This restaurant is as great as it's been in the past. good food, service and the surroundings. The wait staff are fairly fluent in English. I loved the slices of tempura ginger. A surprise and delicious

Casually elegant, cool jazzy ambience, and reliably delicious Asian food. Waiters are attentive and never overbearing. The Asian cuisine was eclectic, with a variety of fusion dishes...Thai, Chinese, and Japanese, reasonably priced and centrally located a block from the beach in the RZ.

The service was very good. We waited over one hour she said 40 min. They have a lot of options. The food was good but definitely have had better. I would not go back. i liked the cucumber salad. the noodles were okay. The rice was okay. The chicken was meh. The vegetable rolls were not that good. It's defiantly good becuase it's different from eating tacos every day in PV.

Wanted to mix things up from the overload of tacos and Mexican food in PV and found this Asian fusion spot that had good reviews. We ordered the calamari, spicy fried noodles Thai style and curried vegetables with beef to share. The calamari had a nice light batter that was very crisp with tasty dipping sauces. The noodles were interesting, it's their version of pad Thai so it was made with soba noodles. I prefer the texture of rice noodles so this wasn't my favorite but it had a nice kick from the red curry paste. I enjoyed the curried vegetables which was green curry base and the beef was very tender with lots of fresh vegetables. Service was very attentive and friendly. There were quite a few fellow tourists dining as well. The waiter highly recommended the lime cheese pie which was quite good. I think I would've preferred the flan option but we wanted to mix it up as we had already had flan several nights already. Overall a pretty good meal esp if you're looking for options outside of Mexican.

We were lucky enough to try the restaurant during restaurant week in PVR. Located right near the beach among others. Cute ambiance in the inside. Everything we had was good even the mojitos. A good reliable choice. Service was quick and attentive.

After a week in Puerto Vallarta I was craving Chinese food. The only restaurant that popped up in Zona Romantica was Archie's Wok. It's been around since 1986 and that pre-dates their Asian-Fusion self-description. I usually avoid Asian fusion places, but since it was around the corner from my hotel, it was a quick dash over. Archie's was packed with a 1.5 hour wait so takeout was the only way I'd get tofu in this part of town. There are nice outdoor tables in front of the restaurant, with planter boxes, benches and trees separating diners from the street crowd. The interior is nicely adorned too, but with the crowd it looked tight. Photos of my takeout dishes do not do justice. The Vietnamese Sizzling Fish wrapped in Banana Leaves and grilled over charcoal was delicious with a fragrant, mildly spicy green lemongrass cilantro chili sauce. It wasn't sizzling at the hotel, but the leaves kept the local mahi-mahi very moist. You might be leaving hungry if this is your only entrée. The Chinese-influenced Broccoli and Tofu with Mushrooms stir fry was good and the black bean sauce with pronounced ginger taste was ok. White rice and four tiny condiment cups were also provided. My favorite was a cilantro onion lime mixture which I'm sure is a Mexican relish as it is also in other restaurants here. The to-go containers were great and everything made it safely back to the hotel. I got plastic forks, spoon and wooden chopsticks but no napkins. Prices have increased since the 2019 menu photos on Yelp, and the price range on their website is outdated with many dishes now over $300 MEX (such as the Sizzling Fish). My Chinese craving was mostly satisfied. Now back to Mexican food.

My niece, sister, and I stpped in for dinner here tonight. The food was delicious! The ambiance was lovely. The rice they used was not Jasmine, it was short grain, but it was okay. *** they have vegan options ***

We ate every single bite it was so delicious! Between my girlfriend who has dietary restrictions and her grandmother who doesn't like a whole lot of different foods both were able to find plenty of options.

It is very popular, they are great in getting people in quickly.... The view from most of the tables is magnificent. One year we saw a beautiful lightening storm over the water.... The sushi, food is amazing. First let me share that the rib eye with a delicious Teriyaki sauce is always a hit. We ways like the mixed shrimp tempura and the hamachi sashimi with jalapeño and truffle vinaigrette is our hands down favorite. The citrus roll was good but the lemon for me was a bit over powering, but the boyfriend loved it. Rainbow roll and hamachi and green onion hand roll very yummy The hamachi nigiri was great, great, great, ordered it twice this week. For dessert our go to is the Coconut cake and green tea ice cream is so yummy. Oh the crispy rice and spicy tuna was delicious, and we will definitely get that again. The Hiroshi lychee saki martini is very nice, NOT to be confused with a midori martini which is far too sweet. Though a nice vegan option, I won't get the rice noodles and tofu again. It wasn't the savory thick noodles that I envisioned. In all this is an amazing restaurant and it is not surprising Hiroshi is considered one of the top two restaurants here.

I think it's safe to say that I'm still not a raw fish person but I did enjoy the other cooked options here. I started the meal with a hiroshi salad, which had the most amazing ginger dressing, and a rib eye robata skewer while my vegetarian boyfriend started with some veggie dumplings in a plum sauce and a veggie wonton tostada. For our sushi course, I attempted the seared tuna as I expressed to the waiter that I wasn't a raw fish fan and wanted to know what he'd recommend as a gateway. I thought the seared tuna sounded safe being partially cooked and even asked the waiter if they could sear it more than usual. I'm sure he thought I was crazy but I do love cooked tuna. Unfortunately, the tuna was still way to raw for me and I couldn't get over the texture or flavor. I originally planned on ordering the teriyaki as well but it was our last night and we thought we might enjoy a late night meal at Noi instead so I chose not to stuff myself here. Instead, I finished the meal with a delicious cookie martini.

This cute little spot.. you would never know the food was phenomenal. It was downstairs essentially from where we were staying. They sometimes have live music too, although we didn't' get to see this. The grill has exceptional service and offers poolside dining during the day. It also has AMAZING beach views. Each morning, we enjoyed espressos before our walks. The food is outstanding. The steak was a highlight--perfectly cooked and flavorful. I tried the pesto salmon, and while the flavors were delightful, the salmon was slightly overcooked. The tempura was a standout--crispy, light, and not at all greasy. The bruschetta was also delicious. They have a huge menu and plenty to explore if you're staying for a while. Note: they are closed on Tuesdays! We were bummed about that, but happy to have had it one night during our stay!

A bottle of wine and our appetizer arrived promptly. The salad quickly followed. Then we waited. And watched the place get very busy. And waited. At 8:00 I called our waiter over and politely asked if our entrees were near. I was assured they were. At 8:30, I caught his attention and asked (with much frustration) what was going on. At 8:45 (2.5 hours after ordering), I told him to cancel our entrees and bring the check. At 9:00 pm we received our food. I first told him to take it back, but then relented. THREE hours after arriving. It's not the miss, it's the response. No one seemed to care at any point. The GM or chef didn't show up with an apology. No entrees were comped. This also happened to us last Valentine's Day when they were swamped. I told them I would never be back and promptly cancelled our reservations for today, Valentine's Day 2026. We have friends visiting over the next months and have cancelled plans with them as well.
