DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!! This is honestly the worst auto shop I've ever been to. I came with one problem and left with two more problems not to mention after they were already working on my car they proceeded to try to tell me they were going to charge me more and gave me no context on why and did not let me know any of this before beforehand. When I told the manager the problem that I was having he did not communicate with me he brushed me off and just told the mechanic to take out what he has already installed. I don't know about their tints. But I took in a 20-year-old Acura with sooty seats and a broken passenger light. They made it look brand new. They even did a conversion on the light. The price was right too. Yes, they kept suggesting add-ons. But I just went with it because it was so affordable and the work is expert level. The staff are diverse too! Recently purchased another car and I've decided to take the new car to boom boom once more for the tint job. Only reason I came back was because their customer service wasn't too bad after f***ing up my other car. But never the less they decided to f*** this one up as well. The owners response to this issue was we'll take of the tint and give you a refund. While they were pulling off the tint they've decided to scratch up the windows plus the moldings as well. I f you really whams destroy your car go there I f you really want see how unprofessional people destroy your time money and your car visit that bad store. I have a beautiful Toyota 4 runner cost almost 50.000 $$ so I was stupid to visit that bad store and trust them to destroy my car pay them 300$ and pay Robert the guy who destroy my truck 40$ tip . When after 4 hours they say car is ready and I drive away from them 2 blocks my car went dead totally dead stopped Stock in traffic stress out what to do I call them they say they coming to help me the show up after 45 minutes they mess up some cables burning out fuse so the start the truck and we drive back to the shop to reinstall the remote start system that I wish I never go there and had that experience from 9 am to 11:39 am then when get to the shop it was customer and complain about a remote starter instead to his own car and I say to my self oh my god I felt so stupid and start praying that my car will start running again as before visiting them . They finish install system around 5 pm yes I spend all day in cold weather waiting for this mess . No my car remote start don't work at all serious for real doors not locked lights going crazy and alarm and I call the Toyota dealership to go there to fixed again. So car cost me 767$ and they say who ever installed that cheap remote start not even worth 50$ and I pay 340$ them it was not good at all not only that the person Robert that installed Toyota told me that who ever installed had no idea about fixing cars or install anything remote control or any electrical system. Thank god to Toyota my car gets back in the road health and running as brand new. I kept stopping by to tint my new car because they don't take appointments for that. Finally got in and it cost $180 for five windows of the thick (better) tint. It's been a month and no bubbles and its a good job overall and I've got a huge curved hatch back rear glass and they needed to use the heat gun. I'll post again and edit my review after a few more months and adjust my rating accordingly up or down. If the winter doesn't damage the tint I'll go 5 stars, if it bubbles I'm reducing to 3 stars. Tip the workers, it's the right thing to do. Edit 12/5/12 Have some bubbles appearing, small ones, just three months after application. Very sad. I've been getting tints done with these guys since I was 18. Solid work. Quick. Experienced. Skilled. With these other reviewers - bubbles happen once in a while. But they're awesome about remedying the problem. Just had my jeep wrangler tinted - front windows and windshield. Good stuff. Had Luis work on an audio set up that Best Buy messed up on. The destroy my car electric system I ask them to install a remote car waiting for 4 hours after the say car is ready I paid 340$ I drive my car 2 blocks away car stopped dead not starter again I call them to come and help me the came after 45 minutes he start the car again and we went back to the store to see what's wrong with it so he try to do intalat again he take another 6 hours until 5 pm I waist half a day there now remote control stopped not working at all so I waist money time and my car is a mess I have to take it to the dealership to fix it again my 50.000 Toyota 4 runner these people are not professional the guy who installed he doesn't know what he's doing there his name is Robert he burnt my fusing in my car that I had to replace these fuses at my own experience and I have to go to dealership to pay another person to take out that 300$ worthless remote starter and get another new one . NEVER IN MY LIFE have I felt my hard earned money was this disrespected. I came in needing to change an HID bulb ($60 per bulb including installation). The guy said that because my car bumper needed to be removed, another 50 dollars would be added. Changed two bulbs for $120 plus the $50. I asked for 8k bulbs. Drove off already upset, only to realize 15 min later, my passenger bulb was out again and the drivers was already dimming . I bring the car back only to hear the guy say that I needed a new balace for the light. Him thinking I didn't know a thing about my own car, I told him "no I do not. the bulbs you put in my car were old and used ." The guy argued with me as I told him to change it . As he pulled out the bulb I asked to see it, only to find out not only were they used , but the bulb itself wasnt the 8k I asked for, but 10k. He only then changed it properly after I stood there watching every move he made. Furious, I walked away to make a phone call. I came back only to see when he put my bumper back on, even that wasnt done properly. There was a huge separation between the grill and bumper. I WILL NEVER come back to these guys. I hope that those who are reading will think twice before coming here . read more

I got my windows tinted from here. There was too much dust and bubbles and cracks on the film for me to be satisfied. I brought it back to get it redone and the owner told me thats its normal to have all these problems. I understand if theres a few but it's unacceptable to have it EVERYWHERE on all 5 windows. The only thing they said they can do was remove it and refund my money. They did a horrible job removing the tints as well. Told me to use windex to remove the residue myself. Think twice before going here. They dont want your business anymore. Theyve made enough money i guess. read more

I went there because of the recommendation of the auto body shop that worked on my car. I had tints done on the front windows of a brand new RDX. I also had the bulbs replaced with LED bulbs from regular bulbs. The tints that the older person installed had bubbles with white stuff inside it. Even before he finished, he told me that there will be lots of bubbles but they will go away. I should have been alarmed already. Some bubbles went away as is normal when installing tints. But of course the ones that have while stuff inside it did not. And 1 of the fog lights that replaced the bulb in started having condensation inside and water also. I had the dealership check it and they said that the replacement bulb did not seal well but the housing was fine. So I went back to this place and when I told them about the problems, the old man started yelling at me. He said why did I dump the car in water that's why there is water inside the fog light. He also added that the white stuff in the bubbles in the tints are normal. I had cars tinted before and I know this is not normal. And who in the right mind will dump a brand new car in water. There was not even flood or heavy snow in NY yet. His 2 sons also were yelling! They were so unprofessional! I just want the get the problems fixed. After a long argument, the old man said that if he remove the tints and replace it, it will come out worse. So I told him to just remove them and I want to get my money back since he said when he installed it that there is warranty for the work. He removed them but did not give me my refund. Worst of all, he left 2 long deep scratches on the glass from the blade that he used. This is on a BRAND NEW CAR! The son meanwhile told me it will an hour to fix that fog light. I said I will wait. He opened the fogs and dried it up in a couple of minutes. He probably was trying to see if I will just leave. He even drove the car out even when there was still condensation inside the glass. I told him to fix that too and he said it will take 2 hours. I said I will wait. Then he took out a heat gun and dried up the condensation in less than half an hour. What a liar! But he did not fix the problem. There is still condensation inside the fog light when I got home. With such bad work, they did not refund me anything! They were so rude with all the yelling and they were all ganging up on me. Unless you want to have a lot of headaches, I will avoid this place like the plague. They are rude, unprofessional, liars and have poor skills. read more

I came here to get the car tinted. I've brought other cars of mine here before but when they were at their old location off of Parson's blvd. I'm OK with the job they did but not fully pleased. I have a few bubbles and wrinkles. Same main guy and the price hasn't changed - $180 for 5 windows. Not sure if the weather has anything to do with how the tints sticks to the window.
