    cookie butter latte

This new coffee shop is located pretty close to me, so I decided to give it a shot! Upon arrival, I recommend finding parking in the back, as opposed to street parking. The interior is pretty small, with limited space and seating. I ordered the cookie butter latte and my dad ordered a hot latte, both of which were rather underwhelming. I couldn't taste the cookie butter or espresso flavor in my drink, since the sweetness overpowered both. Tbh, it just tastes like a vanilla latte. However, I thought the biscoff cookie on top was a cute touch! The hot latte was watery, with minimal espresso flavor as well.

More like 3.75 , but I'm rounding up! I'm always excited to see a new mom-and-pop coffee shop open up, especially in an area like San Dimas that doesn't have a ton of local coffee spots. Bonita Coffee is a cute little shop with street parking plus a lot in the back, which makes stopping by pretty convenient. We tried the Teddy Latte and the Americoco. The Teddy Latte was just okay for me. I picked up a little bit of cinnamon flavor, but overall it didn't stand out as much as I was hoping. My daughter, however, was VERY into the little teddy grahams that came with it, so at least someone was thrilled . My husband really enjoyed the Americoco and was surprised by how strong the coffee flavor was. Overall, I love supporting new local businesses, and I'm happy to see Bonita Coffee bringing another independent coffee option to San Dimas. I don't live in the area, so it's a little out of the way for me, but I'd definitely stop by again if I'm nearby!

I got the Cookie Butter Latte and it was really good! The inside is pretty small, but they do have some seating available. The customer service was great, and the ladies working up front were really nice and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back to try more of their lattes!

Soft Opening Menu (July 2, 2026)

The wait is over, the first day of the Soft Opening was today and love that a 3rd party coffee shop (not Starbucks or Coffee Bean) opened up down the street from me in Downtown San Dimas. They did not have any pastries/food available quite yet and we're only serving a limited soft opening menu of drinks. I heard them talking to another patron saying that they should have pastries in the next couple of days. As for the coffee, me and my girlfriend got and iced 143 (Love You) latte and an iced vanilla latte. The 143 latte was very tasty and well put together, smooth and not overly sweet. The iced vanilla latte showcased the coffee beans with a hint of vanilla, just the way I like it, and the coffee itself has decent flavor. The only thing hindering a higher rating is speed of service which is understandable in their first day of their soft opening. They had only two people working (taking orders and making drinks) when I first arrived and a third person showed after about 30 mins. From arrival to getting our drinks it was at least an hour. I'm sure after a couple weeks of being open they can work out the kinks and streamline things for quicker ticket times. The venue itself is a bit small and narrow but they make great use of the space with 3 bar stools up against the counter at the front and two small two-seater tables towards the front with more behind the building as well. Not sure if they have free wifi (I didn't ask) in case you want to work onsite. Overall I enjoyed it and would love to come back in a few weeks to see how things smooth out and hopefully see a full menu available.

I swung by this cute coffee shop with my girlfriend and got a few drinks and pastries. I got the Teddy Bear Latte and it was the perfect balance of sweetness to coffee. I also sampled their chai latte which might have been my favorite drink that I tried there! Overall great experience, kind staff, and nice environment!

We have a new coffee house in town! They are still in their soft opening and plan to do their grand opening hopefully the end of July. Parking is limited on the street or you can park behind U.S. Bank or in the small parking lot in the back. This morning I ordered a cookie butter latte, which was absolutely delicious! I also ordered a strawberry Matcha and let me start by telling you that they're cold foam is made with condensed milk, talk about delicious! These ladies are very friendly and very helpful when you come into order. It's a cute little store and very clean. Definitely worth stopping by and checking them out and welcoming them to town.

Such a cute little coffee shop! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and my two Teddy Bear Lattes were absolutely delicious. I'm so excited to have this spot in the neighborhood and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I got the Linda latte it's delicious! Absolutely delicious. It tastes like the caramel on a flan. Sooo good! I got it with oat milk. I came here a week ago and had to come back again for it. It's delicious.

Cute lil store, glad San Dimas got a lil coffee shop. Great location. I got a matcha latte and for a huge matcha lover it was not good at all. Haven't tried their coffee yet, but if you are a matcha enthusiast then this isn't the place for you.

New place loved it! All 3 drinks for us were well made delicious and flavorful. Nice cute spot, will be back. They take their time to make the drink but at least it's not rushed like other places and actually taste GOOD.

Walkable, independent of chain coffee houses, Super friendly, full-of-joy service, tasty lattes that aren't overly sweetened! I love supporting the "little guy/gal" who are bold and try to make something of their own! I wish them much success! I ordered The Linda Latte and The Cookie Butter Latte. Both were perfectly sweetened, not over the top sweet, which I prefer. There were 7 patrons while I visited. 3 had their drinks and pastries already. My two drinks were ready within about 7-8 minutes from ordering. Looking around, everyone seemed very pleased with what they had ordered! I will definitely go back again!

I got the Linda and my husband got the teddy bear, both were great! Has the sweetness but can still taste the Expresso. Individuals working were so sweet.

For myself, I ordered the cookie butter latte, simply because I was immediately sold on the cookie butter foam cream.

The coffee tastes like a clean, bitter, cold brew with a foamy top. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 4% Cash Discount.) I arrived at Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) on Thursday (around 12:13PM). Parking is simple but busy. There's a side lot for customers; sign says, "2 Hour Parking." Staff is courteous, no-nonsense, and diligent. Staff worked hard. Staff quickly answered all my questions. My coffee took about three minutes. Good time. As mentioned, I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew ($9 - Large - 24oz). The coffee is very standard. It tastes exactly like any imagined cold brew coffee. Personally, the roast tasted a little burnt, but it's a common, familiar coffee flavor. The strength was weak for a nitro, but the HUGE SIZE and affordability balances it all out. This is a functional, budget drink. On ambiance, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a HUGE success. There's a lot of utility. The location has a self-serve water station, public internet with no password, stacked high chairs for children, two game corners (ex: Chess, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Uno Cards, Etc), and about one available electrical outlet. I also appreciated the retro, upbeat music and 1930s movie decor. In addition, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) has plenty of seating. There's about four interior tables, but there's also 16 outside patio tables. The location is clean, well-maintained, and well ventilated. Overall, Rail Side Cafe (San Dimas) is a good, local neighborhood spot. It offers affordable choice that are prepared "good enough." I wouldn't drive a long distance for this spot, but it's a decent option if you're already nearby. 4.5 out of 5

We were a group of 24 and we all had a wonderful time here. First, I want to commend the two ladies that catered to us during our visit. They were always there to make sure we were all good and if we needed anything. Friendly and made little chats with some of the ladies. The ambiance of the shop is welcoming and cozy. Decorated with items for purchase. Tables dressed to the T for a tea party experience! Mixed tea cup sets made it fun to admire the different prints. The food, from scones to dessert were perfect. My favorite are the raspberry scones and the strawberry balsamic dressing for the salad. The cute sandwich bites were tasty. No one can complain about the chocolate dipped strawberries! I thought that was our dessert, but it turns out the blueberry pudding was our dessert, that followed after the sandwich bites. The overall experience is simply delightful. What a great place to bring your mother, daughter, granddaughter and girlfriends here and experience an intimate tea party. I hope the ladies group will plan this again for next year!

Less than $20 for a pot of tea, scones, sandwiches, and desserts! The scones and sandwiches were really tasty, and we throughly enjoyed them. The only downside was the cake that was served - it tasted store bought and NOT homemade. Knowing this, I'd return for a cheaper menu item that excludes that. Highly recommend!
