I had to change my tire some weeks ago because there was a gash in my tire. My car had the "service monitor tire system" message and I was told by Tire Kingdom only the dealership could reset it. So I finally go to Keith Pierson Chevrolet and the customer service rep had ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE training. He said, "you know I gotta charge you for that, right?" "Why?", I asked. He responded, "Well we gotta take it back and put it up to check it out". Me: "No you don't. All you have to do is put a remote to it." You don't have to lift it at all." Him: "Well regardless I have to generate a PO when I take it to the back." Me:"So don't take it to the back, bring the remote out here." Him:"But you didn't buy the tire here." Me: Actually, I bought all 4 tires here. Only the one that was slashed, which impeded me from driving, had to be replaced immediately in Tire Kingdom." Him: "Regardless, if you want this done, I gotta chage you at least $25 for my guys time." Me: "After all the money I've spent here you're going to nickel and dime me for this?" Him:"I understand your frustration." Me: "I have 5 kids and 2 dogs in my car. You haven't an iota of an inkling of what I am presently feeling. Made an appointment for service, stated the problem(truck still under warranty) and that I would have to wait for my truck since I lived over 40 miles away. Well I got there 30 min before my appointment(7:30) and was told by the service advisor it would take 24 hours to diagnose the problem and then get back to me witty a solution to fix it. Also they have no available loner cars. He told me my appointment was simply to meet with the advisor. This place is a joke and now I have to drive to pembroke pine to go to a real service center if I want my warranty work done. read more

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership, so I'm not real sure where these other reviews come from. We came in to buy a used Honda (yes, it's a Cadillac dealership), so we knew we weren't their normal customers. But we had an excellent experience with Tony and Karina who made it a point to stay in touch with us and work for the best price possible. They weren't going to make much off of us because it was a used car, but they worked just as hard as if we were buying a brand new model. They did an excellent job and are a great team to work with! That being said, I would give a little caution to the financing department, or at least the sales managers and the guys working up the final paperwork. This is where you need to be VERY in tune to exactly how much you agreed to pay. They will try to pull an extra $50 here, $100 there...which may not seem like much on your final bill, but when you multiply it over all customers during a month timeframe, it adds up to the dealership taking in way more than they should. So buyer beware!! However, even as they tried to pull a higher price on us during the paperwork drill, Tony came over and corrected them to the price we agreed on. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have a sales team who actually gave a crap about the customer! So to those who came in with their rap music playing or bass kicking in their car and were looking to walk out with a brand new Cadillac for super cheap...yeah, you're gonna be disappointed. But the service here was great for us with Tony and Karina working it all like true professionals! You really can't find honest, hardworking people like that anymore here in Miami. They definitely deserve a pay raise and should be the ones working the final deals! read more

I purchased my car, a Chevy Cruze from the dealership next door. However, I still have the warranties on my car so I figured who else better to service it than an actual Chevy dealer? As we know, having one's car maintained comes as a very high expense, however, if you're into saving some money, I advise that you check their Service Specials and clip the coupons. Appointments for maintenance can be scheduled via their website or by calling the dealership directly. I recommend that you also bring your patience. In my opinion it takes forever. I hate waiting with nothing to do. In some cases they have courtesy vehicles that they lend out but I'm not sure about the specifics. There has been a time when they didn't address my concern and had taken another lightly. All in all, they get the job done, but that wait time is ridiculous which leads to me not giving them 4 stars. read more

Deceiving business practices, they pulled a typical bait and switch. I was 100 % honest and clear on what I wanted and how much a competitor was offering. I was instructed by Rossana to bring in that offer and they would beat it. I took off from work early and wasted almost 2 hours of time away from my family. They knew I'm in the Military and still tried to pull a fast one on me, the price they offered wasn't even close to what they promised me if I came to the dealership. The only reason I'm giving them two starts is because Manny and Ladarrius tried to help after and apologized for their associates bad business practice. They weren't able to help and lost my business as well as my fellow service members who I will ensure stay away from purchasing a vehicle at this location. I will definitely bring it by to get cleaned and serviced because their facility is really nice and was empty. The GM on duty wasn't really helpful, he suggested that the salesman say things to bring you in like if it's part of the game and didn't like when I said it was bad business practice and reflected poorly on this dealership. read more

We dropped our truck off on the morning of the 12th for service. We were told we'd receive a loaner truck for the time it was in service. We were told they would complete an oil flush, and that the GM diagnostic person would be out several different times. We were then told he would be in today. They gave us an Acadia. The diagnostic person was never out. We had 5 calls go to voicemail since June 12th (it's now June 25th) and we've had dozens of unanswered/unreturned phone calls. No oil flush was done. The day we dropped the truck off, they turned it on for a moment to move it to the back and turned it off. They turned it back on for 8 minutes the following day, then turned it back off and never turned it on again. They did not use any diagnostic reader on our truck in the time they had it. I know this, because as they are apparently unaware, we have a GPS tracking device in all of our vehicles that monitors power, service, engine run time, idle time, speed, etc. This device is plugged into the same port a diagnostic tool would need to plug into to read any codes. To do this, they would have to unplug our gps tracker - which then sends me an alert that it has been tampered with or powered off. It also logs this in our reports. They never unplugged the GPS device. They never moved my truck. They never ran a diagnostic on it. They didn't do anything they said they would, and to make it all worse they refused to communicate. This truck is part of our fleet that we depend on to run our business and it was out of use for 2 weeks sitting there while they did nothing and couldn't be bothered to do so much as return a phone call. There is zero excuse for this kind of service. I advise anyone considering this location to read the other similar reviews and take your business elsewhere. The dealership knew I wasn't happy with the service and rigged it so that I would not receive a customer service survey to my email, so I'm here to yelp about it. My dad's truck was intermittently shutting off so I thought, let's take it to the dealer to see why. I was told by the service advisor "ray" that the problem was the throttle body, it was dirty and would cost $399 plus tax to clean it. This price includes zeroing out or "forgiving" the price for the diagnosis. I asked if the truck would be ready the same day and ray told me "I'll call you when it's ready." The next day, around noon, my dad gets a phone call by ray and is told the truck was ready the day prior at 2PM. I took my dad to pick up his truck and asked ray why he did not call me to advise me the truck was ready. I went on to explain the inconvenience he caused by not calling. He blamed me for not calling him! He then lied and said he gave me a time the vehicle would be ready and that I should have called. I went to the cashier to pay and noticed the bill was NOT $399 plus tax but $466.28. Ray added a fuel injector service and part, along with a $33 "misc. shop supplies" charge. Ray did not call me for authorization on this fuel injection service nor explain to me there would be a miscellaneous shop supplies charge. This is stealing! I spoke to the service manager George about this and he apologized. I stressed that I wanted to make sure my email was in the data base to receive the customer service survey from GM. He assured me it would be entered but here I am 5 days later with no survey. I even checked my spam and junk folder. My invoice # is CVCS23152. I would advise to stay away from this dealership all together, sales, parts and especially service. There is a reason they have a 1 star yelp rating. read more

My company provided me with a brand spanking new Chevrolet Silverado. At 2500 miles there was a simple recall that needed to be done and I brought it to the service department for work. While they had my truck they gave me a loaner truck so that way I was able to get to work. From the minute I got there, they provided me with coffee and a donut to the time I left, and they provided me with a wash to Silverado with the tires shined, it was an amazing experience. There's a gentleman named Michael in the sales department that knows Technical details about the car which you don't get from sales people anymore. The service department was amazing and the cashiers were quirky and fun. We don't hear enough about the positive experiences with a car dealership and I felt I should share mine. July 2016 Update. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4. And it would have been 5, had I not factored in the previous experience. They did follow up and resolve the problem. Apparently they have a new service manager on board and he seems to be much more professional. He even sent me text updates which were very much appreciated. They also independently identified another issue and preemptively repaired that as well to avoid a possible future issue. They provided me with a courtesy car which was very important to me, as my car seat doesn't fit in our other vehicle which is a truck. So thank you Felix Sabates, for fixing our concerns. We will continue to have our Cadillac serviced at your facility ONLY because of the actions displayed on this last transaction. Thank you. Old notes from 1 star review:They kept my car for 4 days, with terrible correspondence, didn't actually fix the problem, AND broke the bolt on my license plate so it longer attached properly. We received the car back with the plate in the back window and a suggestion to take it to a body shop to fix the bolt because they didn't have the proper tools to fix it themselves. Tried to purchase a Chevy Volt and instead was treated horribly by their sales person. Their pricing was nowhere near reality. They would not apply the Electric Car Tax credit to the pricing since it would be a lease. $582 a month for a Chevy Volt is insane!! I've leased a fully loaded BMW for less. I hope no one has been suckered into deal like this by this dealer. If you lease a Volt you CANNOT use the tax credit. The leasing company RECEIVES the tax credit since they OWN the car. It's not that complicated. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told he's been in business for many years and I wouldn't know more than me. PURE IGNORANCE. One star is too much! This has been the absolute worst business experience I have ever had. Salesman quits 1 week after attempting to special order a new 2019 Silverado 2500hd new body style. After paying a $4000 deposit with no receipts or paperwork and no signed contracts, I find out they have ordered the wrong truck. The truck I want 2019 2500hd is not available in the new body style. I have waited 2 months and the only contact with Keith Pierson Chevrolet has had to be initiated by me, no one working there has ever been able to give an answer to anything I have asked, it's always "I'll look into this and let you know" but never a response. I have had absolutely no communication with the same person from this dealership over the course of 2 months, Everyone there has pawned this problem off to the next employee in line. I have asked multiple times for Keith Pierson himself to call me and no response. I have asked multiple times for a refund of my deposit and had one of the managers tell me to prove that I had even given a deposit. Well I do have proof of deposits, and I do have proof of the original truck order. One of the employees confirmed for me in front of management that the truck is wrong. My last and final trip into this dealership, I asked once more for my deposit back or I would have to seek legal action and was told to "do what I have to do" After posting this review, along with reviews on other sites, I was contacted by Mrs. Pierson. Obviously, as I had suspected the owners knew nothing of this failed attempt at a vehicle sale. They assured me they would refund my deposits and apologized for the inconvenience. I received a check for full refund the next day. I was asked of course about removing my negative reviews. And decided that I would wait and only update the review (as I had to wait for a refund). I had to go through months of complete disregard from their employees, that they wish to protect from negativity. Extremely annoyed with their service department. I took my car in because my sensor went off my passenger rear tire. It was obvious there was a leak - it was down to 25 tire pressure when it should be 35. They "checked it out" and said that nothing was wrong with my tires or my sensors. Okkkk Filled the tire and I went on my merry way. Fast forward to a couple days later - my tire pressure is continuing to decrease, within a week it's back down to 25. Mind you, I took it in because I was going to Orlando and I wanted to make sure I was safe. My mom took it in for me again so I could get my oil changed and have the tire repaired - they proceeded to tell her that I needed brand new tires because my tires are dry rotted and the tread is worn.... So in 1 week my tires went from nothing is wrong to you need 4 brand new tires. What?!? Needless to say, I did not purchase new tires from them and I'm going to have it checked somewhere else. They changed my oil but didn't patch the tire like asked...guess they took a better look and found two holes ‍ So much wasted time. Go somewhere else. read more

HORROR STORY OF THIS DEALER DO NOT LET FRANCOIS BE YOUR SALES PERSON, he lied to me about everything. when i purchased my 2017 chevy cruse, it was imperative for me to have cruise control, he said okay i will give you cruise control ( never did he state it was going to be an after market year 2000 stick or that they were going to make a hole in my steering wheel for it). when i took in in to for them to install the cruise control, whomever they out source the job to drove my car from homestead to pompano of beach for the service. i never gave permission for this and the only reason i found out was because of my surpass and because my progressive snapshot kept recording every time someone drove it. needless to say that my driving rating went from and a+ to a c. when i confronted francois about he said that it's normal for my car to be driven when there is service. yes that is true when it's been tested and moved, when it's been outsourced the company is supposed to place the car in a bed and take it there, not drive it, as it a liability. then i explained to francois how i came to know why it was driven and how my progressive rating when down and he simply said and i quote " we are not responsible for how our employees drive your car". when my car was finally ready i went in with all the paperwork and spoke to alex the manager and he said he was going to fix the problem as i had all the documentation that showed how they did me wrong. a week later and no response from alex, i called and he said he was busy, to call back. He kept dogging me for over a week and then i was transfered to the service department manager and he was extremely rude and said he couldn't do anything for me and that at best what he could do was order a replacement of the steering column. needless to say i am beyond mad and annoyed at the service of this dealer. Never will I buy another car from them or even recommend anyone to purchase a chevy from this dealer. Also the finance manager made huge mistake and did not even call me to let me know. 2 months into me having bought the car my car payments were not being made because he apparently did not know who my loan company was and set up the smart payment account wrong. I only found out because the smart payment company sent me a letter making me aware that all the money they kept withdrawing from my bank account was going to the wrong company and that the finance manager from this terrible dealership was the one that made the mistake and the one that rectified the mistake over 2 months later and without even notifying me. All my late fees were cleared but regardless , how do you become a finance manager without even know what company is paying for the car you just sold????? The service here is horrid. I have a 2017 Suburban that needed its first oil change. We had recently moved so we made an appointment through the Chevy App at Keith Pierson and received a confirmation of the appointment AND a reminder the day before. When we arrived at the service area we had to wait for 10 minutes while the service advisers showed each other something funny on their phones and laughed. Finally, one of them came over and asked if we were being helped (no name tag). When we told him we had an appointment he looked at his sheets and said he could not find it. When I told him we made it through the app, he said that Keith Pierson doesn't use the Chevy system. He did say that they had time and could do my oil change and tire rotation right away. He asked if I wanted it washed and I said no and he said then it should only take 30 mins. They took the vehicle and put it up on the lift right away and I was impressed. After 60 mins I went out to see what the hold up was. In the bay the mechanics were all on their phones and not working on any cars. I had to track down a service adviser and told him that if they were not going to work on my car then I wanted it back. It took them another 30 mins to get me my car. After all that I noticed that the tires were not rotated. The front right tire has a scuff on it and it was still there after I picked it up. Heaven only knows if they actually changed the oil. After being told over the phone we could relinquish a lease here, we were told upon arrival that we couldn't because they "didn't have room". Not our problem. In addition, we were told incorrect information from a Manager about how the inspections on a turned-in lease works. And I don't know about you, but typically when most people turn a lease in, they get another vehicle... So since they wouldn't take our truck back, we went next door to Lorenzo Ford and bought a Mercedes-Benz. Great job turning away customers, guys! read more

We purchased the 2014 XTS Cadillac Luxury Sedan on September 19, 2014. The car had two open recalls on the brakes and the air bag light was on. We took it to Felix Sabates in Homestead, FL on September 22, 2014 to get these issues resolved. They had to keep the car overnight. We were called to come pick up the car because it was finished on September 23, 2014. Upon arrival we talked to Angelo, our service technician. He informed us all the recalls had been fixed, but they couldn't figure out which air bag had the code on it due to numerous codes coming up. He said we would have to reschedule to get that fixed. Lori drove the car back to Key Largo, but had to adjust the seat since it was so far back. When I got into the car to drive it, the seat was all the way back again, and I almost threw my back out when I sat down. When we reprogrammed the seat, we noticed that the back of the seat was coming apart. It was not like that when we dropped the car off at the dealership the previous day. I called the dealership, and they advised me to bring it back in for them to fix it when we had time. On October 2, 2014, the air conditioner quit blowing cold air. We stopped at the dealership on the way home. I advised Angelo and Max that the air conditioner was only blowing hot air now and that we still needed the seat fixed. Max advised us that the a/c was an electrical problem that would take a while so he got us a rental vehicle through Enterprise, which they would pay for. I called Max back on October 7, 2014. Max stated it was not an electrical problem, but a freon leak problem. He also stated that it would be a minimum of 3 days for parts to arrive. On October 31, 2014, we called Bradley, which he said the car would be done. He said car isn't done yet that they had to buy a new machine to find the freon leak. On November 4, 2014 at 3:30 p.m., we went to dealership to see car and get some personal items out of it. Christian took me to see my car, and I was so disappointed seeing how they were taking care of my new car. I showed Christian that I have been documenting this whole terrible experience. The car seats weren't covered, and the large dash parts were laying on my leather backseat. There wasn't a blanket or cardboard or anything on the seats to protect them from the car parts. Small parts like screws, clips, etc., were scattered everywhere on the floorboard not in any kind of orderly fashion. Christian witnessed me record with my phone these conditions. He said he had the best technician on the job. The sunpass that was on the dash window wasn't there. I asked technician where it was. He went through car and found it on back seat under the car parts. I told technician in nice way that I was shocked on how he just piled up these parts on seat with no protection. I stated that if I did that my customers would be extremely upset. He then asked if I was a mechanic, and I said yes. He asked why it was my business about this situation, and I stated that I was the owner of this car. I am worried now that my car will not be put back together correctly, and that I will have additional problems because of this. Christian said that he talked to General Motors and they would pay one or hopefully two of my payments on my car. He also stated it would be fully detailed inside and outside by a professional detailer. He said he would put me in a Cadillac rental for the rest of the duration, but he couldn't attain one for me On Nov. 19, went to Cadillac today Found out service manager. Christian no longer is working there. Sat down with new Rosa who has just been promoted within. She was apologetic & stated we were handling this better than she would have. There was also Bradley in the meeting and once she asked me what I would like from them to make me feel better because without their customers they wouldn't exist. I said first, how is my car. She turned to Bradley, he said everything is done with the exception of the air bag situation from the accident. She then said how about this I will take care of air bag situation. Will that be acceptable I said if they also could do the second month payment also, she said she will go to bat for me on that and I said I actually would be ok with the air bag repair & just pro rate the total time the car has been here would work for me she turned to Bradley & asked how long I replied since Oct.02 She said she would try and when they receive ck, within 2 day's we will rec. ck. Rosa called me and said Cadillac won't go for second payment I asked how about pro-rating. She said she will call them back first thing tomorrow. Then Rosa stated she will not take care of the air bag situation either. I said now you are reneging on fixing the air bag. She said the expense is $ 2000.00, and we can't absorb that. 35 plus days to fix the car is horrible. No follow up at all, I had to call in every week to get an update. Rental company ended up charging my credit card since the dealer never called to extend my rental. I ended up doing more work and follow up so I wouldn't get screwed than the dealer itself. I took my vehicle in the March to fix the air conditioning as it was not blowing cold air.It did not seem to work that well soon after taking it in in March, but it still would blow cold air until it completely stopped last week. I was told it would be another $700 to fix. I initially paid $458. After my husband talked to them they brought the price down to $370. I will not return to this dealer for service or to buy a vehicle, because I do not fell it was fixed properly the first time. I also need to add I was initially quoted the $458 for the service, but when I went to pick it up they had added additional charges. I told them the price I was quoted and they did end up changing it. I saw that another reviewer had said the same thing, so I am wondering if this is happening a lot at this service shop. read more

I do not write many reviews on Yelp but I was so delighted with the service and attention from the staff, I had to rave about it. First off, my service manager Jorge was attentive and approachable. Rommel my mechanic was diligent, customer focused and kind. Mike which I believe was the head mechanic was courteous and even rounded on my car and asked if I had any questions, I have yet to see anyone do that in any other dealership. The service was beyond outstanding from these gentlemen. Thank you Mr Sabates for hiring such customer focused and efficient staff, I will be servicing my car here from now on. read more

Not sure why some of the ratings and comments were as they were because my experience with Keith Pierson Chevrolet (Homestead) was terrific. I bought a vehicle on Saturday, and my daughter & husband walked out with a new vehicle on Tuesday. They were as happy with the way things went as we were. The entire process was effortless and without pressure. In fact, our salesman told us to go home (with the numbers) and think about it. I've never had a car salesman do that before. I give 1 star because you have to. This place is the worst I have ever been too. Very bad Service and the people give false information in the service Dept. I was giving information that is against the law for them to say. There service is so bad it made my Fiancé switch from a GM buyer of 40 years to go to Ford. Take my advise do business elsewhere. I would drive to Georgia 500 miles away before I drove 8 miles to Keith Pearson!!! read more
