In fact it's a joke. They're all the items that no one wants to buy that Cole sells. What a joke so really the coupon that I get from returning an item from Amazon is really no good because everything in the store most everything is price protected so you have to buy a Kohl's item and the coupon only works on a few items really the items that I don't need or want so shopping at the store is really a joke. Do I recommend this store? No, I doubt that's why I wrote the scathing review.

I bought this beautiful $2,000 worth ring for $300.00 and only less than a year later, the rose gold turned to silver. I don't recommend getting any engagement ring here. It was disappointing and they have a not so friendly return policy of only 180 days. This isn't beneficial for jewelry at allll. However, this place does sell some really nice clothing for the office atmosphere for sure. The customer service is actually friendly as well as the one on Mississippi off of Havana. I love the Kohl's charge credit card because I have received some money off when I made $300.00 purchases. The only poor thing is that they don't offer wifi around their store. Besides my luck of finding some great deals the store was very nice, well lit and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When it came time to check out I was waiting in line behind 1 person and a clerk opened another register just so I didn't have to wait. Very nice. I found some dress pants I needed but I needed them in tall. Heather ordered them for me on line and had them shipped priority. The process was somewhat complicated due to some errors on the websites end but Heather went above and beyond and personally made sure i was taken care of. Her customer service was amazing and she showed genuine concern for me and my purchase. I too am in the customer service business and know the importance of great customer service and the impact it can have on your experience with a business. Heather is a rare find these days, JC Penney's, take note of what a valuable employee you have there!

Call before hand to to see if they would do a return and they said bring it on in. So I did ! Once I got there they where very rude and just straight told us that there was a 15 day return policy for TVs so I left thinking I just lost out on $1,500.00. The next day which would be today my girlfriend (bless her soul) was at the Brighton Walmart and bought another tv besides the one I'm talking about. She knew this and visited the store, as she usually does with her friends. This time however, she asked a couple of people if she could use the restroom, yet. One said they didn't know where the key was, one said they were out of order and one, particularly disrespectful, young person who was working at about noon on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, said, "You shouldn't be looking to go to the bathroom in this place anyway, LADY." This was kind of a outing - ritual place for some ladies to get together and look at all the new merchandise and find gifts and cards, etc. No matter what kind of customers your stores think they may be attracting, none of them deserve to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. The good staff and district manager, who have actually spoken to some of these ladies in the past, and been told how much this store keeps merchandise more organized, the aisles clean and has always had such kind people employed there, will understand that this particular group of ladies will not be bothering any of you with their custom, since some of your staff seem to think it is an imposition to address a problem with a bathroom broken for at least a month, and taking out their frustrations, whatever they may be, on some people who may be having a crisis of their own and REQUIRE A RESTROOM. And from me personally, your staff should remember that especially your elderly customers deserve an even higher standard of service. I certainly hope this particular employee gets some much needed training or finds a job that requires such an attitude.....perhaps with absolutely no contact with other humans.
