I received a call today from Tamara saying they are covered by warrantee, and the are arriving by fedex tomorrow ..SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO SPLASH, TAMARA. AND ROHL. This type of service is amazing and rarely to be found. I am beyond impressed!!! BTW this showers set also got heavy usage from my 3 kids ( they are all out of the house now) for many years...they preferred the parents bath with the fancy Rohl fixture rather than the one that was in their bath!
