Doug focused and balanced the workouts; lots of very innovative leg, abs, arms routines that targeted specific areas, usually 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps. Turns out I didn't need nearly as much cardio to reach my goals. Didn't have me do more than necessary, just the right things. He is also a very positive and engaging guy.
