More time for viewing the huge selection. I remember weekends can be busier but that's expected but again it moves fast enough in timely manner. I've ordered several items this way from Vance's at the Hebron store and was always greeted by the CS person at the counter and taken right back to pick up my items. Upon arrival at the Cleveland Ave store, I informed the front desk I had an order ready for pickup and the lady referred me to Gayle, who is the IOP rep and should be familiar with the process. I informed Gayle I had an order ready for pickup and also had an appointment time scheduled. She told me to take a number. I kindly informed her again that I had an appointment time confirmed. She rudely said, "That's nice, but you need to take a number"and then proceeded to grab a number at the gun counter for me. She handed it to me and stormed off. After waiting about 20 min for my number to be called, Courteny called my number. While doing my paperwork, I asked her what the process was for order pickup with a confirmed appt time. She kindly informed me the front counter should have given me a buzzer and a light at the gun counter would flash and the buzzer would go off when my item was ready. I told her of the ordeal I had with Gayle and she again informed that is NOT the process for pickup in my situation. Courteny was a so kind and knowledgeable. If not for Courteny saving the day, I would have left zero stars for the way I was treated by Gayle.

Stupid Experience at Range USA - Rude Staff, Overpriced Gear, Lowball Trade-Ins…read more I recently had a terrible experience at Range USA and wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, I was treated more like a criminal than a customer. I was purchasing a used firearm and was subjected to aggressive, unnecessary questioning about my experience with guns. Then, the manager decided to lecture me about how I "just moved" and shouldn't be buying a firearm so soon after relocating. Since when is moving a red flag for a legal purchase? The whole interaction made me feel like I was doing something wrong, when in reality, I was just trying to follow the proper process. On top of the awful customer service, their prices are a complete rip-off. The same guns and ammo I found at other local shops were 15-25% cheaper elsewhere. And when I tried to trade in a handgun, their offer was insultingly low--almost $100 under basic market value. When I pointed out how unfair their offer was, the employee basically told me to leave. Range USA has overpriced gear, terrible trade-in values, and staff that treat customers with suspicion instead of respect. I won't be going back, and I'd recommend shopping elsewhere for better deals and decent service. Don't waste your money with on Range Usa. like I did. I was a member for one year and wow, disappointed is putting it lightly, place is a joke.
