He gave me a fair quote, so after seeing the other 5 star reviews, I scheduled. His installer Nick came out the very next day. My install window was 3-5 and he got to my office just before 5:00. It looked like it was about to start pouring, and since it was 5:00 I offered him to just reschedule. But my buddy lived right down the road from my office and offered to do the install in his garage. Even though it was, in my mind time to go home, Nick was more than willing to change the install location and work late. So we ran to my buddy's house and Nick completed the install by about 6:15. I hung out in the garage with Nick while he did the install. SUPER NICE guy. Very friendly. Very skilled in his trade too! He took excellent care of my vehicle and new glass. Our SUV needed a new windshield prior to the annual inspection as a crack was spreading all over the viewing area. We first went with a national company, who proceeding to increase their price three times (to about $3,600). It turns out they wanted us to use our insurance so they jacked up the price - very shady! I called Xtreme after noticing how many great reviews they had on several sites. I spoke with Chris who helped educate me about windshield costs, got a great quote (under $1,000), and set up a date for Nick to come out to replace the windshield. Nick and Charlie came out, but noticed the windshield was wrong. Our SUV has a windshield for lane departure warning system, but our SUV did not actually have it (probably the LDW option was not chosen by the originally owner). We rescheduled, and Nick and Charlie came out again a few days later and started the replacement. While they worked, we talked about how there was a leak on one side and Nick and Charlie informed me that this was a replacement windshield. It turns out whoever did the prior installation did not use the proper process to ensure the windshield was completely sealed. Chris, Nick, and Charlie were great through the whole process and deserve all the great reviews they get. They are friendly, and explain everything well, and take pride in their work! FAST and EXCELLENT On my way to work this morning a rock smacked into my windshield. Was pretty nasty, but it was smaller than a quarter, so I took a chance on repair. Glad I found these guys. They explained what windshield they recommended and why, as it was slightly more expensive since it wasn't after market, due to my car having cameras (a Subaru). Chris and Josh hooked me up within 24 hours of initially calling. Calling Chris he was able to identify the exact part needed and quote me within 5 minutes. After apologizing for not being able to get out to my apartment until tomorrow (haha I was expecting it to take weeks) he gave me a 2 hour window for the next day that repair man Josh would arrive. He also said he'd give me a discount on a tint to match the rest of the car! Josh called ~20 minutes before he arrived to make sure I was ready and arrived right at the beginning of the time window. He let me know it would take about 45 minutes and when he was done he described the work done. The window looks and functions as it did when I got the car. I checked the OEM cost of the window was ~$200 but they were able to replace it with near-OEM parts for $230 (with labor included). Couldn't be more satisfied with these pros and definitely will recommend them to my friends. read more

Yeah, getting my 3rd cracked windshield while living in Dallas for only 7 years on several different cars is very annoying and financially cumbersome. What can you do?? After seeing Elite Willis review them and reading several others, while they maintain a 5 star rating, was helping me make my decision. Called on Friday for an appointment and was booked for Saturday afternoon. Chris called half an hour before our sliding time frame and even waited while I finished up running a cruciual errand. My very long s shaped crack was beyond repair. From start to finish, it was just one hour and a new sparkling windshield was installed. A 24 hour wait time before a car wash to let the adhesive glue take hold is an easy after care step. I tipped a few bucks since it was a solid 90 degree day and Chris waited about 15 minutes for me. He was overall very professional and nice. My own OCD caveat that really irked me. My beige interior had lots of dirt and grease smudges from the installor. My 2008 Benz isn't new, but I do want her still looking like new. Perhaps in the future, they can put down mats or material so light colored interior like my car, isn't chalked full of stains. Overall, I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend this company. Note to the city of Dallas, no more flying rocks or debris on your roads please. read more

Thanks to never-ending amount of debris on the some of the Dallas area highways, I have been fortunate enough to become a repeat customer of XTreme Autoglass Pros. Thanks to a random rock striking my windshield I had my first experience with them in January. Knowing this small chip/crack could spread if not addressed I used my handy dandy Yelp app to find glass place to help me out. After researching a few places, I settled on XTreme Autolass Pros and placed a call to them. Rick answered the phone and I explained my situation to him. He was fairly certain small chip could be repaired and he could send someone to my office to perform the repair. That was all I needed to hear so Rick scheduled me for a same day afternoon appointment with Nick. As fate would have it, this was the one day in January that we had winter-like weather. Because of this I was seriously expecting a call stating my appointment would need to be rescheduled. As my appointment time approached I received a call from Nick indicating he was on his way and because of the weather he would arrive a little later than planned. Once Nick arrived, we went to my car and before starting he explained the process to me along with the risk involved. Afterwards he performed the repair which was flawless. I seriously could not determine where the chip had occurred. Once finished, Nick went over a few instructions, I paid him and we were both on our way. Fast-forward to July and I'm making my morning commute to the office. Along the same stretch of highway as before and my windshield is struck with another rock. Unfortunately, this time was a lot worse than before. By the time I arrived to the office I had a nice 6-8 inch crack in the driver's side of the windshield. My insurance didn't cover my windshield so I had to do some looking on my own. After some reviews, I called and got quotes. Extreme was less than the other two places i checked with (including Safelite.) After getting a good feeling that these were good honest guys doing business, I decided to book with them. I still had some apprehensiveness going into it, hoping I didn't just get conned. As soon as Chris (Christopher Lee) showed up, my mind was completely at ease. Some people you just know and this was one of those times. Chris took the time to explain the process to me as he was going about it, why he was doing things, and still managed to replace both my windshield (saving my toll tag and registration sticker) and my side mirror suprisingly quickly. They're a ma and pop type shop with a lot of experience behind them (they apparently all worked for Safelite for a number of years before going into business themselves. My wife called these guys and got a quote... Came in reasonable; they set an appt for next day and they told her to notify the insurance... So I became involved, talked with our Ins. - got the numbers - and called Rick @ Xtreme... Rick said NO that was a cash quote, and ins. was different, so it would be higher, I would be billed an add'l $100 by them for the deductible, and the insurance co. would also be billed by them for more than for more than they quoted my wife originally... Seeing that they were in Dallas (16 miles away) and there were 5 star reviewed auto glass installers in Grapevine, just 6 blocks away, I told him I was considering cancelling, but let me call my ins. first... Before I could call anyone else, my insurance company claims dept. said Rick called them requesting that they tell me how ins. glass replacement works!!! NOT YOUR JOB RICK!!! When I first saw Xtreme Autoglass Pros, I was hesitant to call them because they looked like a great company but that also meant a high price tag. I WAS WRONG! After calling around and getting quotes for my 2014 Mercedes, every quote was around $450, this included multiple small shops. I called Xtreme before they opened (dummy me) but I was surprised when I received a call back. The man I spoke with was great and really helped me out and my windshield only cost me $328 (tax and all) and they were able to get someone to me within TWO HOURS. I can't say that they will always have same-day service but this was awesome. As far as the actual service, Christopher Lee was more than exceptional. Even when he called me to let me know he was on his way, he was very polite. When you start your day off with a busted windshield and having to pay over $300 that was caused by some kids, you never feel good. But the fast service and great people at Xtreme Autoglass Pros made my Monday a little better. Thanks guys, and thanks Christopher Lee. These fellas (Rick and Nick) are approachable, well spoken, über friendly, and professional. I was impressed with my experience, as well as the fair price (which was half that of a local competitor). They left my daughter's vehicle in primo shape and transferred stickers to new windshield. Nice not to have to leave home, and Rick found a time that coordinated well with both our schedules. A good rainfall from now will indicate if there are no leaks, etc, but for now I am extremely pleased. Will update only if a concern comes up. I will say, that unlike like my experience with car dealerships (where we always leave with something not put back in place right or some mark of some sort left behind that wasn't there before), Rick and Nick only left behind a new windshield that I wouldn't have known had been replaced unless I had been told. They also informed me of precautions that should be taken to allow things to cure and the seal to remain tight. I would call them if my personal vehicle needed windshield repair, and repeat business is one of the biggest indicators that a client is thoroughly happy. read more
