I ordered wheels at wicked big meet 2022. Never received the wheels. They told me there was an issue with the people that were supposed to send them out. I was then told I would receive a refund. I have now been waiting almost 3 months for this refund. Everytime I call they give me excuses about talking to an account or talking to someone else. or the person handling it is now out of the country. I don't understand why their customer service and lack of communication between each other and their customers is so poor. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Came here from a recommendation from a friend who had gotten their car modified and decided to give them a go. Once stepping through the door I was immediately helped by Bryant and seated to talk about what I wanted to do with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler sport. After leaving my car with them to perform the lift and bigger tire setup I was extremely satisfied with the speed of the job and the professionalism with the employees. This is not the typical New York automotive service experience. They're professional. They're efficient. Good value. Respectful. I purchased a bull bar for my 4Runner and had them apply a custom finish. I inquired about this at 11:00am on a Saturday. At 2:30pm I drove away with the bull bar; special ordered, delivered, painted, installed and with two LED lights installed and wired... ready to go! That's pretty impressive. Mark who runs the show at Crown is an exceptionally knowledgeable and cordial business owner. I will certainly return to Crown with any future upgrade ideas for my 4Runner. They're great! read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The arrogance of the 2 morons behind the counter is beyond belief. I walked in to this place and one guy was on the phone. He has 1 eye staring at his computer and 1 eye looking up at the ceiling. Without even acknowledging that I was a customer in need of service, he continues with his conversation. FOR 15 MORE MINUTES! . He finally gets off the phone and says "Whatta you need?"... At that point, I said to myself I NEED ANOTHER AUTO PLACE TO SHOP BECAUSE THIS GUY IS AN ASSHOLE. I walked out and drove to Northern blvd in Jackson Heights where there is an auto store on every block that will gladly welcome your business. BTW- there is never parking in front or around the Crown store area, so avoid the hassle of trying to find parking, just to be disappointed by this over priced and over rated place that has no knowledge of today's new advances in auto parts. read more

After installing, I can feel little noise on the roof of my car, I thought They left something in the roof after they made the hole.I went back for this problem, they told you : my boss is not here, come back next Monday. Then I went back on Monday, the repairman just had a look at my car, and then still told you their boss was not there again. and they told you come back on Wednesday. I don't have patient to come back again and again,I thought they just want to waste your time untill you don't come any more,they don't want to solve the problem. I received An XM Sirius Radio and a free installation card.I went to Crown Auto an authorized dealer of Sirius Radio to instal it. They asked me to come at 8am, and the technician came up at 9:15 am. they said that they couldn't do it talked to Sirius Radio and send me home and refused to give me back my free installation card. After I got the 2nd Radio I went back to day and enplane that I don't want to install it if It if all the costs are fully covered by Sirius Radio. The technician was very rude to me and started to install regardless, I asked to talked to the owner Mike and he didn't let me, When Mike finely came he was rude to me as well and just brushed me off and didn't want to give me my free installation card so I can go some place else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. read more

I got tints and a remote start put onto my car and not only were they flexible with my hectic schedule, but the price was right and the work they did was great. Mark is so friendly and has been in business for many years - he knows his stuff! You can tell just by having conversation with him how passionate and knowledgable he is about what he does and it shows in his work. We brought our 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to have a subwoofer installed. I was expecting a piece of equipment that would be visible, ugly, and somewhat intrusive. Mark hooked us up - he was able to install a factory subwoofer that looks like it was there the whole time, without compromising the trunk space. Mark is a is a lying SOB!!! This guy charges ridiculous prices!!!! He's a thief!! He doesn't install name brand stuff!! I did a lot of work to my wrangler he fucked me over on everything modification I did to my jeep! For example I wanted JL speaker fog lights, he charged me $1550 AND didn't even put JL!!! He put some cheap Chinese garbage! realized a week later and when I went back to him he said that's what I asked for and when I said those don't cost more then $200 he said that the price went down right after I did all the modifications!!!! I've spent over $12,700 on my wrangler and he probably robbed me for $5,000 at the least!! read more

Mark is the nicest guy! We were recommended this place by the dealer to have our tints done. Though the guy doing the tints had some trouble and it took longer than promised (tints are not always easy so it's understandable), Mark was very apologetic and even offered to buy us dinner. He also walked us into the back to show us some custom leather seats they were putting into someones Camaro and it was absolutely beautiful. Exceptional customer service and great prices. Very poor electrical work. I had to go back 7 times for them to fix their own work, and it still wasn't fixed properly. Then they over charged me 10 times what it should have been to fix it. When I brought my car to another place they said if I didn't fix it when I did, it could of started a fire . read more

My husband and I frequent this business because they installed our accessible scooter ramp in the back of our Nissan Sentra and did a stellar job! We go there for adjustments due to the weight of my husband's accessible scooter. This time I went there because I was rear ended by a person who was speeding on the cross Island. Its warped the ramp and so it had to be adjusted. Crown Auto Parts did an amazing job adjusting our the ramp. They also were amazing with their customer service. We drove all the way from CT to get some custom work done on our new Chevy van. We had some very specific ideas as to what we wanted and these guys took the concept and made it a reality. The custom cabinet work was awesome, the creativity and attention to detail superb and the result has made us extremely happy! It is an interesting collection of experts and can feel chaotic when you start to work with them but it really all comes together.
