Nasima was great at first. She had a great selection and helped us find some nice outfits. However, when it came time for alterations, our pieces had less than quality work done. She charged us 165 for tailoring three pieces and one of our shirts ended up being torn about two and a half inches while she was taking out the stitches. At first she tried to blame it on me tearing it when I changed out even though we watched her tear it, and barely admitted it was her even till the end. She tried to cover it up by cutting the design from a darker piece of fabric and just stitching it on the tear, it was just horrid and she insisted it was fine. It looked so out of place and ugly because it was a darker maroon piece just cut and pasted on the lighter red. There was a lack of accountability on her side throughout the whole ordeal, she simply refused to admit she did anything wrong. She initially also refused to reduce the tailoring cost and after much back and forth, she reduced 10 dollars for the fact that she couldn't shorten the sleeves for one shirt because she said it would ruin the shirt (I got it tailored somewhere else and it was perfectly fine) and 15 for the other completely ruined shirt. We paid 823 for 4 outfits, and 140 for the tailoring of three outfits. When we brought it to another tailor, they explained to us what she did wrong and said it was just horrible and lackluster work, and no tailor that put effort would do anything like that. The other tailor had to cut off the piece she basically pasted on the tear and hand stitched the tear shut. Overall her selection and service was fine up until time for the tailoring. We are appreciative of the outfits as they are beautiful but stay cautious about the tailoring and her attitude. I wish I had taken pictures of the horrible tailoring and the tear but she did not let us. I would not visit her store ever again and would advise everyone to go to other stores in the area. She also only takes cash for tailoring, and will send you out to an ATM to get cash if you don't have any. read more
