Had I been informed of that limitation I would have utilized an alternative servicer - without ill will toward your company. After picking up my 3DS from your establishment I brought It to Wisp who informed me that a board was bad, the battery was swollen - so should be changed and something else, that I don't recall, so it would not be worth repairing. Although they could repair it if I chose to have it done, they refused to charge me anything at pick up because "they didn't do a repair". In their case they actually deserved a fee so I feel a bit guilty not paying them a troubleshooting fee. Effectively CPR got the fee Wisp deserved. Furthermore you counter person seemed very, very much like they didn't repair portable consoles, or at least what I brought in. I will not be recommending your services to anyone because of the non disclosure and lack of offer for a refund when I voiced the discrepancy to your employee.

Here's what happened; I bought a battery operated tool that came with a battery and charger, but the battery was dead. We all assumed it just needed to be charged up, but when I got home the battery would not take a charge. I sent a text to Pawn Depot, explaining the situation, and that I was unhappy about it, and thought some minor consideration should be forthcoming. To complicate matters I live about 150 miles from this store, so I couldn't easily stop in. Lo & Behold, I received a phone call from the store manager just a few hours later, and they offered to buy me a replacement battery from Amazon, and have it sent to my home. This is above & beyond what I expected, and shows how much they care for their customers, and making sure the customer is happy. I have nothing but respect for Pawn Depot in LaPlace, and highly recommend them...they'll treat you right!

We left literally because of the rudeness. We would have bought my youngest daughter some clothes but walked out! I just had surgery and needed to sit while my daughter tried on clothes. First off the handicap dressing room was used for storage.
