My husband, I and my son have been waiting In line for over an hour. All my son wants is to get a new router as he is a new subscriber. Hector did not inform him that the person he is working would take a long time until 1 hour has passed. He was waiting on a different customer to send forms for half an hour and still refused to do anything in the downtime. Once we asked him to again to help my son, he got upset and told us that he would get the police to escort us out. He also would not give us a name of his manager, when we requested it. All we wanted is a new router. It is no way to treat customers this way. After the hour passes, he gave us the router within 30 seconds. read more

We've been with VZ Wireless for nearly 30 years and never had such a bad experience in trading in our phones for an upgrade. I couldn't see the bill because the data transfer was expected to take a couple of hours. Once I finally got the bill, there were unexpected charges for services we didn't ask for ( mobile hotspots and 3 day travel pass) and after we brought back our old phones, I wasn't given credit for one of my trade ins (in perfect condition) which required me to call Vz and to sit on hold for over an hour to try to get fixed. I paid upgrade fees and there were more fees added to the first bill. Would not recommend this location. read more

I was thinking about switching out of Verizon and into a different plan, but Daniel had took the time to help me figure out how I could get the cost of my plan lowered. His other co-worker also jumped in and told me that we could save money since we have Fios. I appreciated the time and effort that went into trying to keep me as a customer. When we finally went back to upgrade my Iphone/watch, and bring my husband's number over to consolidate our plan Fernando helped us out tremendously. He went above and beyond and stayed 1.5 hours past store closing to back up my icloud, get everything transferred and deal with the pain that is T-mobile. He was polite, patient and personable. All in all, both Daniel and Fernando were very helpful and knowledgeable, answering and solving all questions and concerns we had. Thank you! read more

beware...this place is a rip off. spent over 500 dollars in cash to "upgrade" my phone. and I'm still financing my new phone for 36 months (1500 dollars.) went back today and was give the run around. left with no reduction in fees, again for stuff I could have done myself for free. they charge you a lot of money in "set up" fees...(over 100 dollars) for stuff you can do yourself for free, including shipping back your old phone. was convinced that I had to buy a new charget. already had one so didn't need another one. read more

can't begin to describe the outstanding service (changing providers & buying new iphone) in this store in Morristown, NJ. Jessica is a treasure. She's knowledgeable, kind and ever so patient! Adriene also helped as well. I hesitate to praise Jessica too much.....I don't want here to leave but she'll be promoted soon as she is a valuable employee! At one point she was dealing with myself and another "Boomer" so there were LOTS of questions!!! Jessica was a pro. I'm so grateful ATT ignored me and I found Verizon. I walked into the store today with the intention of opening a new account with Verizon. I had planned to switch carriers for the convenience of having my whole household with the same carrier. While two apparent staff members were talking with someone, neither acknowledged that I was there. I walked around the store looking at phones and glancing over at the two. One of them looked up at me and looked aggravated so I decided to leave. Too bad Verizon--you lost a new account today. A simple, "Hello, I will be right with you" can go a very long way. Also...you might want to spruce up the store--it doesn't make a great impression. read more

Came here on Sun, Apr 22 with my parents. They both had old iPhone 5s and wanted to upgrade. Sam helped us and couldn't have been any nicer. He spent almost two hours with us and patiently explained everything. They were unsure of an iPhone or Samsung and he gave the honest pros and cons of the each. He was not pushy at all. Came here because the iPhone X I bought 3 weeks ago doesn't work. The women said I was out of luck because I was a week over the 14 day return policy. She literally handed my phone back to me that doesn't even turn on. I have been coming to the Verizon Morristown store for years because I liked the service. But this is the worst service I have ever seen. They sold me a damaged phone and basically said it's not their problem. Buyer beware! read more

When I went in for my new phone the salesman told me that if I switched to unlimited data my bill would remain the same and the only one time fee would be the activation fee for my new phone. When I got my bill I was charged an additional $32.74 for each of my three lines to switch plans. I've been on the phone for hours over the last couple of weeks trying to get this rectified. Verizon customer service is the worst. I've been lied to and hung up on several times already. I won't go to this store again. read more

I ordered a new phone 3 weeks ago. They told me it would be ready within 2-3 days. I not only went into the store on multiple occasions to see if it was ready, but also called almost every day to see what was going on. Every time it was a different explanation or a different excuse. Finally one day I went in, and they told me it had gotten stolen in the mail. They were confused as to why nobody called and notified me -- nobody did. Here I was for 3 weeks with a barely operable phone, as I watched my friends go in and get new phones within days. The day they told me my phone got stolen, they promised I'd get the first phone that came in the next day. The phone came in the next day, and I left my old phone there for over an hour so that they could transfer everything over. When I came back over an hour later, none of the transfer was done because my phone had been left unattended. I sat in the store for almost an hour and when they attempted to do the transfer in front of me, the employee got locked out of my old phone that had a broken screen. Due to the broken screen, I was unable to unlock my phone and therefore nothing could be transferred over. I was told there was nothing that could be done and to come back for the next day. I cannot spend another minute in that store. read more

Beware of the commission based salespeople. they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. They charge extra fees and overcharge for everything. They are not clear about what they are selling you. I suggest a real Verizon store or Costco. read more

The service for help with the cloud and other info is great but when it comes to buying they can be a little tricky so you have to make sure you know all the details otherwise they will get you and you may be stuck spending more money than you thought and you won't be able to get out. Basically know which phone you want and all the rules of exchange and return just in case something goes wrong. I just felt that they didn't want the best for the customer and wanted the sale. I didn't feel complete honesty. But if you have a phone already they are very informative and quick to answer questions about the service. read more
