Turned out not to be true, but since I was already there I turned over my device. When I get my 13 back it was malfunctioning in multiple ways and somehow those ways kept getting worse to where it felt like the phone was shitting out on me. The person said I've never heard of that happening before due to a battery change. they suggested that I bring it in, but since they were the ones who broke it and didn't seem to know what was going on I decided against that. I decided just to get a new iPhone and trade in the 13. The trade-in value on our 13 mini iPhone the time of this writing is $150, however Apple wouldn't give me the $150 because they said that the screen had been replaced. I didn't ask for the screen to be replaced, but a non-OEM screen on my phone may have helped explain some of its crappy behaviors. So it cost me $150 for the new battery, and I'm out $150 for the trade-in For that reason, I'll never use you break I buy again. I thought to take my Xbox is in there to get them clean, however now I'm afraid they'll steal my parts or screw up my device. Amateurs.
