I have never had such poor service and this is the reason I stay away from dealers. My GMC truck broke down on the way to the keys. It was a Friday afternoon on Easter weekend so I was expecting to sit for a while. I called Bromnin and Jason the service advisor said to bring it in and they could check it Saturday, but probably couldn't work on it until Tuesday. I took it in on Saturday morning and they actually got right on it saying it should be done by closing. I called before closing and they said they needed parts, so it would be Monday. Right ater the call I got a text that it was complete. Obviously it wasnt so I called Monday and the cashier said it was done. Went in and of course it wasn't. OK, I'm cool with that. But that's where it went downhill. Monday afternoon comes, no call. Left a message for the service writer, no call back. Tuesday morning I go in, not ready yet- doing a regen and he'll call. No call back. Tuesday afternoon, no call back. Went in and the service manager, John, actually said they shouldnt have started work on Saturday because he needed all his teks on oil changes! Wednesday morning, I go in again- Not ready, He'll call. Guess what, no call back. Finally got a message Wednesday that they needed another part. Since I couldnt get a call back, I went in every morning and every evening. No info. No call backs. Saturday comes and they need another part. If you get the drift by now, the service department tek works on it but no one else knows whats going on, because the truck is still marked as done. The service advisor will not return calls. So were stuck paying daily rates on place to stay and rental car. I could have just paid weekly rate if I had only had a little more info. All we really needed was information. I'm very appreciative that they started right on it, and I can't blame the teks. I understand how not everything shows up on the initial eval and more stuff needs to be done. But seriously! Make a damn phone call! I wouldn't be writing this review now if I just got some call backs with the info I needed. But I had to go in every day, morning and evening just to be told it wasnt ready. This review would have been 4 or 5 stars if the service writer would have just done what he said he would and call back! But at least it's finally fixed. Never again. read more

I am beyond furious with Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead. I brought my brand-new 2025 Chevy Tahoe, which I purchased directly off their lot. I went in for routine service. What I got back was not the same vehicle I dropped off. My Tahoe had brand-new factory wheels and rims. When I picked it up, the technicians had swapped them for old, worn wheels and rims. There is no excuse for this. This is not a "mistake" or "miscommunication" -- this is STEALING, plain and simple. I entrusted their service department with my new vehicle, and instead of professionalism, I was met with dishonesty and blatant misconduct. If technicians feel comfortable swapping parts on a customer's brand-new car, it raises serious questions about how many other customers have been taken advantage of without realizing it. And I have seen many people complaint for the same issue there. I am formally demanding a full investigation into this service department. This dealership should be audited immediately, and management should be held accountable for what happens under their roof. This is a serious breach of trust and possibly CRIMINAL behavior. Until this is resolved, I strongly warn anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here: document everything, take photos before and after, and don't assume your car will be returned in the same condition you left it. But, that was not the case once we got there. they wanted $4000 more for the car and they said that all of the small discounts on the bottom are what gave you the large $12,424 discount. I called BS. FALSE advertising! We drove three hours to the dealership just because of this great deal! It did not exist!!! I would give it no stars if I could. Bought a new 2025 XT5 about 4 weeks ago. I have no problem with the car, but the dealership stinks. They sold me a new car, but only had one key for delivery. The salesman said he will mail me the key when he finds it. Instead of waiting for it, I have called and emailed him and the dealership, and they don't answer me or tell me they will mail it to me 4 weeks NO KEY.. Their follow-up service stinks!!! I spoke to Chantel over the phone and we worked up numbers on a 2025 Escalade that is a courtesy vehicle... supposedly it had really good savings since the car would be leased with 2000 miles on it. Chantel told me that price range we would be looking at 1,200-1,300 per month for a 3 year lease/ 10k miles a year. I spoke to her continuously about the vehicle and waited for it to arrive to the dealership. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to meet with a completely different person (Anfernee) which I was okay with as long as everything that I spoke with Chantel was going to be maintained the same. At the time of discussing prices he brings up 2,100 a month...... 800$ more a month than what I had discussed with Chantel. Mind you, I'm from west Palm beach and I have received much better offers than 2,100 and for cars that have 0 miles on them. After sitting with the sales person and leaving the dealership, I called to speak to Chantel, they place me on hold eternally and don't route the call because they know. I called Bomnin about a car today 1-29-2026 so I talked to the first person and he gave me the fees because I asked for it, $999.00 + $399.00 + $99.00 and he said that's it. Not too long after I talked to the direct salesman and I ask again for the fees and now there is an extra reconditioning fee of a little over $2,400.00 so Bomnin has an extra $3,900.00 of fees besides price, taxes and tag. now you know. This place is terrible! We go into the car dealership to look at a car we really liked. We told the seller (his name is Tapia btw, so avoid him at all costs) we would think about it and return in the morning because we didn't want to have any regrets. He got upset with us because from the very beginning we said we were just browsing. Like I'm not buying a sweater it's a 30k car! We returned the next day READY to buy the car with cash in hand after doing research on market prices and we wanted to see the car in daytime one more time. We went with another family member who started browsing at another used car and our seller screamed at us saying "how dare we look at another car when I'm selling you the other one" we told him we are not looking, my brother is looking for himself, don't u prefer to make two sales ? And then he realized he was an idiot, so said yeah let me get the keys. Such a terrible salesman... We agreed the prior day at around 33,500. On this day he said we could try to do 33 out the door and we shook hands this is after two back and forth with the manager. He comes back and says 37k! He insisted that this was the best price and obviously jacked up the price because they didn't want to sell us the car at this point. We don't even speak another word, my husband laughed and shook hands with the seller and we left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband waited a few days and the price for the car online was dropped even further. The car has been sitting on their lot for over 3 months with multiple price reductions. He then called and spoke to the manager Pablo, who was polite but insisted that they couldn't reduce the price under 35k out the door. The car was $29999, but they tacked on bs fees to increase the price. My husband declined the absurd increase in price and we'll be looking for a car elsewhere. From the manager to the service department, to the salespeople, this is the worst dealer I have been to in my entire life. Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent, indifferent, and no customer service skills, and bait and switching made a common practice. Bomnin of Homestead falsely advertised a Honda for $4,990.00 So I therefore called out of work and spent almost $200 on an Uber to drive me, from my home in Broward county, all the way down to homestead in the hopes of purchasing this vehicle. When I finally got there they claimed that, with all the fees, the total cost will be over $8,000 There were five other people in line, with me, who also fell for this scam and made a special trip all the way down there for this vehicle. We all left! I was forced to spend another $200 again on Uber to get back home. I am going to contact an attorney tomorrow in order to file a law suit against them for my $400 in Uber fees as well as loss of wages, since I called out of work. I was going to purchase a brand new 2020 Cadillac Escalade from Bomnin, Stock #LR258657. We negotiated a price that included around 7-8K in dealer incentives, and 9K from Cadillac. This was on 5/29/2020. I was told much later in the deal that the dealership does not accept Cashier's (bank validated) checks. I refused to wire money, and I couldn't come up with that much cash in a short period of time. Even then, they said the wire would only come through on Monday, 6/1, after the 9K offer from Cadillac expires. It is my sincere belief that this dealership was trying to get out of withholding the 9K, as that discount is too deep and they want to wait. Even if I chose not to buy this car, which I wouldn't, they assume someone else would at a higher price. What they did, though, was ensure I would never consider to purchase anything Bomnin Cadillac, and I encourage you to do the same. Really disappointed with their service. I have bought dozens of Chevys for my businesses. They charged me more than what they quoted. They blamed a "typical" service fee that they did not disclose in advance. They couldn't find a nail in my tire that I know is there because I've seen it and I have had a slow leak for weeks. They never fixed it or disclosed that they could not find it. Yet they texted me stating my car was ready. Their service is lacking from the moment you walk in, no one greets you, some don't speak English there is no apparent process. Bomnin Cadillac had our Escalade for four months which was ridiculous. They left it outside baking in the sun when we asked them not to do that. We had to have a new engine installed. When we finally got it back, over four months later, not only did the engine not run properly, there were other things wrong with the car. The engine kept raging and fans would not shut down. The temperature gauge doesn't work. The a/c doesn't work. The touch screen panel does not work. We did not get a loaner car as well. We had to rent a car. The service is horrible. Jason Rodriguez, our assigned service person never answers his phone and never calls us back. When you call they make excuses everytime why he can't answer the phone. I would NEVER do business with this company and this was the worst service we have ever experienced in our lives. We told the general manager the experience we had with Jason, but evidently it fell on deaf ears because we are still trying to get hold of Jason to schedule our car and get a loaner car if possible. Don't take your car for service there!!!!!! Took my Chevy in on a Tuesday needed an oil change and my service Stabiltrack message was on my in my car so I told them I needed a Diagnostic ran. The guy told me that it would be $54 for oil change and 150 for the diagnostic. He also told me that they weren't able to do the diagnostic that day that I will have to leave my car there for 2 to 3 days I should have an answer on the diagnostic by Thursday latest. Thursday came no call. I call Friday morning to get an update the guy explained to me that nothing has been done to my car that is supposed to take 3 to 5 Days for the diagnostic. I asked if the oil change has been done at least, the man says no. He says the oil change will be done today but give him a couple hours. That was a 10am so at 4pm I go to pick up my car. I walk into the cashier to pay for my oil change. The lady has no record of my car. Says the man that I've been working with probably has my keys and has not processed the service. I go to the man tell him I'm there to pick up my car tells me to wait two minutes and then go back to the cashier. I go back to the cashier and 10 minutes later she tells me it's going to be 69.95. At this point I just wanna get my car out there so I pay for the oil change. After I pay asked where can I get my car they said someone will bring it around to me. I asked how long that's gonna take she said she doesn't know. While I'm waiting there is another lady who was even more pissed than I was she took her car in to get a nail out of her tire she had been there for four hours and then they still had not taken the nail out she just wanted her car out of there as well. When they bring my car around I noticed that there was a scratch with a smug on the right fender I know that it wasn't there before because it was so obvious I'm pretty sure the hit something with my car because I was able to wipe of the smug with my finger so that means it just happened. But the tiny scratch was still there. I honestly just laughed and just left I knew they would never admit it. Worst service I've ever experience!!! I've been to 3 Chevy dealerships for service and while I don't expect the same service I get at Mercedes Benz this Homestead location was incredibly horrible. I was told to go into an employees office to be helped. When I entered the employee never greeted me, never looked up, just asked what I needed while texting on his phone. I started to explain the problem I'm having with my vehicle and he still hasn't taken his eyes off his phone. He then starts to try and talk me out of getting service at this location. He telling me anything I want done outside of an oil change is going to sit here for 2 weeks before we even run a diagnostic. He didn't get up to look at the mileage or car or anything just back on his phone doing whatever the hell he was doing. Everything he said was short, he didn't seem interested in offering any kind of help or recommendation. And this was a scheduled appointment. I obviously didn't leave my car there. Today, I called and spoke with Michael to inquire about the availability of a minivan. I let him know when I'd be there, and after a few minute wait on hold, he told me it was available. I let him know I wanted to be sure because I was driving over an hour to get there. He told me it was and confirmed my name and number. Upon arrival, I had to wait for 20 minutes for him, he never showed up. Someone else came to tell me that the van was not available as it was being sold at a different location. So all in all I wasted 2.5 hours of drive time and 30 minutes at the dealer to have someone else tell me that Michael never actually verified the van was there. 3 hours later, gas, and tolls... I won't be back. I was hoping to leave today after purchasing the minivan for cash..... please read this before you head over. so something important before i begin is, i'm a new car buyer therefore everything in this process was new to me. i originally had gone to the homestead location a few months ago interested in leasing a truck. after thinking about what's best for me financially, i decided to go the buying route. i first saw online some mustangs that i was interested in checking out so a few days later and ready to buy i go see them. when i went i was determined to buy a car that day so after realizing a mustang isn't the best option for me i walked the lot trying to find another car. i then found a 2017 bmw that was actually about 2,000 cheaper than the mustangs. so after about 4,000 of taxes & fees i was on my way to buying the car because again it's my first time and now i know it should never be that high. i did question it but he just reassured me that it's all correct and made me feel like i should've known. they then told me i had to give the down payment right then and there before continuing which was odd to me cause i hadn't even signed off on anything but whatever it's their process so i did it. after running my credit, they come back saying it's a certain number which i found to be low but he explained what i see on credit karma is like 20-30 points higher than what it actually is. after getting a very high interest rate and monthly payment i decided to walk away. i had every intention on going back the next day to find another car but the salesman didn't sound so pleased to speak to me the following day and also after speaking to a co worker about this whole process i realized 4,000 was too much and my credit score was way too low. i was upset because i felt played so i went to get my down payment back and decided to try another dealership. at this new dealership when they ran my credit it was 72 points higher, i don't know how but hey i guess they all use different systems. this morning i just got my down payment back thank goodness and it was all a learning process. i do realize as i'm saying all this now it doesn't take a genius to know some of these things but i'm young and constantly learning. read more
