I really like this style of hotel. It feels like a mix between a traditional hotel and an Airbnb. Airbnbs have become so expensive, and while regular hotels are convenient, you still have to park, go through the building, take the elevator, and walk down the hall to your room. Here, you can park right outside your door and walk straight in, which made traveling so much easier. The outdoor area was a nice bonus, especially if you're traveling with a dog. There's a grassy area with waste bags, a fire pit, and cornhole boards, making it a relaxing place to hang out. It was very pet-friendly. My only suggestions would be to add blackout curtains, as the room gets bright early in the morning, and we did notice a few gnats in the bathroom, which I assume were coming from the drains. Neither issue was a dealbreaker, though. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The food was homemade using lots of the fabulous locally grown fruits and veggies... The first morning was a Belgian Waffle with Hot Apple topping made with the apples from their back yard along with a veggie & cheese omelette's and sausage. Chocolate chip cookies & brownies were the snacks the two days.. Morning two was a souffle, Canadian bacon and fresh plum cobbler.. YUM!! Our room was pretty basic, only downside was the bathroom was across the hall and there was a tricky step that could easily be tripped on at night. I also thought it would have been nice to supply those fluffy bathrobes that most B&B's have if you have to wander the halls to the facilities. The hosts were great, very chatty and helpful if we had questions.

Your photos could potentially be used to create AI-generated images, videos, or deepfakes of you. Some companies retain identity documents and biometric data for years, increasing your risk. Small companies almost always have weaker security, privacy controls, and oversight. Your data may be shared with third-party vendors or service providers. You may have limited ability to verify whether your data was actually deleted. Keep in mind that identity theft can take years to fix. Everything is keyless (no front desk!), and you use your phone for entry and concierge contact. Super modern and smooth from check-in to checkout. The first night felt almost eerie... like I was the only guest! It was that quiet. I wandered around downtown, grabbed dinner, and when I came back, I started seeing a few other people. The outdoor area was a gem--relaxing by the firepit under the glow of the neon rose sign was the perfect way to unwind. Parking is conveniently located in the lot to the left of the building. It's paid, but easy to use through the app--averaging about $10 a day. By the second night, the energy picked up a bit. The bar onsite had opened--but closed before I could make it back out. Thankfully, on my final night, I caught the last 30 minutes and got to enjoy two fantastic cocktails served in these fun, festive ceramic mugs. The drinks felt handmade, and the bartenders were super friendly. Lots of guests and even locals seemed to enjoy the outdoor space with drinks in hand, which gave it a relaxed, social vibe. Inside, I stayed in a double room--huge, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and I appreciated having a fridge and coffee pot. The only tiny hiccup: it took me a bit to locate the outlets, but once I did, all good! We're actually heading back over the 4th of July weekend and booked a smaller room this time to compare. I'm hoping we can make it back in time to enjoy the cocktail bar again--though I do wish their hours were a bit longer. It closes pretty early, and it's definitely a feature worth lingering over. The internet works well, but there are very few electrical outlets, and when I put my charging Block in the outlet, it kept falling out. This led me to having to buy a charging strip so I could charge my laptop. Plus there is not a desk, rather a table with a chair. On the brightside, the room was very clean, the air and heat worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

One side of the building had men and women restrooms with showers. The other side had family bathrooms with one toilet, one shower, and one sink. The bathhouse was air conditioned which was very appreciated! It was hot out!!! While we were sitting around our firebox campfire, staff rolled up on a golf cart with fresh peaches to try that were picked that day. That was a nice surprise!

It was pretty quiet in the afternoon, but during the evening hours the hallway was understandably a bit more noisy. But everything quieted down again after 10 and I had a very comfortable sleep. This was on a weeknight so I do not know how it would be on a weekend or busier night...to be safe you can always request a room away from the elevators. But even when my room was in such a location I had a better experience here than at other hotels in rooms placed farther away from the elevators. I was surprised how respectful (or tired) the guests were as I heard almost no one although I knew there were people on either side of my room. The room itself was very clean and well lighted and the bed was very comfortable. The showers worked wonderfully, with plenty of hot water. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and sausage patties, lots of muffins, cereal, and bagels, yogurt and fruit cups. The coffee was good and the counters and tables were kept very clean and organized. One of the drawbacks was the fitness room. The treadmill was not working and I didn't see a station with hand wipes or water or towels. Otherwise the gym was very nice, clean, and fairly large with free weights. I think there is an indoor pool but I didn't check it out. One great advantage of this hotel is its location, very close to the interstate and located right next to a Starbucks, gas station, McDonalds, several restaurants and even a dinosaur museum!
