An attempt at a cheese crisp with the incorrect cheese.

First of all they serve quesadillas, but when I asked for a cheese crisp. They had no idea how to make it. That shoulda been the first red flag, but I was hopeful! I ordered the chicken fajitas and my brother had a chimichanga. The chicken fajitas were shredded into baby bite size bits, absolutely no flavor at all, and the veggies were way way over cooked! It's almost like they boiled the chicken and then put it on the flat top to get some coloring! My brothers chimichanga was extremely small and once again had no flavor at all. It really didn't even look like a chimichanga. Now I can speak about this because I live in Arizona and Mexican food is part of our weekly diet. After I had one bite of the fajitas I couldn't eat anymore and told the guy I can't do this please take my plate. When the bill came I was still charged for the chicken fajitas. I asked to have it removed and his reply was you had a bite, no! Plus he brought us extra sour cream and mozzarella cheese that we never touched but once again had to pay for! I would highly discourage anyone from ever going there and being robbed from the poor poor food. If you order it and dont like it you're still going to pay for it! Below is a picture of their attempt at a cheese crisp with mozzarella cheese instead of the proper mix, LMAO!

Food was mediocre at best. Thank goodness the margarita was decent because the food lacked flavor.

Between the lack of seasoning and shrimp and copious amount of vegetables (mainly jalapeños), this place was less than satisfying.

I went just before 8 pm on a Thursday night and was the only dine-in customer. There were some people standing outside talking, but other than a couple of carry-out customers there weren't many people there. The seating area was immaculate and they let me sit wherever I wanted. The server brought me a menu immediately. I ordered Mongolian beef. Meals come with rice, soup, and a spring roll. I ordered the egg drop soup and friend rice. The soup and spring roll came out almost immediately. I noticed that the soup wasn't just egg. There were actually pieces of carrots and celery in it, and it wasn't too salty like a lot of restaurant soups are. The spring roll had a crisp, flaky crust. I was so glad it wasn't soggy with oil. The main dish came out before I could finish my soup and before I could even touch the spring roll. The beef had a good flavor, and best of all it was not drowning in oil or some kind of sauce. I appreciated the food and the good service. I plan to come back soon and bring some more people with me.

We only did 1 hour for the lane of bowling and with the 6 of us we got in one game and 2 frames on the next, it was enough though just to do some kind of activity, plus seeing the under water scene was really neat and the kids really enjoyed it too! There is a big arcade as well although we did not partake in that. After bowling we sat down to have lunch. The kids meals are a little pricy over $12 for some Kraft Mac and cheese. The food was really good though and I would come back for lunch or dinner. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with tater tots it was good I enjoyed the grilled bread and the two chicken breasts and the buffalo sauce that it was tossed in had the right amount of spice it was very good. My wife had the buffalo chicken tacos and that is what I would order if I come back. It was very good and it even comes with fried pickles on top of each taco. Delicious! The fried pickle appetizer was full of pickles definitely shareable depending on the size of your group. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are out by Altoona, IA and need a break from the car!

Maybe another 5 for food and never see the server again. Chicken strips and fries are delicious. Homemade ranch is fantastic. BLT salad was not made with Romaine. No, they went the extra mile and made it with iceberg, including lots of core pieces. $11 for iceberg lettuce, bacon & diced tomatoes. I should know better. The service is atrocious as it's ever been. I recommend hitting the arcade & then bouncing over to any other eateries in town.
