I was assured they had better coverage then verizon and that my area was 5G . However, the issues started early with mobile price jumping monthly bills and service is truely horrible. I moved from winston salem NC to the Charlotte NC area and was assured the service was 5G and worked great at my intended to move new address. I think dial up old school landline internet service is faster then trying to open a page on my device. Phone call service is really really bad. I keep getting messages that My device is not part of the network. Customer service has tried to fix these issues for three years. Only to once back part of their network, to still have horrible service and a day or two later be not part of their network again. They added satellite to my plan, it does not help much but does at least deliver texts for communication to the outside world. Lol service is horrible. Use a string and two cups, sound quality and connections wil work better. The T in T mobile must stand for throwing your money away

It was under water for a few minutes before we were able to get it out. You could literally see water under the screen, in the camera lenses in the back, and water was trapped inside. We tried to dry it out hoping it was salvageable, but it was turning off and back on constantly. I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! I called and they were super confident that they could help get my phone working enough for me to get my contacts transferred to my new phone. They did even better than that.... They got my contacts transferred over AND got my phone back working 100%. Y'all, they literally saved my real estate business. I was in a bind not having contact info for clients, vendors, and other agents... I'm super thankful these guys took the time to get this done for me. Well they didn't have it in stock so it was going to be delivered in a couple weeks. No issue there. The issues started when we got the confirmation email an hour later saying the phone was in Cosmic Orange, so we called and they said we have to come back in so back into the car we get and drive 20 minutes back to AT&T for the second time in one day. We get there and they tell me there's nothing they can do since the order has already been processed. They tell me I have to wait until to orange phone is shipped to my house then I can bring that phone in and they will order my blue phone then. Okay that's annoying but whatever. The orange phone gets delivered and I drive BACK to AT&T, they tell me their system isn't letting them do a return so they will just order the blue phone and told me to keep the orange phone and bring it back in when my blue phone comes. So yet again another drive to AT&T with no help and no reason to drive there. Finally I got my blue phone, now I have both phone and I bring them back to AT&T, they take the orange and transfer everything to my new blue phone, finally I have my new phone and don't have to worry about this orange phone. Three days later I get an email saying I never turned in the orange phone! You HAVE to be joking me. I call Monday and they tell me there's no manger in the store and that they will back me back in an hour. No one ever called. I had to call two more times to get some help with an issue they caused. So at the end of this I drove to AT&T 5 times and asked for some type of compensation. They "waived" my fee of $35 dollars which won't be reflected till my next bill... I was told it would be returned to the card immediately. All in all I will NEVER go back to this AT&T, they don't pay attention to what they are doing and are very careless. I will drive hours to get to another AT&T before I even considered going back there
