On one occasion I had a customer service issue and asked to speak to the manager and it's clear where the direction in the store comes from as she was beyond rude and unhelpful. Apparently this store just operates this way. I've talked to at least half a dozen other other people I know who have had similar negative experiences with this store. I even wrote to Sunglass Hut about the experience and that must have fell on deaf ears. My days of shopping with them are over. Perhaps with a better manager and better staff training this could be a better place to shop. The only thing I can say positive is that they have a decent selection and a convenient location. But the staff and sales experience are not worth the trouble. Save your time and frustration and take your money to another store.

I have to say LNEC was a surprise breath of fresh air. I was having an issue with my eye and called another office and they couldn't get me in until next week but Dr. Harris got me in the same day. I didn't have to wait. She knew what it was right away but still listened. She got me what I needed and my eye was actually a lot better that evening. She even gave me some samples. I will definitely go back when my routine eye exam comes around.
