Whatever he did, he backed up everything that needed to be. It could be routine to them, but I was very relieved- I dropped off my pc Tuesday, got it back by Thursday. After I picked it up, I downloaded and set up my various software, Restoring my backups.... And it's like nothing ever happened. Laptop closed, dual monitors on, programs up - Ready For Business. I was fully prepared to junk the laptop and just start 2025 over on a newer laptop. That would have really put me behind schedule. I'm very grateful, these guys really helped me out. They got back to my super fast and said to come on it to see what they can do. Well, come on in I did and one day later, it was fixed! I was astonished how fast they got it done. They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! I appreciate you guys very much!

When I picked up my phone, they had repaired the screen but broken the fingerprint and proximity sensors in the process. They were apologetic and said all the right things so I expected they'd take care of it. They took my name and number down and said they'd call when the parts arrived. I never got any calls from them even after calling for status a handful of times. I stopped into the store numerous times and either the person that broke the phone wasn't in or I got the same song and dance. They'd take my name and number down on post-it notes and tell me they'd call when the parts arrived but they never called. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place when I had such an awful experience. They did a poor job repairing my phone and wouldn't step up and resolve the issues they caused. I would recommend you stay away from the Bohemia location and go to any number of other places to get your phone repaired. They might as well have stolen money right from my pocket.

Face painting was $10, I believe the "gold digging" demo was $6 (and there is a sign that suggests you do the other activities before getting your face painted as the paint might not last, which I appreciated). Food was available for purchase and I got a roasted corn that I was forced to split with the kid. The corn wasn't that sweet but still sufficed. I didn't get to look at the plants or any of the nursery items but I will def head back there when in the area when it's time to start planting.

That said, they have a nice tropical plant selection, so if that's your thing, it might be worth the trip; but, overall, the place leans much more toward annuals than perennials, and the large tree options were pretty limited, mostly dwarfs, not much variety beyond that. Prices felt higher than what we usually see at other Suffolk County nurseries, though we didn't buy anything to compare directly. What really stood out was the lack of service. The parking lot was full, but it was hard to find anyone actually working or available to help. If you're after perennials, boxwoods, or larger Japanese maples, Forge River has had a much better selection in our experience.

Went into this store on the Friday that the new iPhone was released and was very excited to hear…read morethat they had phones in stock. Smooth transaction. Three days later, my Verizon bill came in my email and I was very surprised to see how expensive it was. Upon further review, the representative added a $17/month fee for insurance on my new phone without mentioning it to me. I never get insurance through my cell phone provider, I always do it through Apple, so had he mentioned it I would have declined. I was able to get it removed, but I'm now responsible for the fee this month and have to hope Verizon remembers to give me a credit on next months bill. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and will never go back to this store.
