This was truly a pleasurable experience to begin the new year. It's definitely a great spot for women all ages, and men, friends, ladies group gathering and outing to come together and enjoy all the wonderful selections of teas, sandwiches, creams decore, desserts and company. We gathered to have chats, enjoy new experience and relax. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was pleasant. Feeling ingredient grateful for the new moments shared. Wow I had such a lovely experience at this tea spot--definitely one of the best I've been to! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. We started with a comforting bowl of tomato asparagus soup--fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of hearty. The scones were absolutely delicious--flaky on the outside, soft inside, and served with the perfect accompaniments. The tea sandwiches were a fun mix of classic and creative flavors, and they paired beautifully with everything else on the table. As for the tea: I tried both the peach and gingerbread varieties, and they were incredible in their own ways. The peach tea was light, fruity, and refreshing, while the gingerbread tea had those rich, cozy spices that made it feel like a warm hug in a cup. Overall, this place is a gem. Great food, amazing tea selection, and a delightful atmosphere--what more could you want? Highly recommend for a sweet afternoon treat or a special outing with friends. Service was super awesome and the staff were all so kind and friendly too! Had a great time out there! The lemon Bundt cake was stellar! Mmmm yum can't wait to come back next time!

There is always time for Enchanted Rose Tea Parlour. That place is magical. It is time to clear my mind and enjoy the tea elixir. I like to order the Enchanted Tea. It includes several courses. First, scones of the day which comes with clotted cream, lemon curd, jam and a little cup of fruits At this point, you can choose the tea of your choice. Second course, it is the choice of either salad or soup of the day. We chose salad and we ordered broccoli cheddar soup of the day à la carte. Third course, tea sandwiches and strawberry dipped chocolate. Fourth course, is cake of the day. The last one, is their famous pink rose chocolate which comes on a vintage doily, covering the bill. The service is always top notch. The two ladies are very friendly and genuinely warm. The place has this lovely and inviting vibes. The food was delicious as usual. I was impressed with the broccoli cheddar soup. Our first teapot was orange blossom tea. It was one of the seasonal tea menu. The second teapot was apricot tea. We enhanced the flavor with adding a little bit of honey. We had such a fantastic time. As always, we will be back again and again.

This little gem is tucked away in a business building on the first floor. Look for the mechanic shop and park behind it. I had to circle around twice before I figured it out. My sweet friend picked this place out knowing how much I love afternoon tea! We spent 3 hours here catching up and the waitress did not rush us. She was friendly and attentive. My friend and I both got the Enchanted Tea. It was relatively inexpensive. You get unlimited tea, switching flavors if you'd like. I've never seen so many tea choices! I enjoyed my peach bellini and rose petal tea. I chose the raspberry vinaigrette salad to start. It was drowning in dressing which I actually loved. I don't like salad that is dry. The scone of the day was blueberry scone. I'm not sure what you would do if you didn't like blueberry. Even the jam was blueberry! I loved it. It also came with clotted cream and lemon curd. I would've liked more of these. The sandwich plate came with 4 assortment of petit sandwiches. They were alright, nothing blew me away. I thought the chocolate strawberry was my dessert but no, you get a slice of cake. I chose chocolate cake. It was moist. The waitress presented our check with 2 rose chocolate. I thought the decor, table settings and presentation were on point. This is a great place for a fun day with friends, family and yes, even a date!

Met up with my dear friend here to enjoy 3 hours of delicious tea, tea sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries, and carrot cake. What's not to love? The service is top notch, friendly, welcoming, attentive. We wanted to try two different kinds of tea each, so each was served (one at a time per person) in a smaller teapot. I tried the Passionfruit and papaya black tea first, followed by the blackberry sage. (The second tea was especially delicious and aromatic) I chose the green leafy salad today. Just like last time, the ambience was inviting, calm, conducive to catching up with old friends. I was pleasantly surprised to see a few gentleman there with their dates. Well done, sirs!

My grandmother and I went for early tea when they opened and we had a lovely time last week! The tea room is nicely decorated and the service was amazing. We were surprised by how much food we had! We left very full and had to take our final course to go. The tea room is located in downtown San Dimas which on a perfect street to walk along with a variety of stores nearby. I would highly recommend this tea room and it would be nice to go back with a larger group next time.

The restaurant is located inside a little alley in the back. There is a parking lot nearby. Free parking. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. We got the enchanted tea that includes either soup or salad, scones, sandwhiches, desserts and tea. Reasonably priced. Tasty food. Great selection of teas and all were pleasant. Sadly they said they didn't make the rose chocolates in time that day They also have a variety of cute hats around the tearoom. Wear them. Take pictures. Have fun. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Very fun experience. Celebrated my babies 1/2 birthday! Tea was good and we all loved the scones. So many choices on tea and if you need recommendations they are happy to help. I really enjoyed a blueberry tea and peach!

I just hosted my Daughter in Love's Baby Shower yesterday at the Enchanted Rose Tea Parlour and it was perfect! Every detail from initial contact, reasonable pricing, set up, delicious and plentiful food, service and ambiance were spectacular! Jean and her staff are so accommodating, took lots of pictures for us and were so cheerful. I received SO many wonderful comments from everyone yet it was so easy and I was able to enjoy the event too. I am already looking forward to an excuse to go back! Key Points: free parking, reservations are highly recommended, (we contracted a couple months out and our initial date was already booked but we were flexible), check the website for hours and they change up the daily offerings. Jean has a delightful hidden gem and knows exactly what she is doing!

I've been there a few times and the woman that runs it is very sweet all the food is very good, and served timely. My church group has been there a few times as well and we always have a good time. And there's always an option to wear a hat, or bring your own, very nice decor.

What a lovely gem! My best friend treated me yesterday for my early birthday. I'm local to San Dimas and always frequent the downtown area, but never thought to try this place out. Great quaint ambiance. The other places in Pasadena are so commercialized. This place is not. Service was excellent! We did the enchanted tea plus added the extra soup. We were full and didn't leave room for dessert. The prices are so much more affordable here compared to Pasadena. The salad was delicious as well as the soup. The scones along with their preserves, Devonshire cream and lemon curd was exceptional! You must call to make reservations. Definitely coming back here again!

We had a tradition of going to tea whenever my granddaughter visited from New Mexico. Unforgettable the place we used to go did not survive the pandemic, so I had to find a new tea place. After reviewing many places, I settled on the Enchanted Rose. Making a reservation was easy; I phoned ahead about two weeks prior. When the day arrived, we ( myself, two adult daughters, and three granddaughters) excitedly arrived and were greeted warmly and ushered to our table. The place was beautifully decorated with lovely lace curtains, beautiful dolls, comfy armchairs. I immediately noted the rag dolls displayed represented different ethnicities--that was a super "+" for this grandmother of mixed race children. So important for them to see themselves in different settings. There is also a gift store where you can buy tea and different trinkets. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating. ( I should have written her name down, I always think I'm gonna remember peoples name but I don't!) i liked the way she paid particular attention to my 7 year old granddaughter, explaining to her what came with her "princess" tea, and I was happy that they kept small children's tastebuds in mind and served child friendly chicken nuggets and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The adult sandwiches were the usual tea fare, the scones were delicious, but the tea. OMG! We had the chocolate strawberry tea, the raspberry hibiscus, the passion fruit, Carmel vanilla, and peach Bellini. I can't tell you which one was my favorite because I loved them ALL! As I mentioned before, our waitress was awesome and a lady I believe was the owner also came over and checked on us during our stay. Superb service! All in all, this place is wonderful for a group of people, special occasion or just meeting your bestie for tea. I will definitely return again and again and again!

A lovely tea luncheon with friends!

Ask the Community - Enchanted Rose Tea Parlour

Are there age limits for children? I have a 3.5 year old who loves tea parties and would love to have her experience a tea session.

The lady who owns it is very nice, I'd call her and inquire to see what she suggests for your desired experience.

Do I need reservation for 3 adults this Saturday 2/18?

    Yes, they are reservations only

Do they make reservations for party of 10?

What food do they make fresh on site?

You might call and ask, but I would asume all the food was made on site. It was definitely delicious and fresh.

    What are the assorted sandwiches?

For 8:30 am on a Saturday morning, this place was quite busy and the flow of customers did not stop the entire time we were there. The display case of baked good intrigued me and I was divided between the Banana Bread and another item but after asking the cashier, he also suggested the Banana Bread. Since it was my first visit, I tend to purchase a bit more to enjoy later as I am unsure if I'll get the chance to stop by again. Banana Bread (pass) $5.75 When trying the Banana Bread later that afternoon, it was dry and not very delicious. We bake better Banana Bread at home, so it was not worth the $5.75. It's like a "take" on country potatoes but not exactly country potatoes. I still enjoyed them nonetheless as country potatoes are my go to, but no one would also ever go wrong with tots! The Sando was delicious, but a bit tad salty for me, but I would most definitely order it again. 12 oz Black Eye $5 2 shots of espresso in drip coffee Since I am not normally awake this early on a weekend, I was needing caffeine more than ever, and I was very pleased to see Black Eye on the menu. I do not often, if ever, order Black Eye so I had to ask the cashier what it was and when they said it was espresso in coffee, I was sold! All the food and drinks were served on/in disposable containers, which from reviews, it seems like they started doing that since covid and have continued to do so. Service is interesting but overall nothing to complain about. One orders at the counter and they call your order for you to pick-up but with the acoustics in the restaurant, one may not hear their order being called. Sometimes an employee would bring a drink or so around to the customer if they did not hear their order being called, which was nice because it could get quite noisy on the inside. This is most definitely a family-oriented restaurant and I love see people of all ages enjoy time together, especially over breakfast. I love breakfast food, it just brings a sense of peace as we begin our day and what better way than to enjoy the food and company!

Now the inside and tables are definitely outdated but I like how each table has an outlet and it's wide enough so you can just spread out and get some work done. The noise level isn't too loud either especially with some headphones on. Since it was a Sunday evening, I felt like it was pretty slow in the beginning but once evening hit a lot of people started coming in and a lot of people came in to sit and get work done. What I liked about today is when it was slow, the cashier actually went out and wiped the tables and I felt like she did that periodically even when someone was grabbing an order to go. My friends also ordered popcorn chicken and fries and it just seems like a great snack to have while studying Wish there were more cafes like this! I ordered a peach black tea bc the cashier said black tea had the most caffeine. I requested half sweet and Crystal boba it was perfect! The galaxy drinks were really pretty and good too. I'll probably be back again!
