because they operate on a split shift type of schedule. What surprised me the most was the naan bread with the brown sugar and almond inside. It felt more like a dessert than a dish you would eat with rice. I loved the authenticity of the flavors and the integrity to their culture. I love enjoying other cultures through their food and this was a great choice to experience the flavors of India without the travel expense, lol. Close time is 9:30 not 10pm! One of the few Indian restaurants in the south Stockbridge area. Recently updated the menu and food which was so necessary and much better than last years! The new Bombay bites serves fried Indian chips with sauce when you sit down. The menu is extensive and holds variety of customer ranging from marathi, gujurati and telugu region foods. Came here for lunch with my daughter as our favorite place,Masala Cottage, doesn't open until noon and we didn't have time to wait. Bombay Bites opens at 11 so we came here. This is a "sit-down" restaurant whereas Masala Cottage is an "order-at-counter" restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well decorated and the Indian music adds to the ambience. The food and service were both excellent and the waiters are very helpful when deciding on what to order. I felt that the serving sizes were a little smaller than we're used to but I don't know how the pricing here compares to our usual favorite. I understand they used to have a lunch AYCE buffet but that is no more as they couldn't draw enough customers for it to take off. If you haven't tried Indian food yet, you are really missing out. This is a very good Indian restaurant and we felt we got a good enough value for our money. read more

If I stand correctly this is the same restaurant that used to be in Fayetteville. I went on a Sunday afternoon and ordered my favorites; mango lassi and chicken curry with garlic naan. It was relatively busy on a Sunday and they had a large party, but service was still superb. They also offer vegan options. The restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. They're located in McDonough in a pavilion surrounded by Cheddars and Logan's Roadhouse. I also noticed they are the only Indian restaurant nearby that is open on Sundays which is great! I wasn't impressed. There was a sour smell when I came in for lunch. I ordered the lamb chops and my friend did the veggie plate with white rice and Naan. The little popcorn multicolor things they gave us was horrible, the sauce was good. The cocktails were delicious but I will not be returning. I love Indian Cuisine and they're the only one that is in the area and they just didn't represent the food and spices like they should've have. My friend asked for her sauce to be hot and it wasn't. Went for a late lunch. Restaurant was fairly quiet. I was seated right away as I waited for my companion. Our waiter took my drink order. After he noticed I'd been alone for a bit he asked if I wanted to order an appetizer while I waited. I declined but he did bring over some complimentary snacks ( see pictures). So this place is a gem find in McDonough. I usually travel to Briarcliff for great Indian cuisine. This place is pretty new. Located in the back of some larger restaurants in a small plaza with lots of parking. We came in on a Sunday first to walk in. As soon as you walk in you can smell all the beautiful spices and foods. Nice and clean water and bread brought to the table. You can either order a la carte or do the buffet which is well worth it! For $12.99 you can eat all the favs and more. Food was fresh full of flavors. Tikka to paneer and many more. Service was great place was clean a little too quiet but for it to be on a Sunday people were in and out and it was busy. We ordered the paneer butter masala, raita, chicken vindaloo , and garlic naan. The flavors were great and seasoned perfectly. The garlic naan is some of the best I've had! What was supposed to be a quick meal turned into 2.5 hours of long waits, no attention at our table, drinks in to-go cups, and unsavory food. Be careful when ordering online. I ordered the chicken tikka, be aware the chicken tikka is not the same thing as chicken tikka masala. Their pictures are wrong on the website. When I looked at my food I was disappointed. Chicken Tikka comes with vegetables and limes with no sauce or rice, Chicken Tikka Masala comes marinated in sauce with Basmati rice. They kindly re-made my order though. I'm not one to really fuss about my food but that was not what I wanted whatsoever. They really just need to change their pictures. read more
