Hector did not inform him that the person he is working would take a long time until 1 hour has passed. He was waiting on a different customer to send forms for half an hour and still refused to do anything in the downtime. Once we asked him to again to help my son, he got upset and told us that he would get the police to escort us out. He also would not give us a name of his manager, when we requested it. All we wanted is a new router. It is no way to treat customers this way. After the hour passes, he gave us the router within 30 seconds.
