We went to this location (Morris plains) and my husband lost his phone, according to there sales people they could not do anything cause they could not pull up our account, we called up the sprint business and they had No problem, they couldn't understand why they couldn't, but a couple weeks ago they were able to help me (I had different associates that were there and they very helpful and had no problem getting our account.) The associates today, were not helpful and kept saying there was nothing they could do.... Funny , we went to the parsippany t mobile and they had No problem getting our account and They were able to get us a phone unlike the Morris plains office. apparently the manager on duty needs to learn from the parsippany manager. read more

Very impersonal employees work here. They did as little as possible to assist me with ordering my new phone. They couldn't even look up my account info. Not friendly at all. They even entered my shipping address incorrectly. I wouldn't go back here. Didn't seem they even knew that much about the phones. At one point they're debating on whether to remove the adhesive on the back of my old phone which I used to attach to my car. Garbage store and garbage company. Brought 8 lines family plan from VZW in December, for 4 lines they offered Apple Trade-Credit and remaining 4 line BOGO $700 off. I return four phones as requested, T-Mobile confirms the receipt and even issues "device recovery credit" for all 4 phones that I returned as a confirmation. But only 3 lines have trade-in credit applied, made 5 attempts calling T-Mobile customer care to no avail. So basically they made me return 4 phones confirmed receipt of 4 phones in good condition, issued device recovery credit upon receipt but only applied trade in credit on 3 lines. Friendly and helpful people here, Dale the assistant manager tried his best to help me activate an old iPhone. Put his own personal Sim card into my phone and tested it out for me right on the spot. Alas no go, but not his fault. A little pushy with new equipment that I didn't want but I guess that's just sales. This is after they struggle to get into their own computer, can't figure out passwords. Then they tell me that there are no authorized users on the account. What a joke! They think I'm stupid. Jason, a sales associate at this location stole my drivers license when I came in for services yesterday. I simply came in seeking information regarding when I was eligible for early upgrade. He asked for my drivers license and held onto it while he looked through my account. I waited and waited and when he finally was able to provide me with an answer. I hastily asked for my phone and case back. He handed me both back without my ID. He then followed me out and looked me dead in the eye laughing as he smoked his cigarette. It wasn't until later that I discovered I forgot and when I called asking for my ID back the manager accused me of lying and hung up on me without even reviewing his surveillance to confirm Jason did in fact pocket my drivers license. I will be there with the police this afternoon to file a police report for a stolen drivers license. I've never misplaced my ID and was not given my drivers license back after he asked for it. It is scary to see this is probably happening more than people realize. read more

I walked in 40 min before they were about to close on a Friday night and it was very comforting to know I wasn't ruining their night.
