Steve answered the phone, was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. What impressed me most was that my regular eye doctor actually referred me here because they didn't have what I needed in stock. From the moment I called, everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I haven't seen the optometrist yet, but based on the customer service alone, I plan to make them my eye doctor going forward. If you're looking for an eye doctor in the Walden/Montgomery area, I'd highly recommend giving them a call.

I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding.
