Hi Matt, thanks for finally responding to me. 28 different emails and multiple confirmations is definitely a stretch, and I'm surprised you'd be so brazen as to lie about that blatantly. I had received 1 confirmation for the sweetheart table, when I inquired about the additional tables and chairs and everything, you had asked me to let you know if I confirmed the order before you sent me another confirmation. Which, I did, with the additional question of if the sweetheart table would be added to that second quote because it was not included. I then never received a response, nor did I receive a confirmation that everything was reserved. To leave people wondering if one of the most important parts of an event are confirmed is poor business practice-- imagine if I had shown up to the venue the day of my wedding and nothing had been delivered. Hopefully you don't put anyone else through this. Edited to add: Matt, this was the last email I got from you on May 24, 2021. I asked for you to reserve the items, and then asked if the sweetheart table would be included in this quote. I was never asked to sign a contract and you NEVER replied back to me. Notice how you said: "Please let us know if we can reserve the attached items for you." Which I did, and never received a confirmation that the items had been reserved. read more

Drove there during open business hours. Called their number because the gate was closed, no response . Then someone called back. We told them we are there but the gate is closed. He told us no one is in the office. No apology or explanation. Bonners provided chairs, linens, plates, glasses and silverware for a small baby shower I had in my backyard. They are a solid company for small events that don't require a minimum purchase and have a low delivery and pick up rate as well. Most places I called, although the items individually were slightly less than Bonners, after they applied their minimum rate fees and drop off and delivery fees - ended up being significantly more. The items arrived in great condition and on time. Pick up was the following Monday at no extra charge. All in all working with this company was easy and stress free. read more

Garrett called stating he was here for the delivery, and couldn't wait for my husband to get dressed to come out and open the electronic gate before forcing himself behind our security gate, and then arguing with me once he was caught on our property with our consent, that I had left the gate open, Not only did he push past a security gate but he damaged the opening mechanism and now we have to call for expensive repairs to be done. At first Garrett stated he pushed the gate open because it wasn't latched, then changed his statement to falsely saying our gate was left open so he only walked in. When confronted and caught in a lie, they mysteriously found damage to a table cloth that could not be seen stating we burned one of the table cloths, when there was no way it could have happened. The area of the table cloth he had quickly pointed to and tied into a knot and tossed into the truck, before I could examine, was fully covered by a satin table runner which sustained no damage. He tried to accuse me it was a cigarette burn, when there was no smoking on the premises, and none of the guests at the event were smokers. None of the table decorations had a heated element or lights that could burn, and nothing electronic was plugged in near any of the table cloths. In case this microscopic damage was already present and missed upon delivery, that means Bonner's delivered damaged goods. A word to the wise, If you use them, you better be outside waiting for them so they don't violate or break your property. Check every item meticulously before accepting delivery. Do not let them leave until you are satisfied OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED! UPDATE: it is now January, 2019. And Bonner's still has not reimbursed us for repairs to our property. read more

Scheduled return was prevented as they changed hours for that day also. On next business day for scheduled return they changed business hours to prevent return. Still trying to find when they will open to return merchandise. Posted hours not correct and unreliable. Flaky business without consistent store policy hours and complete lack of communication with customers in-store and by phone or email. Won't do business with this poorly run operation. Bonner's was great in the beginning until the day of the wedding came. They offered us a discount for delivery because a family member uses Bonner's a lot but we never got the discount applied. Of course. First of all my fiancé and I didn't want to see each other until I walk down the isle so my fiancé had to take care of decorations and setting up the day of the wedding. So drop off for the rentals at the church we were getting married at was at 8am. My fiancé, wedding planner/friend, and fiancés mom was waiting for the delivery they came hours late and didn't even deliver the entire order. Half of the order was missing. So not only did they have a late start decorating but they didn't have everything they needed. So they had to rush like 3 hours before to get everything done after they delivered the rest of the rental stuff like utensils and etc... At least they picked up the rental stuff with no issues. Then after the wedding when we come back from our honeymoon I go through the stuff we had for the wedding and I noticed some one accidentally put our champagne glasses in with Bonner's champagne glasses to return it. So I called Bonner's and a woman told me "oh yes we will see if we can find it and they will let me know". So I gave them my number and gave them a week. No one called so I called. This time she said "yes we did find them but you need to call yo make an appointment later because of a holiday coming up" she was saying I have to pick it up at their warehouse. So I naturally called after the holiday had gone by to make an appointment and some guy answered and I told him the story and he said "oh no we don't have them because we didn't even go through your returns yet." So I gave them another week and I started to call but they don't answer the phone. Honestly I am so sad that they disappointed me. So the issue still hasn't been resolved. I just don't want to deal with this kind of stuff when I work 7 days a week. I just won't use this company ever again. My husband was so upset on the day of our wedding because he wanted it to be perfect and Bonner's messed it up. Anyway I don't suggest you go here unless you want to take a chance of it going wrong. Just my honest opinion! Keep in mind we only went with Bonner's because the family member said they are so good. We started to plan our wedding one month before our wedding day because we worked 6 days a week then so we had limited time so we went with a recommendation from family but boy we had no idea that Bonner's would be this bad. read more
