    I have never had such poor service and this is the reason I stay away from dealers…read more My GMC truck broke down on the way to the keys. It was a Friday afternoon on Easter weekend so I was expecting to sit for a while. I called Bromnin and Jason the service advisor said to bring it in and they could check it Saturday, but probably couldn't work on it until Tuesday. I took it in on Saturday morning and they actually got right on it saying it should be done by closing. I called before closing and they said they needed parts, so it would be Monday. Right ater the call I got a text that it was complete. Obviously it wasnt so I called Monday and the cashier said it was done. Went in and of course it wasn't. OK, I'm cool with that. But that's where it went downhill. Monday afternoon comes, no call. Left a message for the service writer, no call back. Tuesday morning I go in, not ready yet- doing a regen and he'll call. No call back. Tuesday afternoon, no call back. Went in and the service manager, John, actually said they shouldnt have started work on Saturday because he needed all his teks on oil changes! Wednesday morning, I go in again- Not ready, He'll call. Guess what, no call back. Finally got a message Wednesday that they needed another part. Since I couldnt get a call back, I went in every morning and every evening. No info. No call backs. Saturday comes and they need another part. If you get the drift by now, the service department tek works on it but no one else knows whats going on, because the truck is still marked as done. The service advisor will not return calls. So were stuck paying daily rates on place to stay and rental car. I could have just paid weekly rate if I had only had a little more info. All we really needed was information. I'm very appreciative that they started right on it, and I can't blame the teks. I understand how not everything shows up on the initial eval and more stuff needs to be done. But seriously! Make a damn phone call! I wouldn't be writing this review now if I just got some call backs with the info I needed. But I had to go in every day, morning and evening just to be told it wasnt ready. This review would have been 4 or 5 stars if the service writer would have just done what he said he would and call back! But at least it's finally fixed. Never again.

What I got back was not the same vehicle I dropped off. My Tahoe had brand-new factory wheels and rims. When I picked it up, the technicians had swapped them for old, worn wheels and rims. There is no excuse for this. This is not a "mistake" or "miscommunication" -- this is STEALING, plain and simple. I entrusted their service department with my new vehicle, and instead of professionalism, I was met with dishonesty and blatant misconduct. If technicians feel comfortable swapping parts on a customer's brand-new car, it raises serious questions about how many other customers have been taken advantage of without realizing it. And I have seen many people complaint for the same issue there. I am formally demanding a full investigation into this service department. This dealership should be audited immediately, and management should be held accountable for what happens under their roof. This is a serious breach of trust and possibly CRIMINAL behavior. Until this is resolved, I strongly warn anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here: document everything, take photos before and after, and don't assume your car will be returned in the same condition you left it. This is not how a dealership treats customers -- especially ones who just bought a brand-new vehicle from them. Completely unacceptable.

    I had to change my tire some weeks ago because there was a gash in my tire. My car had the…read more"service monitor tire system" message and I was told by Tire Kingdom only the dealership could reset it. So I finally go to Keith Pierson Chevrolet and the customer service rep had ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE training. He said, "you know I gotta charge you for that, right?" "Why?", I asked. He responded, "Well we gotta take it back and put it up to check it out". Me: "No you don't. All you have to do is put a remote to it." You don't have to lift it at all." Him: "Well regardless I have to generate a PO when I take it to the back." Me:"So don't take it to the back, bring the remote out here." Him:"But you didn't buy the tire here." Me: Actually, I bought all 4 tires here. Only the one that was slashed, which impeded me from driving, had to be replaced immediately in Tire Kingdom." Him: "Regardless, if you want this done, I gotta chage you at least $25 for my guys time." Me: "After all the money I've spent here you're going to nickel and dime me for this?" Him:"I understand your frustration." Me: "I have 5 kids and 2 dogs in my car. You haven't an iota of an inkling of what I am presently feeling. I am going to blast Keith Pierson on Yelp and social media for your avarice." I drove home, found a YouTube hack and did it myself. Keith Pierson Chevrolet failed in the minimum instance. It will fail in the maximum.

Then you walk inside and its dirty, carpet is ripped, lights don't work, ants on the table etc. The finance manager was a liar and sleazeball! This is what gives other dealerships a bad name. Never again will I ever step foot in that place and hope my family/friends never do either.

    My husband surprised me on my birthday with my new lease. I arrived later than expected from work…read moreto a beautiful new car...he was hoping I'd be there as they dropped it off but unfortunately things didn't work out as such. Nevertheless I was still completely surprised and happy. A couple of days later he sends me a link that he had received from Evolution Leasing. They had taken photos of my gift being delivered. From the car on the flatbed, placing of the red bow on the hood, their representative holding my 6 month old (lol), my 7 year old "driving" the new car, several of my husband and our 2 boys standing with the car etc...they uploaded all our pics into a Dropbox account and sent them to us! A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! I can't say anything about the financing or in and outs of the actual car "buying" portion of the deal as I wasn't aware he was getting me a car, but he seemed very much at ease with his purchase. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Our experience has been above any expectations we have ever had for a dealership. Can't recommend them enough!!
