FYI - Verizon is no longer on Galaxy Drive (where they were for years), they are now next to Freddy's Burgers in the new strip on Retail Drive. Store is brand new and spotless and definitely taking a page from the Apple stores setup and look. Very clean lines and minimal with long tables and bar stools in the middle of the store. Dom and Jaydene (not certain on spelling) both helped us on two different visits - one buying an apple watch and one visit merging accounts and upgrading a phone for my dad. Overall very pleased with service and professionalism - second visit we had a pretty long wait, about 15 minutes as they were very busy but I achieved what I needed to and that was very important. Really feels like Verizon is upping their brand and game!

We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware!
