Surprisingly pleased with Klatch coffee. I had only tried Klatch at LAX right before catching a flight. There's one in my local shopping center and have been wanting to try something other than Starbucks and Dutch bros. We ordered an ice crème brûlée latte, hot Mexican mocha and an iced matcha with strawberry. All of our drinks were very good! The barista scored 10 extra points with me for adding a cute heart design with the foam on the hot Mexican mocha. I loved that little touch! This location was steady busy the 30 minutes we were there. Now I know it's a favorite for many. Will definitely come back. read more

Post-Costco survival mode activated, so naturally we went hunting for something cold and caffeinated. We rolled into Klatch Coffee dreaming about their famous Ube Matcha (as pictured on theor Yelp page)... only to find out it's seasonal and apparently living its best vacation life right now. Too bad :( Ended up getting the Matcha Latte instead and honestly, no regrets!!! Smooth, refreshing, and gave us just enough energy to recover from wandering Costco aisles like exhausted treasure hunters. Huge shoutout to Alex for being an absolute gem... super friendly, helpful, and even hooked us up with a tester-sized cup before we committed. The barista remembered us when we walked in a second time and talked about their frog pins, which were amazing. According to friend Jacob, "the salsa really elevated the Wrap - 7.5/10". All breakfasts came out piping hot and delicious - I enjoyed my Melt quite a lot with the nice cheese pull. Lavender latte tasted a little too much like bush, but I liked it anyway. Sad face ordered the Matcha it was super good but it has sugar. I am diabetic I should have asked if it had sugar before drank it realized it was very sweet. This coffee shop serves what we needed which was a quick breakfast sandwich and some coffee and matcha drinks. They are quite busy actually. There were lines and pretty much every table was full. I wouldn't suggest coming here for work cause it can get quite loud in the mornings of the weekend unless that's what you're looking for. The tables in the back can get kind of cramped. Otherwise, as a takeout place, it's pretty decent. Maybe if you're not in a rush. Remember, we came twice while we were staying around the area and there were long lines both times we were here. It is a great bonus that there's free parking and after being in LA for a couple of days, it's such a rarity to find free parking. read more

Stopped at Klatch in search of a comparable drink to my all-time favorite- The pure chocolate ice blended from Coffee Bean. Izzy offered me a detailed accounting of the three forms of chocolate that Klatch offers- Traditional, Dark and Mexican. I went w/ traditional. Barista Josh handed me my drink- It was still punchy with the one shot of espresso but, while served arctic cold (always nice on a sweltering 86° day) the chocolatey flavors that I relish soo much in Coffee Bean's pure chocolate ice blended weren't there. My sister likes the Ice Creme Brulee Latte, but it's so sweet that she can't finish it. My Ice Paradise Tropical Tea is tasty and incredibly refreshing. Klatch Coffee fan. Used to visit this location often when I worked in the area and now sporadically if I'm in the area. I recently visited and tried their speciality drink that had to do with Irish Whiskey Slaine (minus the alcohol) and it was very good. They have a long table with wooden seats and I did some work from here. The time I visited it wasn't crowded so I was able to get work done with minimal distractions. I ended up eating lunch here which consisted of their cucumber avocado toast and one of their summer espresso tonics. I love their espresso tonics and think it's a great alternative to the regular coffee drink with milk. The cucumber avocado toast is a great appetizer that keeps you full and feeling healthy. They are located right off the freeway and have plenty of parking available. read more

It's powerful caffeine that maintains a delicate, crisp sweetness. The receipt details it as breve coffee, and oh my goodness, this beverage is delicious. The coffee is fresh, robust, and delightful. The cup is 16oz yet there's so much luscious liquid! Oh, WOW! Service is exemplary. They are fast. I waited only two minutes and five seconds. The cashier (Izzy) is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Actually, the entire staff performed admirably. Staff immediately chimes "Hi! Welcome!" as customers enter. As I left, staff exclaimed, "Have a great day!" The ambiance is cozy and festive. Bright, holiday music chimed on the speakers. The location is also very clean and spacious. Klatch Coffee's interior is sophisticated and welcoming. The location also has a large parking lot. Overall, Klatch Coffee is superb. They serve exemplary, fresh coffee. Absolutely delicious. I've been coming to this one for about a year now and out of all the baristas only one makes all my drinks taste amazing. Of course you would think I would remember his name but I do not...all I remember are his painted finger nails. In my defense, I always order online for pick up as I'm rushing to work haha. I hope management knows exactly who I'm talking about because this man deserves the shout out. I've made sure to tell him in person how much I appreciate his skills and he was very humble saying it's just tea with milk but you would be surprised how different that can taste depending on how it's made. Moving on, I wanted to try this place for their Ube Matcha only to find out it was a seasonal drink and they didn't have it anymore. I got the Matcha Latte though and it was very milky. So if you like that type of matcha then this place would be great for you. My friend got a drink from their honey series which I did not taste. My friend and I have been on the hunt for the perfect work spot. We've been looking for great seating, fast Wi-Fi, a cute, cozy ambiance, and of course great coffee. Klatch's coffee is great, I love their rotation of seasonal drinks and food that never fail to impress me. They have great WiFi and a good amount of seating for the crowd they bring in. And also located right next to Trader Joes, so if you don't want to pay for a bit overpriced cafe food, its easy to walk on over and grab a snack/meal there and work in Klatch. However, what made Klatch lose a star is their ambiance. I will say, it's not terrible and all the baristas I have interacted with over the past month I have been going there are super friendly. But, Klatch lacks that cozy, cute feeling that many other smaller coffee shops in the area have. As me and my friend describe it, it's a very "corporate" coffee shop. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's simply not what we are looking for. Overall, it is a great work spot, but not the perfect shop we are trying to find. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend going for anyone looking for a consistent out-of-home work space! read more

That level of care and authenticity made every visit special and memorable. I'm writing to share a bit of feedback from someone who truly values what Klatch has stood for. Over the years, I've noticed a shift in some areas--particularly in barista training and seasonal offerings like your pumpkin drinks. I deeply miss the days when you used real pumpkin purée, more homemade ingredients, etc., which gave the drinks a richness and authenticity that syrups just can't match. I understand that scaling a business brings certain changes, but I sincerely hope Klatch will consider returning to some of the practices that made it stand out in the early years. Quality and craftsmanship are what drew many of us to Klatch in the first place, and I believe there's still room to honor that legacy while continuing to grow. It is a very cozy coffee shop located at San Dimas Plaza. The interior of the shop and the lighting give the place a warm, inviting and relaxing ambience. The seatings are very comfortable. It is a great coffee shop to hangout with friends, or finish some works. The baristas are very attentive and friendly. They told us about some deals they had on their coffee beans which was very nice of them. We ordered iced Crème brûlée. The drinks were outstanding. I loved the balance between the amount of espresso and the caramel, in addition to the perfect sweetness. I also ordered Turkey cranberry panini. The freshness of the ingredients took this panini to a higher level. I totally agree with their sign that said from farm to you because the taste was the proof. This location is spacious and is good if you're catching up with friends over coffee or looking for a place to read. They have a variety of different places to sit - one long table, two couches, a few booths, and some chairs at the end of the counter. However, I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need to plug in your laptop because they have very limited outlets. We only found one outlet next to a high top table by the door. A customer told me there was another outlet but you would need to move the booths to get to it. We ordered a blended creme brûlée and a vanilla bean latte. The vanilla bean latte was good but the blended creme brûlée had large chunks of ice in it and could have been blended better. They also sell sandwiches so I ordered a turkey pesto panini, which came out nice and hot. It wasn't very filling but was a tasty snack. Overall, it's a nice place to hang out and the coffee is decent but it's not a great place to work/study if you need an outlet. read more

My friend & I were referred to Klatch Coffee. We had never heard of it before? We went to the Klatch in Fontana, CA and were greeted very warmly. We explained that we never heard of Klatch and one of the girls named Jennica gave us a history of their start and vision for the future. Then she proceeded to talk to us about the coffee and help us make a decision in what to order. We got the Whipped Bee's Knees, with honey, orange oil, oat milk. It was very good!!! Usually love Klatch coffee, least in Rancho Cucamonga. I got my normal vanilla bean latte. Took forever and came without the main ingredient.... the vanilla. He said oops, got a shot glass poured in the missing syrup and told me to go get a stir stick and mix it up. Ok, fine... then 10 mins later my bagel is now ready. Met up at Klatch for a lunch meeting. Location served as a halfway-ish point between Los Angeles and San Bernardino, and for that purpose, the location was ideal. Not far from the freeway, no trouble finding it, plenty of free, easy parking. If you're looking for "vibes" in a trendy sense...this place isn't really it. It's a cute enough coffee shop located in a strip mall. I appreciated that it was clean and comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating. I actually didn't try the coffee here, which is rare for me. I did have one of the sandwiches (BLT with Avocado), though, and it was really tasty. The staff was super friendly, the prices were reasonable. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite while commuting between LA and the IE, this would be a wonderful option. I'll probably end up doing that at some point in the future.
