Bonefish Grill is pretty much a can't go wrong dining experience chain. They have an excellent assortment of fresh seafood, good sides and a full bar to help provide a great dining experience. Unfortunately, our visits to this particular location always seem to be a bit less satisfying than our visits to other BG locations. Nothing terrible, just little annoying things like longer waits for the food to come out, fish not cooked right or an inattentive server. We used to eat at this Bonefish at least twice a month when we lived in Kissimmee and rarely were disappointed. We drove 40min to come back as we reside elsewhere now, and were disappointed. The Bang Bang Shrimp was overcooked. Their special tonight of Barramundi simply grilled was overcooked as well. I had one ask of our waiter - I wanted my mashed potatoes hot. It came barely warm to almost cool, so I could not even use them to moisten the oh so dry fish. Needless to say, it is doubtful we'll drive the extra miles to visit this Bonefish in The Loop again. The table that had arrived later had received all of their main courses while we had not even received the appetizer bread. The occupancy was less than half and she had stated that there was a full house...The only person that was acknowledging us was the manager after the whole inconvenience. The shrimp were huge, sweet, and tender. My entree was the Imperial Longfin. Excellent. I came here for the bang bang shrimp special on Wednesday's. It's delicious, juicy, and saucy. It was so good we went back again the next night! My husband got the bang bang shrimp and then got the bang bang chicken the next night. Both were very good. I liked the shrimp better. He got the fries, they were ok. He got a side of rice the next night and mixed it with the shrimp, good idea! I got the Cobb salad with grilled shrimp and it was so good! The bacon is legit, not old crumbles. Went to try their Sunday brunch... Loved it! For $19.90 You get to choose between bottomless peach bellini, mimosas, or blackberry sangria and an entree. I tried the peach bellini and it was really good. As an entree I chose the surf and turf eggs benedict with potatoes au gratin. Those potatoes were delish! Food - *Corn chowder and lump crab should be named something else. It's very misleading. There were a few corn kernels and 3 pieces of crab. *We asked for the ribeye to be medium rare and it was more on the rare side. The flavor was really good though. The au gratin potatoes had so much cream and butter in it that when we heated up the leftovers, it seized up. *The pork chop was juicy and cooked well. However, the side of jasmine rice was so oily I felt like the chef just poured a spoon of either oil or butter over the scoop of rice. That oily flavor just coated our tongues. My husband and I decided to go to Bonefish Grill for dinner, Made reservations and was promptly seated. Our server took our drink order. I ordered a margarita and a glass of water with lemon. My husband ordered a diet. My drink came first and had to tell the server again what he ordered. We ordered the bang bang shrimp (my husband's favorite). I ordered the sirloin steak (medium) and my husband ordered the Angler's catch with mashed potatoes. Our order was wrong. I was given macaroni and cheese with french fries and my husband had french fries instead of mashed potatoes. When my steak came and my husband was about finished with his meal, the steak was well done. Again, had to flag the server. Waited for the order. The bill came and it wasn't itemized, and it was more than it should have been, so had to get the server to give us an itemized bill....and it was $20 less than the first bill. What a mess this evening was. I called the manager when we got home and all he said was "Sorry for the inconvenience." I wrote the headquarters of BoneFish in Tampa and hope we get a response from that office. Such a disappointment because Bonefish is one of our favorite restaurants. read more

Today went on a lunch date to Bonefish Grill. The atmosphere was perfect, dim lighting, soft music. Just what I was looking for The server was a sweetheart, just the right amount of attention. The food was perfectly cooked. And they were open to customizing the meal. I don't eat dairy so they altered my fish to grilled with a side of my choice of sauce. I love that their food always has a tasty twist to it. For example their coleslaw was tangy and light instead of the traditional overly creamy one I'm use to being served at restaurants. Bonefish, Kissimmee Went to Bonefish at the Loop for my birthday dinner on Saturday, May 23rd, 2015. We greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter, Craig, was nice and funny. He took our drink order and disappeared, drinks were brought by someone else. Our waiter came back and took our food order and disappeared again. We had to constantly ask him for refills and those took a long time to be brought to our table. The food was delivered. My family's food was great and tasty. I ordered the lamb chops and they were full of fat/grease. Wasn't able to eat them at all. After waiting for our waiter to show up with the refills we asked for like 10 minutes before; I explained that they chops were not good at all. He offered to bring me something else, so I ordered the chipotle shrimp flatbread. That came out fast but, burned. Not Bonefish quality. The manager, Kathy, came out and apologized. Our experience wasn't the best at all. Our waiter was scattered and forgetful, my food was horrible. I was very dissatisfied with the overall service. Would I go back? Wow, what a disaster from beginning to end! We arrived with 5 people and a baby in a car seat. They sat us at a booth in a high traffic area with no room for a car seat holder. Then they moved us to another table but it only had 4 chairs. I suggested they connect it to the table next to it, but for that to happen we had to go back to the waiting area and wait again. Really? Just push the tables together... Our waiter was really nice. I never caught his name, but he was attentive. The food took forever to come. At least they brought us bread, but honestly it wasn't great. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai and one of my family members ordered a steak medium well. Our dishes were so salty it was unbelievable. I couldn't even finish my medium sized plate of food. And other than looking like pad Thai there was nothing Thai about my dish. My husband got some Brussel sprouts as a side and they were disgusting. The kicker is they were a $4 upcharge as a side. Lol. We were right under the vent so we froze the whole time too.
