Arrived and was checked in, then told that they could not do anything for my wife's nose bleed except give her gauze (which we already had) and that they in fact "never have an ENT on staff" and weren't sure why the person on the phone told me they did. They refuse to tell me who I can talk to for the dispute. I never even received the tube of lidocaine. They also were not upfront about the charges, even when they sent the bill. I had to request an itemized statement to find the charge, which took several days to receive. They went above and beyond to hide the fees and refuse to do anything about charging me 50x the cost.

He said it was okay for her to take a low dose and she woukd be okay. He did not notify Labor and Delivery nor did anyone ever contact her OBGYN! She was discharged and came home and had a miscarriage! She went back via ambulance and horrible service in the ER! So much more occurred that went horribly wrong! To date we are still waiting on answers from Patient Relations. The tragic traumatic experiences happened in early December NEVER WILLWE USE THAT ER AGAIN! Even the nurses in Same Day surgery when our daughter had to go back for an emergency procedure advised us to NEVER come back to that ER for any services. That ER needs to be investigated!

I arrived at day clinic and informed staff that I was not feeling well. I was told that I can go to an outside urgent care facility or the ER. I choose the ER. That about a few minutes before 11 a m. I arrived at ER around 11 am. I was first patient there. I sat around waiting be registered. Registration told place around 6 pm Now the ER is full looking like the United Nations. The last time I was there for mental health. The staff refused to explain to me about what was going on. When I spoke up they threatened me with TDO and transferred to another unit where my personal belongings were stolen. A pair of prescription glasses and skullcap. I was also attacked in that same unit. People of color are treat terribly. I will not be returning to MVC ever.
