Nice place! Very spacious and clean with beautiful staff! I came with a couple people for drinks only and they weren't good! They tasted very cheap and acidic but we tried to make the best of it and not complain and just enjoy the music and games. The place was cool enough to go back and revisit UNTIL my credit card was charged a different amount I signed for. I was overcharged by almost $10!! Now that may not be a lot of money, but it's the principal! You can't charge people whatever you want after they leave and pay their tab! Horrible experience! Came here on a Tuesday night because the restaurant we were trying to go to in the same plaza closed early. Seems like it is kind of a knockoff of hooters or twin peaks. Upon first walking in, all the waitresses were huddled around a table near the front of the house. They all just awkwardly stared at us until a hostess came from around the corner to seat us. The music was EXTREMELY loud. You would have to shout at the top of your lungs for the person sitting across the table to hear you. This also made ordering and any communication with the waitress very difficult. Every exchange had to be repeated several times because it was so loud. Our food came out however we were given no silverware. Our waitress had dropped the food off and went back to her pow wow at the front with all her pals and didn't come back to check on us. After 10 min, we went to the bar to get some silverware from the bartender using sign language and hand motions as it was so loud in there she couldn't hear what we were asking for. Food was ok at best. Certainly nothing special. After we finished eating, we just wanted to leave however The waitress had disappeared. We waited another 10 min until I spotted her and waived her over. Her excuse was that she was helping the hostess as they were "understaffed" even though there was about 8 of them huddled around that table goofing off and the place was dead. As we were leaving, the hostess was sitting on top of the stand with her feet up, talking on her phone. If I was the owner of this place, I would be furious. I haven't had such a bad experience at a restaurant in a long time. This was by far the worse service I had received at this establishment. The service has never been superb, but tonight was HORRIBLE! I tried to be patient with our waitress since it was her first night on the floor. They should've never put her on the floor on one of the busiest nights....Game 6 I believe after making so many mistakes with our order, she just gave up. She never came back to our table and wouldn't even make eye contact. I spoke directly with manager and he insured things would be better because he would take care of it. I usually don't factor service much into my ratings but this experience was so egregious I feel like the two stars was necessary. Met another couple Saturday night for drinks and they had dinner too. We were carded at the door and given bracelets but our friends who had arrived only a few minutes earlier did not have bracelets which ended up being a problem once it was time to order at the table. They put our names in at the front and we sat at the bar. Service there was typical for a busy bar. They don't carry ginger beer so no mules if that's your thing. They also didn't have red bull. After 30+ minutes of waiting we checked with the hostess who realized our name was somehow lost from the list. They seated us outside which was so loud it was hard to have a conversation across the table. I guess they had citronella torches burning since it's buggy. Thankfully there were fans to help with that and the heat. After waiting for about 10 minutes no one ever comes to take our order. We ask a waitress who our server is and she says she'll go find them only to never return. The same happens with a second waitress. We go ask the hostess who our server is and she can't figure it out either. Finally after about another 15+ mins of waiting we just ask the second waitress to take our order. Before she could put it in another party spanning about 3 or 4 tables grabs her to take their order which took at least another 10-15 minutes. We're waiting another 20 mins or so for our drinks and silverware and we still don't even have water. Eventually we got tired of waiting and someone from the group goes to the outdoor bar to get two beers for him and his wife. In the meantime we see a manager walking around with chips ands queso that we realize is ours so we flag him down. We explain the situation to him and he agrees to comp us a round and takes our drink orders (4 total). As he's finishing up our friend returns with three beers from the bar (suprise extra beer for my fiance). As luck would have it, as he's sitting down our four ordered drinks finally arrive (still no water). A couple minutes later a different manager comes over with only two of the comp beverages and asks my fiance if one of the beers on the table was his and walks away. A few minutes later our waitress returns to inform us that the second manager said that we have too many drinks and he's going to close out our bill if we order any more (at this point we each have two drinks). We explain to the waitress the only reason why we have all these drinks is because they had been taking so long with our orders and that the first manager was well aware of the situation. If the second manager had an issue they either needed to talk to each other or come speak to us directly. Our friends get their food soon after and still no waters. We had to ask for them a fourth time before they finally came. The waitress was apologetic at least but we never heard from either of the managers again. As for the food the queso was decent and they enjoyed their wraps. I had the bombshell margarita which was good. Gave it the second star because it's a good concept and social space and the menu looks promising. That being said I probably won't be going back. Plenty of other places to grab drinks or watch a game that actually have their stuff together. read more

Watched this new establishment being built, couldn't wait to try it. Three of us visited for the first time on May 12th and won't be back. The drink menu will fool you! There's a variety of drinks with names that make you want to try them. We each got a diffrent drink but all were watered down! Trying not to be dissapointed, we each ordered a second round of different drinks and again-same thing! The food was ok. The waitresses were slow, and appeared to be a bit confused with orders(not just our waitress). One was walking around to different tables asking "did you order this drink"? The food here was amazing, and our server was excellent. She made note of all the things we needed because we were a big family with one baby and one toddler. Although she did forget to bring us one lemonade for the toddler, everything else was amazing. I believe I had the grilled salmon and added the creamy Alfredo sauce to it, and it was delicious. First time being here and here with all my friends is a great way to have a chill night eating and having fun. This place is great and it has live music and also came here for my friend bc she worked here. The food and drinks are awesome. Ordered a reganade pasta. The pasta was such a delicious dish and had a little bit of everything. Chicken,shrimp,broccoli, and mushrooms blended well together. Even though the chicken was salty, but i love the dish. I like this location! The waitresses are always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot and taste really good! The drinks...omg! The shots so many to choose from!!! The DJ plays a good mixture of music on the weekends. (I've never been during the week). The outdoor patio is really large and has a lot of tables. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't have hookah! They'd make a killing off of it! And I mean..who doesn't want to smoke hookah on their beautiful patio now that it's crawfish season?! Can we say day parties are HUGE in Houston? I would give them zero stars if I could. My friend paid $100 for this bar to reserve for her birthday, and they didn't reserve her table or try to accommodate her. They only offered to give her money back, and unapologetically. The parking here is terrible and you have to drive into gravel lots next to the small parking lot which are not equipped for anything outside of a SUV.
