Booking online with About Face was easy and convenient. Locating the place was a little tricky, but thanks to other Yelpers I was able to verify that I was at the correct place. I arrived extra early as it was my first time, but know that Sharalton only sees one client at a time, so you must wait in your car until your appointment time. The spa is decorated well and appears clean. Sharalton took his time to get a sense of what I wanted, like and don't like. As a result, he gave me lashes that I am extremely happy with. They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. Because of Randy's careful examination of my ears, only one ear needed a full re-pierce and the other ear just needed a slight stretch in the piercing. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!
