Absolutely the best quiche and cheese danishes I've had. These guys know what they're doing.

Incredible patisserie in Kalispell! Everytime I visit from Maryland I make sure to make as many visits to this amazing chef/baker as possible!

I ordered a custom made birthday cake for my granddaughters' birthdays in July. It was so incredible in every way! Delicious and moist, but the creative design of the cake was astounding! It was so spectacular we didn't want to cut into it! Extraordinary design abilities of the fabulous baker made our little mermaids birthday the best ever! Customer service was friendly and very helpful throughout the order. I love this bakery's other goodies too.

I'm going to refer to this place as "Amy's Baking Company: North"

So I've written a few reviews for this place, and I think they were a little harsh, however, I was fully justified in my antipathy because this business has a lot of problems. The food is excellent! There are a few imperfections, like putting mushrooms and béchamel in a danish without any cheese. Like, duh. Artificial colors in the macaroons, and a few other compromises on quality, but overall the ingredients and techniques in play are quite good. The bread is truly fantastic, clearly made by a well-trained artisan baker. The BUSINESS is quite lacking, though. There is no flow to ordering and picking up your food, it takes a LONG time, even just to grab a coffee and a few croissants. The lobby is clogged up with delivery drivers waiting around, which makes sense since it's so difficult to actually eat here. One of the front doors doesn't open due to a poorly placed potted plant. The whole setup is simply uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Some of the employees are experienced, exuberant, eager and helpful. However, other employees seem to want to hide behind the counter since it is such an awkward experience to take someone's order. I don't really blame them, everything flows from the owner/operator. Another quite bothersome factor is GLITTER everywhere. In a food place. Ick. That stuff gets everywhere. I have zero doubt that glitter has made its way into the food many times. When will we as a society ban glitter and other plastic contaminates that are such an environmental and health disaster?? Worse than the the glitter though was when I grabbed some nice pastries to go one day, got them home, and there were little bits of white plasticy material broken off of the brittle to-go containers, littered all over my food. What a bitterly expensive disappointment that was. When I DM'ed the owner about it on Yelp, he actuly tried to gaslight me and say he is unable to order the biodegradable paper to-go containers that almost EVERYONE uses now! Well, here you go buddy, Sysco part number 1423211, from their EARTH Plus line of packaging! Like many of the owner/operators one sees on Kitchen Nightmares and Bar Rescue, this place seems to be ran by someone with a passion for food, but little business acumen. I highly recommend the owner takes a long look at himself in the mirror, maybe call a consulting agency, and run the business according to the needs of the community, not the needs of his own ego. As harsh as that sounds, I offer that advice in the hopes that Bonjour could one day achieve its true potential. There is no question that Bonjour is, judged solely on the merits of the food, one of the best bakeries in the entire region.

This bakery is adorable and friendly. We read online they had many vegan & gluten free options but they only had a few. I ordered a cream of asparagus soup that fit our bill and amazing vegan gluten free cupcakes! We enjoyed them immensely. The soup was better than expected and perfect for a chilly day. We are hoping that eventually restaurants will begin to serve more options for people like us with dietary preferences. If you serve it, we will come! Definitely try the cup cakes.

My almond cappuccino was terrible and tasted rancid. I received a latte, not a cappuccino. I ordered a 16 oz but got a 12 oz. French dip sandwich tastes good but is on the small side. I asked for a side of mustard and horseradish, which they forgot. Carrot and sweet potato soup is bland. Overall not a good dining experience.

While visiting Kalispell, my very good friend and French Sous Chef wanted to go to this quaint little bistro. Let me just say the quiche was to die for and the half Croque Monsieur was more than a half it filled the plate. The food was so hot, flavorful and mouth watering. We each had a sweet treat as well I had a double chocolate cookie which when I was a child my mother called a "Chocolate Crinkle Cookie". It was excellent and my friend had the S'mores cupcake that melted in your mouth with creamy sweetness. Excellent Food, excellent restaurant, excellent company! A must try for anyone wanting a different type of food.

Nice spot for a healthy lunch- the nicoise salad was a great deal and hit the spot. Sweet potato soup was rich and photo worthy. Their sour dough bread is tasty, too.

We were seated within five minutes in a room with a view of the street. It was raining outside, and it felt nice and cozy inside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and checked in on how we were doing regularly. We ordered the Tot-chos (half order to share among six people) and I also got a huckleberry soda for myself as well as the bison (classic) burger with sweet potato fries. For dessert, we shared two scoops of huckleberry ice cream (from Sweet Peaks), the bread pudding and the beignets. I loved the Tot-chos, and the half order was honestly a pretty big size already! The huckleberry soda was pretty sweet (I think it had 41 grams of sugar), but I don't regret trying it. The bison burger wasn't bad, it definitely tasted similar to beef, but it was a huge burger so I couldn't finish it. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. In terms of the dessert, I had gone to Sweet Peaks already and liked their huckleberry flavor a lot, so I was excited to see them on the menu. People at my table loved the bread pudding. I thought the beignets were not bad, but they weren't as good as the other desserts.

It would normally have grapefruit vodka in it, but I'm not a fan of vodka or any of its flavoring. The kind bartender substituted the alcohol to gin with a splash of grapefruit at no extra charge. I believe the bartender is the owner as it seemed to be a one man show. The same guy was our server, a bus boy, bartender, and our host! He was probably the cook too! Talk about wearing many hats! I ordered the golden and red beets with goat cheese for $12 and this came to the table looking like a colorful masterpiece. Every bite was delicious. The huckleberry creme brûlée was great! The huckleberries are hiding at the bottom of the ramiken. I'm a tourist and was on a mission to eat everything huckleberry and this dessert did not disappoint! It's a must try! My boyfriend ordered the wild mushroom crepe $16 which was roasted wild mushrooms, prosciutto and swiss cheese with mornay sauce. I thought the crepe was a little undercooked, but he absolutely loved it. I also thought it was a bit salty for my taste, but the mushrooms were tasty! I ordered the $16 grilled salmon and andouille sausage over spinach with tomatoes, fresh orange and red onion. I never heard of these two proteins together, but they make a dynamic duo! I'd like to say it's a warm salad and it was so good! The charred salmon was the star of this dish!
