We went to this restaurant last year and were so impressed that referred to it as the best Indian food we've had to date. By this time I'd forgotten the name and location. So Imagine how thrilled I was when I, on a trip to Academy Sports, recognized the area and realized I just might be in the area of my fav Indian food. After a Yelp search, I found myself back at Bombay Bites. The decor had changed for the better. The service was as friendly as last time and the food was as good as it ever was. Everything was amazing from the Vegetable Somoza and Aloo Tiki appetizers to the butter Chicken and Goat Biryani. Don't think I'll be forgetting the name again.

Had a great time here. Prompt and friendly service. Good food and drinks. A laid back atmosphere. Had absolutely no complaints. From the fried shrimp appetizer, to the lamb main course, and the Blue Lagoon drink. My dessert wasn't stellar, but I'm partial to cottage cheese, which was the base for it. Outside of that, everything was A1, and it wasn't overpriced like so many other establishments today. Definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend.

Great food with a great variety to choose from. Clean and delicious. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious!

What a great choice for dinner. My date and I were craving Indian food before our movie and Bombay Bites was right on time. They offer a bunch of seating in their dining room, full of booth and singular table options for guests. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted at the front podium with a smile and guided over to a table. Shortly after being seated, my waiter came over with some cold water and a appetizer in the form of colorful puffed treats that reminded me of veggie chips. They also came with some side sauces that were delicious, but didn't make me fall in love with the app. For dinner, we both opted for different entrees and garlic naan. My meal was absolutely delicious! The portions were much smaller for my bfs meal than expected and he is a guy who can really eat, so that was a bummer. But both of our meals were delicious! Definitely planning on making another visit to enjoy the what they're cooking up.

Service was really pleasant. We were greeted and seated right away. I wasn't very hungry as I was just accompanying my sister and brother in law as they ate lunch. I ordered the lentil soup because I love lentils and it did not disappoint. My only thing is that I probably shouldn't have ordered a hot dish when it was already scolding hot outside. Would definitely come again to try other dishes.

Everything was so good! Saag paneer and lamb korma were so good, lamb was tender, and the naans were perfect in texture! Will defs come back!! Service was pretty fast too.

So I gave Bombay Bites another try. I swore I would not eat from here again but decided to give them another try and glad I did. The samosas were fried to perfection and delicious. The biryani was very good and had an excellent meat to rice ratio. I order medium heat and thought it was too spicy and I normally can tolerate spicy. Every forkful had meat, either chicken lamb or shrimp. The meat was tender and nice nice. Rice cooked perfectly. Glad I gave them another go.

This place is so consistently good....every time we come here the food SLAPS. The aloo gobhi and butter chicken paired with cheese naan are our favorites. Prices are fair, portions are very generous, and quality is consistent every visit

I'm not sure if I earned the rights to be called a "regular" here but this is my 3/4 visit and the food don't miss. The purpose of this trip was to yet again try something different but with flavor. On this visit, we had the chicken korma a plate of yellow rice and garlic naan. I asked the chicken korma to not be that spicy since I share with my kids. We enjoyed and we took home left overs.

Immediately upon entering there's a variety of booths, tables and bar seating. We opted for a table on the opposite side of the DJ so we could hear each other talk. Service was from Mimi who was very helpful in recommending the sides for our entree. We ended up ordering the jerk wings (appetizer), turkey wings with collards, dressing and candied yams. I ate the wings as my entree and we shared the sides. The presentation was great. Real plates & flatware. The sides came in their own bowls so the food doesn't touch. The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.

The exit leading to this restaurant can get quite busy, especially during rush hour. The GPS will have you turn into an exit only lane, but the best entrance will be through the Krystal fast food entrance. While this place has tables and chairs, they do not provide table service. They only do take away orders and self-service dining. There is a sign near the register that states this. Menu is great, provides enough dishes for everyone to enjoy - vegetarian or meat or fish. I got butter chicken, palak paneer, rice, garlic naan, and cheese naan to go. I ordered a mango lassi to drink while waiting. All the food I got was delicious, and they understood the assignment when I asked for mild spice. With tip I paid about 60 bucks for all of it. There is enough parking for about 10 cars in front, more on the side. Staff is friendly, but there really isn't much interaction other than when you order.

The service I received here was 1000x better than my first experience! I ordered the #1 Rib dish with collard greens, cabbage and curry chickpeas. I thought the rib bone was sugar cane, but it's not. I'm actually not sure what it is but assume it's casava/yucca. What a nice treat to add more food to the plate. The ribs were delicious, curry chickpeas outstanding, cabbage really good but wasn't expecting them to be fried and collards were good. The toast was toast. Overall, I give my meal an A+. But I'm always up to driving a little bit for some great vegan food. Definitely missed the driveway, regardless of the reviews I read! Nothing a quick turn around couldn't fix. Came on a Tuesday around 1:15. One person ahead of me and it took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. So I sat at the table and enjoyed the music from next door! Even with my stalking, it still took me a minute to figure out what to order. The Moxtails are what drew me in. Also knew I wanted to please my inner fat girl and order two plates! LOL Rib Trash Plate - 3 sides that are included. Ribs - liked the texture and flavor. You're mostly tasting the BBQ sauce, a little flavor from their choice of protein but I appreciated the texture. Collard greens - Love that they don't taste like the greens I make. They have mushrooms in them. Also have this sweet and savory taste to them. Not traditionally flavored but delicious! Mac and cheese - made with nuts as posted, I'm assuming cashews but didn't confirm. Pretty good flavor, I don't mind it at all! Quinoa and chickpeas - multicolored quinoa, good flavors. I'd order it again. Not a bunch of flavor but expected that. Type of side that I get for the healthy factor vs the flavor. Moxtails - 2 sides included. Let me first say that the flavor of the Moxtails was very good. I was expecting there to be something in it that resembled oxtails' texture, so it was lacking in that area. The dish has chick peas, potatoes, carrots, celery, peppers, and onions. With the amount of gravy, I would have expected more rice but it was like a small spoonful. Guessing the peas and corn were included in the rice but not for sure. Cabbage - I'm a fan. Gives me this stir fry vibe with an almost smoke/char flavor. I will say that it was pretty greasy after take a few bites. I looked underneath the cabbage and sure enough there was a good bit of grease. Okra was good as well. Nothing special that makes it stand out, but good flavor nonetheless. I would order it again. Overall, I like this place and would definitely come again if I was in the area.
