Susan explained the entire process and took her time measuring and marking my brows. She gave me a couple of brow shape options and I picked the one I liked most. She used the pictures I had sent for her review and her customized brows were just as beautiful as the ones I would spend 30-40 minutes drawing. The environment and clinic bed were both comfortable and the music selection was pleasant during my appointment. She maintained touch points with me to ensure I was comfortable and to see if I needed a break. I was so comfortable I took a little nap. Once she was done, the brows were beautiful. The healing process was awesome for me. I followed her instructions and used the at home care products as she instructed. I went back for my 6 week touch-up appointment. I thought it was only going to be 30 minutes because to me the brows were perfect. Susan is such a perfectionist that she took as much time as the initial appointment adjusting the color and filling in where it was needed. I didn't think my brows could look any better but Susan outdid herself once again.
