We purchased a Ram Promaster 2500 last February. Upon pickup we paid for the registration and after coming back to Florida found out we overpaid and had a credit of $147.22. On May 6th, Santa Rosa County Tax collectors sent a check for $147.22 which they cashed. Unfortunately, it's up to them to send the overpayment back to us, the customer. I have now been calling for 3 months.. spoken to Tony, Keith, Chad and have left numerous messages with accounting who never calls back. I noticed it the next day and cancelled the policy. For one and a half year I have complained to the dealership and I have complained to TD finance and still had no resolution. Literally the only reason I am giving this two stars is because our sales lady was absolutely amazing. I purchased two vehicles from Chrysler about two weeks ago and since purchasing, it's been an absolute shit show. Issue 1: I got charged, 3 days ago, for a payment on a car that I traded in when making this purchase and after spending hours on the phone with my bank and the previous creditor I had attached to the car, I found out it's because Chrysler hadn't sent them the pay off yet. So, now I'm out $400. Issue 2: I called Bonham Chrysler to figure out what is going on only to be put on hold for an hour and no one pick up. So my husband called on another line and told them I'd been on hold for an hour and they took down his info to make it easier and have them call us back. It's been two days, and I still haven't received a call. Issue 3: I now am trying to register to make payments on my new vehicle, but I can't because my personal information sent to the creditor is incorrect making it to where I can't create an online account. So. Now I'm going to have to spend yet ANOTHER hour on the phone tomorrow assuming they're open due to the pandemic to HOPEFULLY be able to set up payments. All of this BS and I'm still out $417. I went to the cash coral to purchase a car. Funny thing about it was that I had cash when I went in. $4000 to be exact. After a few test drives they started acting strange, as though I had offended someone. I was on a motorcycle and drove off disgusted with the business. What I didn't realize is the reason for their behavior. It was this. They had pick-pocketed me for the $4000 cash in my coat pocket. It was in a 9" leather wallet, along with the Title for my motorcycle. When I discovered it was gone, I could tell by the looks on their faces that they had taken it, and were not the least bit surprised when I told them how much was in my wallet. My wife and I purchased what the salesman said was "the most mechanically sound (used) vehicle on the lot". It ran well for about 110 miles and then the head cracked. Basically, they saw my wife and 3 children pull up and decided they could off-load a lemon on us. And that it what they did. There used car sales are consistently terrible and dishonest. Overall pretty painless, Jason my salesperson was above average and a nice guy to deal with. Lance in finance is the best I have ever dealt with in my 46 years of buying vehicles for my wife and I. Whatever they are paying him is not enough, I got out of there with an additional extended warranty for less than the payments we worked out in sales. They are definitely at the top of my list of first places to look in the future. They do sell some factory buyback vehicles so do some homework first. They tried to put her in a car that was $600 a month, we explained again no more than $300, then they were like well we can get you into a car for around $200 or so and you can help your daughter make her payment. I am disabled and its a long drive. We arrive and my contacts that I spoke with Kim Mahoney and Joanne not available after 15 min of standing there, they sat us with a guy and he asks for the stock number. I had the vin a pics. He messed around and tried to get me to look at several other trucks. We said we came to specifically see this truck and confirmed this morning it would be here. He leaves desk and comes back after about 10 min or so and says that truck sold yesterday. Are you kidding me! They could have told me saved me pain, time, gas and I would have been less upset. Vinstead they lied we drove out there for a bait and switch. We walk out of building to leave and a lady comes after us and says is be mad too but wait let me talk to my managers and see what we can do. We walk back in. Waiting another 6 min when the guy we had been sat with came over and said " did anyone tell you that truck was a buy back. I said no what is that and he said it was a buyback from the lemon law. They gave us a fair trade in for our older jeep and came back with the papers pretty quick. We accepted, then started the hour plus wait to get our fiance guy, who was really nice, to help us finish the deal. We found it odd that they acted like they didn't know what to do for an electronic title from out of state. However, they said they would take care of it and let us continue the deal. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2012 vehicle with 2100 miles last month from Bonham Chrysler. I was assured by the dealership that the vehicle was "perfect". They provided me with a "clean" Carfax and assured me that the vehicle had NO paintwork. I wired cash and flew a family member to Texas and had them drive the car back to Utah for me. WIth the first wash of the vehicle, I noticed that the passenger door was a different shade of white. Upon further examination of the vehicle, it was clear that the door has been repainted and there is overspray on the dash of the vehicle. This vehicle had been owned by Chrysler from the day it was built so I was sure that the dealership would want to "take care of me" in some way. Although my salesman seemed empathetic to my issue, the management at Bonham told me they had no responsibility. Yes, that is right, I buy a car with a clean Carfax and when I learn that the entire door had been repainted and unreported, Bonham Chrysler tells me to "pack sand". Don't make the mistake I made. Make sure you put your very own hands on the vehicle and check it yourself before you buy, these guys ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY AND MOVING THE CAR OFF THE LOT. read more

He calls me and says that in 24 hours the rebate changes. I had a good experience with these guys once I got away from the Used car guy, Dalton in the new car area sold me my truck, he didn't pressure me, didn't blow smoke and was straight forward. The GM did the exact same, the finance group wasn't pushy or anything. I got a fair deal on my trade in and a fair deal on the Truck I purchased. Outside of the 1st guy in the used car trailer I was fairly impressed with Bonham Chrysler. Sure beats the pushy sales people in the metroplex. Gave them one star because you can't give zero. Spent $50,000 on truck starter went out in less than a month took the shop over a week to replace it. Truck started acting up on way home from repair. Went back to shop for a second week. They couldn't find anything wrong. Even though it had to be towed. Got it back pulled a trailer to Weatherford tx the truck broke down again and had to be towed. They charged me to pull the trailer home. The third time it was the starter again they installed it wrong. Only took two days the last repair because 4 days would have been lemon law. They do NOT stand behind there trucks after the sale or there service. Only worried about losing a dime. Pitiful company. read more

Got in touch with them for a truck they took as a trade in. Granted, it was a cheap truck ($2394) with high mileage so you can expect a few issues. For that reason I asked if someone could drive it and get back with me on the details. I was told the car drove down the road just fine, had a small shimmy but nothing to be afraid of. Mentioned was that it started up just fine and the engine was strong. No further issues. Worth taking a look at, even if it was a 2.5 hour drive. Got there, and right from the start... "Yea we had to jump it, the battery is dead. Don't worry though, we'll drop a new one in there." Right, okay.. acceptable. As it was running then and there we drove it. Saw quite a big crack in the windshield... Figured they'd have mentioned that when I asked what all is wrong with it. Started driving, felt the shimmy, no big deal. Was expecting that. Then proceeded to test the breaks. Gently started applying the breaks from 65 down to 55mph. Truck would shudder/shake pretty bad. You'd think someone working at a dealership would test that on a test drive. Continued driving and stopped down the road to inspect it without a salesperson breathing down our necks. Tires were shot/worn completely, a few smaller issues also appeared, but can be considered expected with the trucks age and super high mileage (326xxx). All the above (windshield crack, horrific tires, dangerous breaks, shimmy) was not enough to walk away from the start. Began talking numbers. Repairs for all this would be 1500-2500 ish. Kind of totaled at that point to most people. Figured I'd see if they could work with me. Started at 1750, they did not budge. They wanted 2394. Asked the salesperson for a final offer of 2250 (which was a mistake on my end) and he returned with the answer '2250 is OK if you replace the battery yourself' ...what? Walked out at this point. That's basically back at asking price. Would not have written this review though if it wasn't for the fact that the DAY after I visited, they drop the price on their website to $1994. What is that about? I would have probably taken it at that price. Would be my worst purchase ever, but this just proves that this place is shady. Very shady. My expectations were too high perhaps, but running their business this way is EXACTLY why folks don't trust dealerships. read more

They had a car she liked, we went to see it and when they brought it around, it looked like someone had driven the car up against a giant pole. Of course, the WTF, reaction was on everyone's face. Well we didn't buy a car from them, then, and I'm wishing we had not bought this one. Everyone probably knows that her car was totaled back on January 22 when the 24 year old drunk driver, ran the red light and took the front of her car off. So there we were needing to acquire transportation for her. She really like the Corolla she had, so we went looking for another Toyota we could afford. We checked the same dealership we got her other Toyota from and they didn't have anything. We checked several others and they either wanted way too much for the used vehicle or they didn't have anything. we were in Bonham for another reason and so I looked up Bonham Chrysler. They had several Toyotas including a Corolla and a Camry. We went by there, the Camry was in pretty good shape, had less miles, some bells and whistles she didn't have. She said go ahead and do the deal. We did and took her that Saturday to pick it up. First of all, they told us it would be washed, full of gas and ready to go. They had run a hose over it, I guess, but it was not filled up. We were getting ready to leave, AFTER they filled it up and we noticed that one of the back tail likes was out. SUPER! Of course, all they did was scratch their heads. FINE, we'll go down the street to O'Reilly's get a tail light and replace it. Then, it was, UMMM, where are the keyless remotes? HUH? Keyless remotes??? Yeah, you advertised this car with keyless remotes, where are they?? OH, UM, yeah don't know about that, will have to check. Bottom line, yeah, we were told, sorry you are on your own we aren't going to provide them or get them or anything else. They didn't even get the dead leaves out from under the hood. I only wish that I had looked at the reviews of this dealership prior to making a purchase there. OH yeah, and the manager of the used cars was all about us sending business to them and using their service department. LMAO!!!! Dude, I have dogs that could do a better job. So the wife and I purchased an SUV from the cash corral (which we spent way too much on to begin with). Gave it a decent look and we knew there were some problems but not much was mentioned to us about the history of the vehicle. We knew that the oil pressure gauge wasn't reading accurately but that was typical of those years. We knew the interior was shot but that was do-able. Even the broken door switch (which they had a failed attempt of rigging with silicone) was fine. All of the little small things were acceptable for a used vehicle of the late 90's. We even showed complete interest in leaving with a car that day, yet hardly got 5 minutes of our sales person's time. We test drove it twice and had double checked that it wasn't making any weird noises and was shifting smooth. But after we signed the "AS IS" agreement, that's when the problems began. The vehicle didn't even make it outside of the Bonham city limits before it started having problems. First, we got in it to start after having lunch in town and the Security system had shut off the ignition so it just kept turning over. Then driving it home, the Transmission was stuck in 2nd gear (ON 121, YIKES!!!!!!!) which also did the motor in with the rapid tugs at 4500 RPMs. When I finally get a Tech to check it over, I was told the Transmission is completely SHOT and the block is cracked on both sides near the Engine mounts. PLUS just about everything about the powertrain under this SUV is a new kind of rigged up... I MEAN, SOMEONE REALLY GOT CREATIVE!!! So, now I'm a few thousand dollars (that I OWE to someone) deep in a truck that won't shift past 2nd gear and KNOCKS like a diesel in sub freezing temperatures. Thanks guys, glad to know that I can trust a DEALERSHIP! I will tell EVERYONE I can about my experience with Bonham Chrysler and do ALL I can to keep the people I love off of your property. This place is trash. They do horrible business and I highly recommend you take your money elsewhere. First they told my boyfriend about a Malibu they had and was sending us all this info via email and text. We informed them we didn't live close and they knew what we were coming to see. We called the day of and no one would EVER call me back to confirm. Once we got there we were told the Malibu was sold yesterday. Wtf why would you not tell us that? They tried to sell us a lemon car after we said no but they insisted. And then they tried to sell us a car that smelled like dog and still had the original owners belongings in it. After we found a car we liked they made it seem like we were good to go and had my boyfriend signing papers and bought car insurance and then they randomly said we were gonna have an issue. In fact, he told me that all it meant was someone made a complaint about the vehicle because they realized they couldn't afford the payments and didn't want it to negatively affect their credit; he said that Chrysler bought the vehicle back, ran the necessary tests and couldn't re-create the claims against the vehicle so they essentially "cleared" it of any issues. Naive me!!! They bought my (dud) Jeep at an auction and turned around and sold it to me for almost full KBB value.
