I was terrified of the cost but it cost me only $150 to save my laptop. It is definitely better to go in store for easiest ways of communication. Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?

I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. I know this has not been the old T-Mobile for years, that had great, in-country support and took care of any issues. Those days were gone and now so are we PERMANENTLY!

At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile.

We've been paying this line since December only to find out TODAY March 13th that we can't use the phone AT ALL. Every time we called in Kenny would give us a new date to call back on. We've been calling and calling the store and he's been lying to us for MONTHS. Now they tell us they can't help because that's their policy. Well both Kenny and the manager should've been aware and told us about the policy BEFORE doing anything in the account. Kenny was the one who transferred our account without checking the policy but the manager was the one who connected all the lines and also didn't tell us anything about said policy until today. Not so at this location. We were helped by a guy named Ben (his name tag says Ben10, reminding me of just how old I am), and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. He answered all of our questions, and every additional product or service he offered us made sense according to our needs, not his agenda. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this location offers a punch card. Pay your bill or make purchases, and eventually you earn a store credit. **NOTE** Paying your bill in person includes a $3 additional charge. I'll keep paying my bill online.
