First time visiting, invited by an older friend as I am just passing through town. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! If you like a variety of beer and a laid back .... and 'basic' atmosphere, this is it. Nothing fancy just table, chairs, beer and a great bar tender. You can bring your own food inside and they just started making pizza. I suggest bringing your own food, but the pizza wasn't bad. Maybe it was just the group I was with, but I had a great time just relaxing and having some beer. Tonight, Wednesday night, is Teachers night ($1 off drafts for teachers). Thursday is trivia night. I'll be back again before leaving. You should definitely check this place out for drinks after dinner or on your way home from work. read more

If you're looking for a beer joint that will please everyone, this is it! With a huge beer selection, they have something for everyone - including cider and wine for the non-beer drinkers! The seating is great for groups and parties, or maybe small groups. There are games to play and it looks like they often host events as well (I was just visiting it if so I haven't had a chance to try any of these). Plenty of places to stand and lean on a high top, not too crowded, plenty of beer and decent staff. It seems to have came a long way from 2018. I went here with a friend for a party of sorts after some friends were married and moving. Definitely worth another trip back to better check it out. read more

This place is a little gem in the desert. I used to home brew a LOT, and have a facination with craft beers and beers from small breweries. I have been there over 100 times over the last 5 years or so. Bar seats about 6 or 7, and they have seating inside for about 50 or so. Perhaps seating for another 20 out back. I've never seen any troublemakers in there, and the vibe is always adult-cool. Place is always chill. I believe I counted 31 taps. They always have good beer and almost always have representation of beers I have never tried from local-ish, and regional breweries. They always have a selection of Lagers, IPAs, porters, stouts, and usually a sour or two. Occasionally they will have some wheat beer, and some imported stuff from Germany (I think I remember that.) Occasionally they have weird chili pepper beer which I love. When the music is on, it is always good classic rock, and not too loud. They have 5 spanking new pinball machines as well as a several classic video game consoles, like Pac Man, Galaga , etc...They have a pinball league that is on Tuesday nights, though I don't know how often, might be weekly, might be every other week, or something like that. Al knows what we like to drink and is always spot on with recommendations, and steers us away from beers that he knows we won't like. They offer little samples so you can try before you buy, and they offer flights of 4 beers in small glasses if you want to do that. They offer pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is fast and hot and good, and their sandwiches are nice and toasted on little sub buns and are good too. They have recently added a small selection of rotating whisky for shots too, thought we have not sampled those yet. I found out they recently added a small selection of local wines, available in bottles sized for 2 glasses. I have seen a cooler that they have a few beverages in cans but I didn't examine too closely. Sierra Vista is made better with this little place. read more

I went to bone dry after being recommended this spot from a local colleague. I was traveling from Southern California. I had a $6 beer, a 12 oz pour of the vanilla porter. This was the bartenders favorite beer on the menu. The selection was lengthy so I trusted his judgement. The beer was watery and didnt have the dark richness I'd except from a porter. Value and inside decor are good, the one beer I had there wasn't good enough for me to try it again. That being said, it's very possible that for Fort Huachuca this is the best spot in town. read more

Don't rely on menu photos. The beers rotate. I came looking for "Luke I Am Your Father" lager but all they had was Uncle Bear's Tio Oso hatch green chile lager and Full Sail's session lager. You pull up to a seedy looking bar located in a strip mall .... convinced you're about to make a huge mistake. You open the door, half expecting exotic dancers or bartenders in mini skirts and bikini tops to greet you and discover .... a great place for young professionals to grab a drink and socialize. I was impressed by their beer selection and unlimited supply of popcorn/bar snack mix. Patrons are free to bring in their own food and board games. They sell growlers, and the staff I spoke with were very friendly. They also provide self-serve water and the bathroom is clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my tasting sampler (4 beers of your choice, numbered on the menu for convenience) and will definitely be back. When I stepped in here I seriously felt like I was at a brewery in Tucson. The only downside is the noise level - on weekend evenings the space gets fairly loud. I'll certainly be back! read more

Definitely a business that Sierra Vista needs. Apprx. 30 taps, and they've actually got a pretty good, diverse selection of brews on offer, which is non-existent anywhere else in town. Ordering a flight gets you 4 x 4oz pours for $12. I'm glad they're here, though I'm a little miffed because opening a taphouse in Sierra Vista was always my backup retirement plan ! read more

These places are usually found more up north for us so getting a beer house with some great quality handles and the majority local brews, it warms my heart. We've been here a few times and the atmosphere is always friendly and fun and such a chill place to relax and spend time experiencing different brews. Went to the Bone Dry Tap House for the first time! With a group of 6! Being the first time here and unfamiliar with the beer I asked for a sampler! The bartender must of had a terrible day he was so rude and would not help in any way shape or form. What an ahole. I asked for light beer and he would not even help with suggestions and when he noticed I was writing this review he totally flipped his lid in front of the entire bar! Confronted me about writing the review and began to bagger me about it. Then yelled across the bar "if your going to write that review then don't come back" well I will not go to this place to anyone! #dont drink on the job guy!!!
