    First time getting my hair done since the pandemic. Jen was amazing to say the least! Blessed by her genuine, kind, empathetic and understanding personality, given I was anxious and concerned, she wore a mask the entire time. My hair turned out beautiful she is truly gifted in her talent, my family couldn't stop complementing me, the pandemic defn. took a tole in aging me and my new and refreshed hair took years off, as my children stated "mom you look younger" .     Well...if you pride yourself with professionalism, then take this comment with a grain of salt. Try improving your system of booking first time clients. You may be great at doing hair but it all starts at the initial appointment. Maybe, letting your potential clients know that you have changed the name of your salon is a great start so we don't look for your place when GPS already tells us we are in the right spot but still can't find your boutique since there are a myriad other shops including other salons in your area. Also, do not leave your salon when that 30 minute allotted time is not up yet or at least give your client a call to let them know you are leaving. Or maybe have someone from your salon know where you are at the time of the appointment because they have to call you since they also don't know where you went when you already booked a consultation for someone. So I completely agree with you when you said RESPECT AND COMMUNICATION is key.

    I see Jen here and she's amazing! I had virgin hair when I came to her but wanted to try balayage. The color looks so great and when I asked her to trim it she really did just trim it, not chop it, which was great because I've been trying to grow it out. I recently had hair extensions put in by Jen and I'm in love! She did such a great job and matched the colors perfectly, it looks great! I'd highly recommend Jen! You can trust her to take good care of your hair and she won't do anything you don't want done to it!

    Jen is just awesome. It is always a struggle trying to find someone in this area that knows how to cut and color thin hair. I came to her with harsh blonde foil lines at my roots when what I wanted was a highlight touch up and to keep my natural brown in between. She fixed it for me by blending the lines and putting some lowlights back in, since I was almost all blonde at that point from someone else having taken big pieces too close together. These pics are not right after that appointment but after my 3rd visit to her (I like to wait on posting reviews because consistency when a stylist does my hair is important to me). She has done a great job every time, actually listens AND understands when I ask her about something, and values my wishes. She does a fantastic job on the cut and long layers and never takes off a large amount (unless that's what you want). She has also done a balyage/babylight on my sister which was blended beautifully. If you are always searching for someone who "gets" blonde and how to do it right, Jen is the hair stylist for you. Thank you Jen for the wonderful job you do.

    Passport Photo "Digital Copy" Runaround…read more On January 25, 2026 at 10:40 AM, I purchased a set of two printed passport photos and also requested (and paid for) the digital copy. I was told the digital photo would be emailed within the stated timeframe, but it never arrived. Timeline: 1. 1/25 at 12:30 PM: I called to follow up and was told to wait two more hours and call back if I still didn't receive it. 2. 1/25 at 2:56 PM: I called back and was told I needed to come in person. 3. I returned to the store,- same day of 1/25 only to be told the same information I was given earlier over the phone. I even asked and begged if I could just pay for a whole new set again to solve the issue. I was told that if the first set didn't go through, they would release the digital photo for the second attempt, and I provided a different email address just in case. 4. 1/26: Still no email (I checked inbox, spam, and trash). 5. 1/26 at 10:07 AM: I called again and was told to call back in a few hours. 6. 1/26 at 1:42 PM: I called back, was transferred three times, and ultimately was told to check spam and to come back to the store for a USB. When I returned the 1st time. I let the young lady know, I work long hours and can't keep coming back and forth in person with no resolution. That's why begged to pay for a 2nd set. At that point, I gave up. I was patient and respectful throughout every interaction, but the process was a constant back-and-forth with no real resolution, and there was no offer to refund the digital copy I paid for but never received. I'm sharing this because a simple request turned into multiple calls, transfers, and an unnecessary return trip. I hope the process gets cleaned up so other customers aren't sent in circles the way I was.
