We told her no, he wants the sandwich with waffle fries. She said that she changed it for us and then walked away. No apology. No consideration. He was brought the right order by another server. She then came out to ask if we wanted refills. We said no but we were still awaiting a Caesar salad. For the next ten minutes, she was gone. Other servers were stopped to ask about the salad. She finally came by the table but just said it would be out in a few minutes and walked away. It was brought out a few minutes later. The lettuce was topped with Parmesan and then hot chicken. The lettuce was wilted. She never acknowledged or apologize for her mistakes. Needless to say, the tip reflected her service. Even 10% was more than she earned. My honest note to ownership would be this: take a close look at the place and do not let it slip much further toward the "dive bar" category.
