My HSG showed total blockage on both tubes. I was told IVF was my only chance at having a baby. I came here in May of 2021 and just tried to be open and receptive to the experience. I didn't really expect them to be able to clear my scar tissue, but I was hopeful. I felt very cared for by my therapists and enjoyed going to the clinic. Keep in mind this is not a relaxing Swedish massage though, there will be a little pain and discomfort as they work on your adhesions. I left Gainesville on May 6th and on June 20th I found out I was pregnant I am currently 25 weeks along and baby is doing great. When we left the hospital I searched online to find ANY options for prevention of this again in the future, and I was thrilled to find the Clear Passage online site which we both devoured in the days following his surgery. We decided to invest in our mental and physical well-being by taking money out of savings to go through the week-long physical therapy for him. Since it is a huge financial investment, we researched and chose one of Clear Passage's most experienced and committed physical therapists to work with, Sharon Hepburn, in St. Louis. We were NOT disappointed. We also learned that she is their Chief Operating Officer, and wow, were we grateful to have chosen her to work with. We had to wait to schedule the treatment for 3 months post-op and I just had my fingers crossed that we would make it to St. Louis before any recurrence of an obstruction. We did. We flew to St. Louis from California on a Sunday, settled into the comfortable hotel that they recommended, and then began therapy the next day. Sharon's office is located in a very nice suburb a short drive from the airport. There are gorgeous and spacious parks seemingly everywhere in this area and beautiful spacious estates. It was a lovely place to settle into for the week and we were fortunate to hit a week of gorgeous weather the last week of September. Between our daily sessions we had lovely picnics and walks in their parks. Sharon works with an excellent massage therapist, Maura Lee, and between the two of them we witnessed incredible shifts! I am a retired family therapist/psychotherapist and registered nurse, and I was enthralled and impressed to attend and witness each session. Sharon and Maura's deep knowledge and understanding of physiology, ability to tune into the body, adept capacity to work with emotions that arose in the treatment, and wisdom about what to do next was absolutely amazing and intriguing. The Clear Passage protocols are sequential and specific. We were both VERY impressed with the process and the results! My husband's belly is now soft and pliable. It was tight and lumpy when we arrived. A pain that he had in his lower back for many years is now resolved. He has specific self-exercises that he does daily and we both now know how to manage any recurrent obstructions should any recur, which I now strongly doubt will happen. We feel empowered and safe to travel should we choose to. After the initial surgery was ineffective, the physical therapy seemed only to make matters worse. My father would experience intense chronic pain, loss of balance and coordination, and be in constant fear of falling and at risk for injury. His mental well-being was also negatively impacted as a consequence. I sat in for my father's first two sessions with Dr. Lian. Within minutes the doctor pin-pointed the exact locations upon my father's body that required treatment. Dr. Lian will see what typical radiological examinations can reveal by just a touch and her naked eye. Dr. Lian is remarkable and incredibly skilled. It is obvious that she has devoted her life to the healing of others and takes each day to heart toward the fulfillment of this purpose. Immediately after his first session with Dr. Lian, my father's results were astounding. And since, my father's chronic pain has greatly subsided, his balance has improved tremendously, and his attitude has shifted positively. After a few weeks of my father's treatments and bearing witness to Dr. Lian's expert prowess, the rest of our family has since decided to go for treatments. She also provided facial massage and gua Sha treatment for me. Dr. Becky is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and intuitive. She was able to identify and treat areas that cause me constant tension from sitting at a computer all day. My skin has never looked better. I am so glad I found an alternative treatment to Botox in facial massage. My horizontal forehead lines and "11" lines are so faint and my skin was glowing after my visit. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, "that's a great way to start an interview." First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I'm paying "you", not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. That rude first impression made me not want to be there. & I ended up calling & making up some excuse to not have to finish out the last week or two. & to top it off, when I offered her a ginger chew, she made a look like she was disgusted, & said, "I HATE ginger." Rude. A kind "no thank you" would have been more appropriate. But I'll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent & the PTs were kind. I just couldn't stand the manager, or whoever "interviewed" me, & thank God I don't have to work for her, bc she's not so nice.

Never thought I would ever need an oncologist as I was healthy and not feeling sick in any way…read more However, this statement changed in February 2022, when life happened and I was informed by my primary care physician (PCP) that my breast biopsy results were positive for cancer. My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance.
