The person at the order counter was sooo awesome and helpful! It was our first time visiting and had never had anything really like a Frankie before, so weren't sure what to expect The restaurant is bright and clean inside. It was busy in the late afternoon. The samosas were very good, and a good size. Not too big, or too small The Pakora was good, but they're not really something I loved so I'd probably order more samosas next time The Frankie's - good - I'd almost like it if there was more heat/flavour. It was good and a better option than many fast(ish) food places, but I wasn't blown away or anything by it, but can't really complain about anything either! If you've never tried this kind of food before, I'd highly recommend you do!

Frankie Combo #1 with samosa mango chutney

We came here for lunch as this was our first time trying Bombay Frankie's. We both got combos. I had the vindaloo chicken Frankie it was medium spice and very tasty. My friend has an egg allergy and they specifically made her food first and even on the receipt it stated no egg wash. Allergy alert. Very professional. They have a freestyle Coke machine that even has a wide variety of zero sugar products including lemonade and Coke products. Very clean inside and the staff were very friendly.

I'd say ten minutes after my order was accepted, it was cancelled. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to grab takeout for dinner. I never got a reason why my order was abruptly cancelled. This experience made me avoid hitting Ghost Kitchens until I was recently in Ajax. I have been craving salad practically every day for the last month. After running some errands in the area, I was ready for some lunch. I did a search on my Uber Eats app and found Saladworks. I placed the following order: - Bently salad with light raspberry vinaigrette - Daydream cucumber beverage It had an estimated pickup time of fifteen minutes. It was perfect for me to slowly make my way over here. I looked at the address and it said that it was in Ghost Kitchens. I will admit that I did have some reservations after having placed this order. The good news was that it never got cancelled, so I was happy. This Ghost Kitchens location is in a plaza. It's closest to Kingston Road, with the main entrance facing south. I backed into a parking spot and walked in. There is a huge screen where you can place your order if you don't have Uber Eats or some other app installed. I walked over to the pickup counter and dinged the bell. A woman said that she would be right there. She asked for my order number. I rattled it off to her. She found my order and handed it to me. I thanked her and headed to my car to eat. You can also dine inside. There were plenty of seats and tables. The downside was that washrooms were unavailable during my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad. The base was a romaine-iceberg lettuce blend. It had smoked ham, roasted turkey, sliced egg, diced tomatoes, and provolone cheese. What was cool was that most proteins were cubed. It was a nice change of pace. This salad was awesome, especially with the light raspberry vinaigrette. The salad was crunchy and fresh. The raspberry vinaigrette was delicious such that I took it home to enjoy on another salad the following week. If this place offered bottles of this vinaigrette, I'd get some in a heartbeat. My salad came with some rosemary bread. It was a nice touch. It was yummy. You didn't get a lot of it, but it was a perfect side to the salad. I wash everything down with a can of Daydream cucumber lime beverage. It tasted like getting a drink at a spa. I loved the subtle cucumber flavour with a hint of lime. It wasn't worth what I had paid for, though, especially when I found a four-pack of this flavour at Winners a week later that was perhaps a twoonie more. I finally placed a successful order from Ghost Kitchens. I absolutely loved my salad from Saladworks and had a great experience. I can't wait to explore its other salads on the menu. (209)

This wonderful Syrian restaurant stands above most of the many Kebab shops in Pickering/Ajax. They…read moreoffer the standard Kebab shop fare (beef and chicken shawarma, falafel, and variously spiced skewers), but all with a unique, presumably Syrian, spin. My husband's falafel contained a variety of vegetables, and the wrap was toasted to crispy perfection. My son ordered the smoky chicken shawarma, which comes in a smoky, spicy wrap. He said that it was delicious, and unlike any other he's tried with its savory, smoky flavor. My daughter and I each ordered the Aleppo Kebab plate with rice. What a lot of food!! The hummus was so garlicky and well-seasoned, not the bland, pasty stuff that one sometimes encounters. The toum (garlic sauce) was a splendid accompaniment to the smoky beef. I really enjoyed my spicy bread (a flatbread that is dipped in some kind of sauce and then fried, I think). My spice-averse daughter was able to order regular flatbread. The Aleppo Kebab itself was quite mildly and subtly spiced, very flavorful, and exuded the smoky aromas of the grill. The rice, as it is in most middle and near Eastern restaurants, was superb, and flavoured with tumeric. It was a lot of food, and I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. If you order the platters, I recommend That you order some extra bread to dip into the sauces. They offer a lot of sauce with these platters, all on the side in separate compartments of the take-out container. We were there for take-out, but it is a nice, family oriented atmosphere. The counter was busy all the time, with multiple people coming in for pick up orders. Despite that, the friendly staff takes the time to describe the food choice and make recommendations for future visits. And there will be future visits, at least by me! The parking lot is busy at certain areas, but there is plenty of parking just beyond the restaurant. If you are in the area and are hungry for some Middle Eastern food, the keep Aleppo Kebab in mind!
