I love coming here and getting the Snickerdoodle Iced Latte, bonus points if I order it with oat milk lol. It's such a cozy little coffee shop tucked within downtown La Verne, and definitely worth stopping by!! And if I'm not getting the Snickerdoodle, my other go-to is the Heartthrob Iced Latte, which is another super solid choice If you want to avoid lines and the crowds that tend to fill up the shop, I'd recommend coming in earlier in the day. Sometimes the line gets pretty long and the wait can be a bit much. It can also get tricky finding a seat inside when it's busy, though you might have better luck outside if you don't mind sitting outdoors lol Overall, I really appreciate how nice the staff usually is :)

I tried Nambah Coffee for the first time and I honestly love the vibe here. It's such a cute spot to hang out. You can tell they really put thought into the decor. Their coffee is so good! We loved everything we tried. Definitely one of those places you keep thinking about and want to come back to. They also host monthly events, which makes it feel more like a community spot than just a coffee shop. I plan to come for their Pilates & matcha!! If you want to see what it looks like, I posted a video on TikTok @monicaerikaa or @monicascozycravings on Insta

*Note: TDLR at the end of the review Brown Coconut (Seasonal): 6.8/10 You can definitely taste the coconut. On the milkier side, but you can still taste the espresso. It wasn't artificially over sweet which was great. My only qualm is the frickin price for the size. $8.25 for a 12oz?? Like bruh. I get it. It's across a campus in a nice area, but wtf. Drink was good, but no way in hell is it worth $8.25. Y'all can fight me on that idgaF. Service: 9/10 Everyone seems really friendly! The cashier was very nice and helped out with any drink corrections customers had. Ambiance: 6.5/10 So so crowded and mucho mucho cramped. Not the best study spot. I was lucky to nab a table next to an outlet, but not all are lucky. The tables inside are super super close to each other. Not my favorite. There are tables in the hallway, but no outlets. Street parking was easy to find because it was a Sunday, but as it got later in the day, parking started to fill up. TDLR: Expensive drinks. Okay study space. Tables are super close to each other and not many outlets. Place definitely gets super busy. Street parking only.

Really nice service. Chai and Avo toast were decent but personally not worth the price. A little too watered down on the chai. Avo toast just lacked flavor & was drowned in arugula; almost like I was eating a salad. The place is really cute and calm. Workers are really kind just slightly disappointed in the actual food/drink. Still good just not my personal favorite.

Nambah Coffee has such friendly staff and a really cute space that works well for both socializing and getting some work done. I thought it was interesting (and kind of fun!) that they double as a cafe with wine and beer!! There's seating both inside and outside! They have overflow seating in the lobby, which is nice & seems like it doubles into a Darty (day party) space on select Saturdays! As a study spot, only the indoor section had outlets, which made working a little tricky (unless you found a table inside) & the music inside was also a bit loud for my taste, but sitting in the lobby was perfect and much more comfortable! On the plus side, the WiFi was fast and stable, which is always appreciated. We ordered the brown sugar coconut matcha and the pandan matcha, and both were great! The coffee cake tasted good but was a little dry for my liking. While there isn't a dedicated parking lot, there's 90-minute and 3-hour street parking nearby, which was manageable. Overall, a nice spot with good drinks and a fun vibe!

I used to work here the patio is amazing!

A very cool space for student to interact and share but also study when need be. The beans are exotic and fully flavored with robust ingredients and flavors. I enjoyed the ambiance food and service.

Cute coffee spot, plenty of seating inside as well as an outdoor patio with 2 large counter height tables/stools and perimeter seating. On a Sunday there's plenty of street parking or park in a paid lot across the street. Accessible parking in front too. There's usually a long line to the door but moves quickly. Service is quick and friendly. Some pastries for sale as well. The coffee and matcha are great. There are basics as well as flavored specialties, all delicious. I've been here to work as well as to catch up with friends and it's a great atmosphere for both. Bathrooms are outside of the shop but not outdoors. There's a code located inside. Love this spot!

I really love their pandan Matcha because you can taste their pandan, so good. I asked for less sweet because the barista told me that the drink itself is pretty sweet and I'm glad I adjusted my sweetness. they were pretty crowded for Sunday late afternoon, but I managed to find seats. Locate at near University of Laverne this is a good study spot and chill weekdays and weekends.

This place is super cute and has such a calm atmosphere! My friend took me here to try it out and I got hooked on their Pandan Matcha. It was sweet, but not overly sweet, just the way I like it. The matcha itself was very silky and smooth, not clumpy or coarse. The staff were lovely! Loved the vibes the workers gave off and helped me at the register when I had questions about sweetness levels! I will definitely be coming back! Maybe to try new items :P :-))

Let the cafe hopping continue. Parking: There's free street parking if you can find any. I parked in the private lot next to it. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with indoor and outdoor seating. It's pretty quiet, so it's a great spot to get a study session in. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon, and it was busy. Almost every table was filled, and there was a consistent line. Service: There were only two workers. The cashier that rung us up was nice and efficient. Throughput took a little over 5 min, which is pretty quick considering how busy it was. Drinks & pastries: 1) Snickerdoodle Latte - This contained brown sugar, vanilla, real butter, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. It sounds overwhelmingly sweet, but honestly the only thing I really tasted was cinnamon. Overall, I thought this drink was enjoyable especially for those who prefer their lattes on the sweeter end. 2) Heartthrob - This contained vanilla, white chocolate, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. The flavors mixed really well together. Nothing really overpowered each other. Again, this drink is enjoyable for those who like sweeter lattes. 3) Mango Matcha - This contained mango nectar, vanilla, cream, and ceremonial matcha. I thought the matcha part was okay. You can't really taste the matcha after mixing it. The mango was definitely overpowering. 4) Chocolate chip scone - This tasted as good as it looks. It's not too sweet, but it does get overwhelming. I recommend eating some and saving the rest for later. 5) Chocolate chip cookie - I looove cookies! Couldn't resist trying this too. The edges and middle sections were soft. There's a generous amount of chocolate chips, but it's not overly sweet! Pricing: Average prices for a coffee shop nowadays. We enjoyed their drinks and pastries. I'd love to come back and try their offerings and hopefully sit and enjoy the ambiance, if it isn't too busy.

Very very cute spot. Beautiful lighting and outdoor area is relatively spacious. Staff and Service is extremely inviting and friendly. The Matcha is a bit too light for my own liking but for the ambience this place is definitely worth the price. A very quaint spot to meet up your friends or just work! They have events on Saturdays too so it makes it even more fun since the whole area has many nice eateries.

Nambah is an Indonesian word that means to add, to gain, to give. That said let's begin this review. Nambah Coffee is a cute and charming lil coffee shop located in heart of Old Town La Verne. Its interior atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing with great chillhop music; popular hangout spot of college students at Univ of La Verne and a perfect place to chill catch up with friends or fellow coffee lover on a hot day. Indoor and outdoor seats were very comfortable. Interior design and layout were well planned; the large exposed brick wall adds depth to the coffee shop's personality. Nambah has a modest coffee menu and pastry items. Moreover, they sell merch and coffee bags as well. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. It was smooth and prefect thirst quencher on a very hot afternoon. Service was spot on. Staff were very assiduous, warm and competent. Prices were fair and competitive. Plenty of street parking. Overall, it's a really cool coffee shop. And I had a lovely experience and enjoyed my cold drink.

I love cafe de olla and as they say, it didn't disappoint. I got an exceptional cup of cafe de olla latte, thanks to Elijah, who was a very welcoming and and friendly young man who help me at the counter. He answered all my curious questions. It is such a small shop. There are no seating arrangements inside the small shop that has a lot of merchandise from T-shirts, sweatshirts, to coffee beans to mugs, etc.. from the looks of the mugs that are featured here. This shop has been in business for a decade, more power to you. I hear vibrant and cultural music that is faint enough for you to be able to carry a conversation, I really love that. This is right by the Metrolink train tracks street parking noted and there appears to be a public parking that's free along first street this shop is in the corner of first Street and Main Street. . This is another shop. I wish that would be closer to me, and I would be visiting it very often at least once or twice a week if I could help it at all. Another wonderful experience. Thanks again, Elijah, tell your mom to follow me on F$An€! and I will follow back. I plan to check their IG to see their pop ups. The merchandise is stunning Please support small businesses

Coworker's Paradise in North Pomona! (sorry if it sounds like I'm writing a Zillow listing, but I'm…read morejust trying to get this to show up in search results if anyone else is curious LOL) OUTLETS: Plenty of outlets!!! There's a set of steps with pillows on each step with a block of about six outlets beside them, and a really comfy, sinky couch (plus an ottoman and two comfy looking armchairs and a big table in the middle) with a set of two outlets on the wall and a star shaped power strip sticking out of the ground with six outlets coming out of it. There are also regular tables and it seems like there are outlets beside them as well. WIFI: The wifi is open (no password necessary), even though they have a password listed where you pick up your food (it's just Sanctuary Coffee). I tried to use one of the locked ones (the only one that made sense), but the wifi password didn't work, so I'm not sure why they have one listed. Regardless, albeit not the fastest wifi I've ever used, it's incredibly doable. I have been working remote here for 1.5 hrs and had almost no issues. MENU: For LA, relatively cheap. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so I got the peach Italian soda, which was yummy. I believe it was about $4.89, which is not bad at all. I went to And Destroy in the Highland Park-ish area, and I believe an Italian soda with cream (cream is free here) was maybe $7-8. I'm used to paying more for drinks because the specialty (non coffee and tea) drinks are usually pricey, but this was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Also, you can claim a free pastry with your email and first name on their website (it sends you a voucher, just show the email). I got the banana bread, which was fine. I would've gotten zucchini, but it wasn't chocolate chip zucchini. ATMOSPHERE: Not too loud, the music is nice and chill and not very loud. There's cute art on the walls and homey looking lamps. It's the quintessential living room coffee shop, perhaps even rivaling Republik Coffee in Burbank in comfiness, noise level, aesthetic, and price (which is a bummer, because I likely will never be back - we just happened to be in North Pomona today, and I have no idea when we'd ever elect to drive this far again LOL). PARKING: It's in a little strip mall, so there's an actual aboveground lot with plenty of free parking (at least I think it's free, I got dropped off so I didn't pay much attention). Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking to cowork in a cozy atmosphere for relatively cheap in the North Pomona area. It checks all of my boxes except distance from home. I hope this review helps someone, because I always try to find this information on Yelp about new places to visit and it can be very difficult to find! BATHROOM: I believe there are two single person bathrooms like not stalls just one bathroom. Cute art and aesthetic inside, there are hooks on the walls for your stuff. The air dryer was not very strong and there were no paper towels or seat covers, but other than that there was a nice faucet and cute nice soap like homey soap you'd see in someone's house, and the lock worked fine.
