Hands down the best naan I've ever had. They had a special clay oven flown in for it. Absolutely outstanding. The sauces and rice are delicious - my friend is obsessed with the tills masala and gets it every time; I've tried a few different things - so far far the tandoori chicken has been my favorite. The only critique would be for the cuts and texture of the chicken in the sauced dishes. Not terrible, but isn't consistent with the quality of everything else. Maybe they don't always have time for the yogurt marinade? Or they do it differently? Still worth going for sure. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. We've eaten at a few Indian restaurants in Utah, but none are as good as this! We had a dish of assorted appetizers and each was delicious. I ordered the chicken curry and my wife ordered the butter chicken. We liked the curry more but both were great. There were lots of different spices and each tasted fresh. I was very impressed by how clean and peaceful the restaurant was. We did go on a day that wasn't super busy so that probably played a role. Overall, the staff were very kind and our food came out quickly. I wish we lived closer because we would be coming back all the time! read more

Our party of three dined at Bombay Palace last night. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. It was early so the restaurant wasn't crowded yet, but started to fill up after we were seated. The atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff was great. The food was even better! We had chicken tandoori, chicken mahkani (butter chicken), veggie samosas, popadom, naan and roti. Afterwards, we finished our meal with keer and masala chai. Everything was freshly prepared to our designated level of spiciness (mild, medium, hot or very hot), and tasted great! The portions were well sized and the waitstaff kept checking on us and refilling our drinks (without having to ask) throughout our meal. If you're craving Indian food and are in Murray, UT or nearby this place is definitely worth trying. read more

Guys. Their tandoori chicken is a party in your mouth. Do not miss it. Their service is great and they aren't very busy so you will be sat and served quickly. I took a date here last Monday and we will be back again and again. Also, generous enough serving sizes that we both had leftovers to take home and they tasted great the next day. read more

When Bombay Palace took over the old Celeste location I have to admit, I was mad. I loved Celeste. However, the food and the beautiful Sikh souls who operate Bombay Palace have completely won me over!! The food is incredible!! I am not sure how they do it, I'd like to learn more about what region they are from, but the food is lighter, more wholesome yet the flavors are bigger and brighter. Some of our favorites are chicken mushroom, lamb saag, ok wait - who am I kidding it's all just so good! Tender meats, fresh veg, vegan options - they have it all including house made chai and house made spiced lemon soda! They use Water Wellness water, for the water nerds among us, such a treat! And the ice creams!! OMG!! GET THE ICE CREAM! ALL OF THEM! I am completely won over! Do yourself a favor and go get some! read more

went here for lunch today and it was fantastic. the butter chicken was very very good. the meat was tender and high quality and the spices of the sauce were perfect. i didn't love the garlic naan as it was made with garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. but the curry was good enough to go back and get the regular naan, which looked great. read more

First of all, ahhhmaaazinggg food. We ordered the Tikka Masala, Rogan Josh, and the Chicken Tandoori. The Chicken Masala was pretty good. It was missing a certain flavor and I can't put my finger on it but that's not a good enough reason to not enjoy it. The Chicken Tandoori came was very colorful with the vegetables and onions and spices. My son loved it he said it was *chef's kiss*. And finally, the Rogan Josh. Three words: Oh. My. Gosh! This was recommended to me when I had asked for which lamb dish I should get, and it was amazing!!! I asked for mild just so my son could try some and it still had a little kick to it which wasn't too bad. We also ordered the garlic naan and it was pretty good. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the service is a little slow. We came in the middle of the week and it wasn't busy (about 4 tables were seated).
