Longhorn is one of my favorite places to eat a juicy, perfectly seasoned burger. I find myself stopping in to eat here more than I should but honestly the food is that great. I now have the pleasure of being crowned Duchess of Long horn. I'm not sure if I should be flattered or worried haha. Despite that , I will continue dining in for this incredible burger. I had a delicious spinach dip, a delicious burger, hot fries, and that wonderful dust that comes on the fries. If you've never had it please take this as a sign to indulge. Came here for a anniversary celebration, ordered a sirloin steak medium came out rare. We had to flag down the server that never came by to check to make sure everything was ok. Finally flagged him down to make him aware they just reheated the steak to medium..it came out when everyone was already done with their meals. Very disappointed experience as they weren't busy manager came by one to see how the steak should be cooked I said medium a little pink inside not raw like how it was..he never came back out to see if everything came out good. We have visited this location several times. They provide AMAZING customer service. Our last visit our server was Sasha. She was simply AMAZING!!!!!! It was the night before Valentine's Day and Sasha seemed very busy. The whole evening she hustled to serve all her tables and did her job with a smile. My wife and I prayed before our meal and patiently waited for us to finish before continuing her service. That showed that she had respect for us not just as a way to get a good tip but as people. She even complimented us saying what she saw was very cute. Sasha is very friendly and professional but brings a smile and friendly service with every visit. Another great experience at this Longhorns location off of OBT. I had one of the lunch specials, the cheeseburger including the loaded baked potato and the Wild West shrimp. The Wild West shrimp were absolutely incredible and the cheeseburger plate was also very tasty. The baked potato is for dinner tonight. My wife had the mixed green salad as well as the 9 ounce fillet. This time we had the filet cooked medium rare, and it was perfectly cooked, tender and tasty. The asparagus was not good as they were steamed and did not have seasoning on them. Next time we'll have them cooked (grilled) in olive oil versus the steaming. My wife and I went to the LongHorn Steakhouse on OBT to celebrate my birthday on May 27. The restaurant was busy but the host was very unprofessional and rude. He full-on looked right at us and still did not say a single word. Not once but twice. Not even a quick "I'll be right with you". He just ignored us like we weren't standing in front of him. Then the manager came in and did the exact same thing! If people running the front can't be bothered to acknowledge customers literally in front of them, why should anyone bother staying? My wife and I had lunch this week at Longhorn. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our server, Brandi, was excellent. She took our orders quickly, always pleasant and smiling. I got the renegade steak med well. It was so tough and chewy. I couldn't eat it, took to bites that I chewed for a very long time, then spit it out. Tried again with the second piece, and it was the same. I just ate my baked potato at that point. They were supposed to be loaded, but as you can see, I have just a few crumbles of bacon. The salad was good, and the food wasn't all bad. Just that steak texture and flavors were good. I got the parm cheese crust on my steak. Molten cake to end. I was at the OBT Longhorn Steak house in mid January and we were waited on by Jorge S. and he helped to make it a delightful experience! We were hungy and although we waited about 30 minutes he helped to make it worth the wait. First of let me say our waiter Jake was excellent. Very kind and efficient. It's pricey but The food was good. I really wanted to rate it at least 4 stars, but my two biggest issues... super salty & overcooked. Everything was seasoned which is great, but in this case too much of a good thing. Salt overload. And to be a steakhouse and steak not be grilled to the right temperature is disappointing. However, I could've complained to the waiter and maybe gotten a new steak.. but honestly didn't want to bother with all that. Overall, I'd prefer more flavor as opposed to none so I'd give this restaurant another chance. **** side note: the restaurant also had an unpleasant "wet rag" smell in my opinion, which was definitely off putting.. but no one else in my party seemed to notice, so not sure about that. read more

Absolutely terrible location management doesn't know how to control cooking times or to go to be ready at a certain time. It comes out 20 minutes later ice cold. The restaurant was super busy when we arrived. We put our name on the list and grabbed a seat at the bar. The Mango Margarita is my favorite drink to order at Longhorn. It's tasty and refreshing. We ordered the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. The mushrooms are fresh roasted.....stuffed herb cheese that is topped with a parmesan crust and sitting in a creamy four cheese sauce. Somehow they balance all of that cheese so that you can still enjoy the mushrooms. It's great appetizer. Whenever I'm traveling and in need of some protein, I usually look for a Longhorn Steakhouse for my usual go to Steak: Outlaw Ribeye in rare. Sure it's a chain restaurant, but one of the better ones if you're not looking to break the bank when you've got a decent sized group with you. One of the best things of the evening was our server Melissa; she was super friendly, attentive and a pleasure to be sitting in her section. 4/5 Chicken Wings (8) $10.29 were nice sized, and not overly done and over cooked. The seasoning was a tad bit strong but still a nice starter plate to begin our dinner. 3/5 Chili Cheese Fries $6.79 were ok...the cheese wasn't fully melted when it came to the table so when you're grabbing a portion, you get more than you want, or not enough. 3/5 Outlaw Ribeye $26.49 was actually very good, the 2nd time round. I ordered it in rare and told our server that I will send it back if it's overcooked; sure enough it was and so they made me another one that was way under cooked. I still ate it and it was enjoyable, but seems like they can't get it right either way. I would have enjoyed it a tad bit more cooked but hell...I'm not sending it back a second time. Come on grill person...learn to do your job!! 5/5 Overall experience here was nice and enjoyable but for my steak being sent back due to slight kitchen incompetence. I went today for a business lunch and everyone had great looking food. The server was super attentive and pleasant and the restaurant itself looked very clean and was welcoming. I got the Chicken and Strawberry salad but subbed the chicken out for steak and had that done medium rare. This place cooked a perfect medium rare! I'm just used to getting my steak cooked incorrectly these days that having it cooked correctly was a treat! The strawberries were the freshest I've ever had on a salad and the grapes were huge. Two of my coworkers got your lunch special Crispy Chicken Sandwich and both said it was done very well and were licking their fingers at the end. The sides where perfectly cooked as was the other meal ordered. I can only imagine they mixed up my filet with someone else's as it was a Saturday night and they had every curbside spot full when I arrived. The corn came out first and it was very good and I would come here for just that. The stake came out a little later and it came as ordered and the flavor was good and there was no complaints there. My steak was a little bit tough but I think it's because I ordered a leaner cut of meat. There was a bigger party next to us with about 15 adults and their kids. The kids ranged from 7-14 years of age and there were about 10 of them. They were on their phones or running around the tables which were pushed together for this big group. They were also throwing straw wrappers and other things at each other and in the floor.
