I recently came here for a show, and had a wonderful experience! I was a little worried about parking, but we got here on the later side - closer to 7/:715ish when the show started at 6:30pm and there was plenty of parking and no traffic at all. You're able to bring your own food, chairs, blankets, etc. into this venue, which is nice. You cannot bring in your own alcohol. You can also pay for a picnic dinner here too for pick up? So cool. They have various food tents around the venue as well. There were only a handful of areas to buy drinks, and they all had long lines, which is to be expected at a concert like this. Drinks are expensive, which is also to be expected. There were only two bathrooms that I saw within the venue, but you can come and go from the venue which is awesome, and you can use the bathrooms within Deer Valley Resort. I haven't been to a show recently that allowed re-entry so that is pretty cool. We snagged a spot all the way up in the back of the venue and could see the stage, but not super well. They have screens here but they're not huge. If you want a better spot I would suggest coming early. I was really impressed by the experience here. We stayed for the entire show and leaving wasn't really an issue. There was some traffic getting out, but it wasn't bad compared to other venues I've been to. Bring blankets or layers to bundle up, because it gets chilly when the sun goes down, even in the hottest part of the summer.

I do believe they'll allow you to bring coolers for your own food, so if you'd like a more budget-friendly meal, consider that option. If you're someone that likes to dance at live concerts, the front row is not for you. There is a small space, but signs advise that dancing in that area is not allowed. It's a much more passive experience-sit and enjoy from your seat. Dancing is allowed in the grass area, so plan for that if you need to shake your groove-thing.

It seems like a huge task, but I promise it's real. With the quaint buildings of Park City Main standing guard over the narrow strip of asphalt, table after table is set up with immaculate attention to details and sometimes over-the-top decor for this once-a-year dining event. Even some catering companies get in on the action, and you have to see it to believe it. It's packed with very beautiful table settings and a veritable who's who in PC and SLC. The air is warm, the sun is setting, and the drinks and fancy food flows. Here's the low down: you need to book way in advance, as it always sells out. You can go to the main website, but look for a list of participating restaurants and caterers, as you'll have to select one and book with them directly. I was invited along as a guest, but I've watched this each year and seen that ticket prices now range from the mid $100s per plate, up to $250+ per plate, so it's not for the faint of heart. But you have to do it, at least once. It seems like it's almost competitive--each restaurant seems to try to outdo the others with live flowers, fancy table settings, and of course incredible food. My best advice is to think of it as a dining experience, rather than a meal. Baked into the architecture of putting on such an event, you're going to have trouble serving up a bunch of meals to people sitting outside; it's really tough kitchen choreography. However, you should expect to have great food. I absolutely adore Park City Main Street, and to see it dressed up like this is wonderful. I would love to come back in the right company for more Park City Main adventures. In fact, I'm headed up again tomorrow for a Saturday tradition that began last year on a Saturday in July. I would go for lunch, but I'm headed back to a restaurant I love and they're only open for dinner, so I'm taking myself out to dinner there again. It won't be a huge production like Savor the Summit, but I'd like to make both the small lunch/dinner, and the big Main Street bonanza a tradition.

Perhaps it was because we held a private event here but it felt like it's always open. Excellent. After a drink, we went into the exhibit and had a spin through the first floor and then the basement where they had a great exhibit on the area's mining history and included a real jail from back when. Sounds so fun!! The featured films look really good. We saw; Killers of the Flower Moon and it presented a lot to discuss after! The best kind... after NUMEROUS visits…read more i love this film series. it is a fun and inexpensive ($7 for adults) escape from salt lake city. the perfect pre or post dinner activity in park city - snow or shine. screenings of, primarily, indie films and documentaries take place most every thursday, friday and saturday evenings at the park city municipal library. tickets are sold at the door. save your ticket stub for the prize drawing at the beginning of each movie. you can win anything from coffee mugs and gift certificates (my favorite, but i've never won) to t-shirts and massage oils (i've never won, period). they do have a concession stand and it is quite extensive. feel free to popcorn, or sugar yourself up! overall: A it's local. it's a gathering of great people. good vibes all around.

The Eccles Center and Olympic Park in Utah was such a fascinating and enjoyable stop. I loved…read moreseeing all of the ski memorabilia and learning more about the Olympic history tied to the area. The fact that it's free and so easy to access made it even better and felt like a nice bonus while exploring. Being able to step outside and watch winter activities happening in real time added so much energy to the visit. It's one of those places that feels both educational and fun at the same time, which made it a really memorable experience.

The sound was solid but on our visit there was a basketball game going on a well. During some of the show you could clearly hear the game(whistles PA and cheering). Not that it ruined my experience but it could impact some of the "vibe" of a show. I would definitely come back and would certainly recommend this place to others.
